Our family is been having so medical issues so we decided to Order pizza from Dominos to avoid cooking Today. We ordered 3 pizzas at Dominos in The Colony. I called in an order and 2 of the 2 pizzas were very wrong. One was for my sister who had major surgery last week. She wanted a thin crust medium with chicken, cheddar cheese, spinach, and lite on the Honey BBQ. She received a thin crust with chicken and regular cheese MISSING SPINACH NO HONEY BBG instead a thick COVERING SPICY BUFFALO SAUCE. The second pizza ordered was a MEDIUM HAND TOSSED WITH ALFREDO CHICKEN WITH MUSHROOMS, SPINACH AND AND THIS ONE IS CORRECT THE THIRD ORDERED WAS A HAND TOSSED, PHILLY BEEF, ONIONS, and PROVOLONE WITH GARLIC SAUCE. I called the store and the manager (unsure who that was but 1 who stated he was a manager but was a delivery driver another do said she was a manager actually makes the pizza saying she could not have made a mistake) She also claimed that she talked to the manager and they would not correct the order and I should have ordered it on line if I want it correct as my story did not match their memory. I told her I had made the guy repeat the order x 2 because he kept saying a Philly cheesesteak which I did not want due to a severe allergic reaction. She said I should have caught the error when he called the repeat the order back. She went in to say I can talk to the manager at 4p . Another manager . She hung up on me so I called back several times. She blocked me from calling and told me I m black listed and my number will be blocked. Seriously!!!! The lady is crazy.

There comes a point of the day when they don t listen to what you ask for and they want to charge you what they want, I arrived and I ordered cinnamon bread and they charged me for a pizza and a soda too much that I didn t even receive them I realized when I got home (but as I was going to know if I had originally only ordered one item) very bad attention

First time coming here. I live nearby & got carry out. The app gives the time coming out of the oven to the minute, so you can time it for very fresh pizza. I got New York Style Vegetarian. Veggies were fresh, looked appetizing. Pizza was perfectly cooked, tasted great. A really excellent pizza. I m pleasantly surprised & plan on coming back regularly.

Horrible. The worst gluten free pizza Ive ever had. The bottom of the crust was so burnt that I couldnt even bite into the slice. Hardly any toppings or cheese even though I paid extra for a topping to be a total of four. OMG the worst! Unbelievable.

UNBELIEVABLE!!!!! I placed an order over the phone. Asked specifically if the carry out price was still the special of $6.99. I was told that it was I placed my order for two pizzas. I went in to pick them up, and was notified that the coupon had expired the day before at midnight, and they were unable to honor it. The manager, Joseph, came out and made it quite clear that he did not have the ability to honor the 6.99 carry out coupon. I actually left, got in my car, and started driving away, but turned around just to ensure that there was no ability to get that price being as that s what I was told over the phone I went back in and Joseph, the manager, made it explicitly clear that he was not able to provide any type of override, or any way of honoring what I was told over the phone! I explained I had made it clear with initial conversation and had hungry people waiting at home and now I am going to show up without food When I asked him what he was going to do with the pizzas, he said he was going to throw them away to that I said there is a viable customer standing in front of you willing to pay good money for those pizzas but the fact that you re not able or don t have the permissions to override the systems you re just going to throw them away to which he said yes need I say more. Unbelievable!

We order here often since this location opened. We staff of people are always so great. Not just please and thank you but actually smile and act like they care. I ve never had my order messed up. If I did I am sure the staff would handle it with care and class. Super nice people.

Ordered 28 pizzas for a special event. Gave the location 2 hours notice. I called 30 minutes before open. When I arrived for pickup, they had them hot, fresh, ready,and waiting. Come to find out, there was only the manager and one employee in the store since most people order pizza later in the day. They were super friendly when I walked in and even offered to help me walk them to my car and made sure I had everything I needed. I highly recommend this location.

Second time ordering from this location and never again . The delivery guy literally just throws our order at the doorstep and takes off in his car . Doesn t even wait for us to get to the door . The first time we got someone else s order then we had to wait a hour and half for our order to arrive. Second time again same delivery guy threw our food at doorstep and toke off . Again half our order was wrong and missing . Opened the boxes pizza looked like it had been thrown around in the car the pizza was cold and just nasty . Don t order from this location .

I usually go to the Dominoes on Eldorado or The Colony, but today I thought Id try this newer one because they are closer. NEVER AGAIN! My kids pizza was old and dry! I think they gave us two that had been sitting too long! There was hardly any sauce or cheese on half of 1 of them! It has always been fresh and good at these other 2 places. I can live with a delivery driver that gets lost, they re only human and when you re going somewhere new, sometimes it can be confusing. But when my delivery driver went to the wrong apartment complex, the manager at the store gave me a call to see where I was. And when I told him that the driver went to the wrong address, he insisted that no, I was the one who was wrong. This man really had the nerve to tell me that I didn t know my own address, after living here for 4+ years truly, this is the opposite of good customer service. Great pizza, terrible service. Would not recommend.

I have very high expectations for pizza because Im Sicilian, which is the soccer ball shaped island to the boot that is Italy, and I often baked meatballs and made traditional sicilan pizza, as well as, several other crust and topping variations. When I go out for pizza theres to go pizza, calzone restaurants, and pizza restaurants. This easily use to be the best good, reasonably priced to go pizza I know of in the area. The people are usually great here, but the prices have shot up so high its ridiculous. Youd be better off going to a place with better quality cheese and crust. I liked their pizza for easy, fast, good to go pizza, but unfortunately the prices are just too high. I have always liked the ham, but the pizza is always too oily. Id bet money its the cheese and maybe pepperoni in part. The new standard style crust is fantastic, but the garlic butter is not something that should be this potent, its far too much garlic, and I dont know why americans do that. You only need a little bit, its ok, I just dont get it. Also, the thin crust is too crumbly and cracker like. When you make a thin crust you have to make sure it doesnt get too hard and brittle, or the texture is just ruined. You shouldnt have pizza crust crumbs, maybe some falling toppings from time to time lol. I must admit I quite like, love even, the marinara sauce, which is actually fairly similar to my grandmothers recipe that has been passed down from our ancestors in Sicily.

I have been `ordering at Dominos for years. The worst service ever today - some dude picked up, kept saying i cant hear you, move the speaker back, you are hurting my ears, i kept trying to accommodate him and he kept insulting me and telling me move the speaker back and then put me on hold for over three minutes and called someone else. WORST SERVICE EVER - NEVER EVER GOING BACK. Will file a formal compliant to Dominos HQ as well for Main Street Dominos in Frisco.

This post isn t so much a review on this particular location, but on one particular driver. The same driver, Gerald has seemingly delivered food to me from this location over the course of a year or so. His kindness should be noted in a world where human decency seemingly has ceased to exist over the past few years. Gerald, is always friendly and goes above and beyond to have a quick simple 10 second chat with me. He does his job, while making people (me) smile. I don t order regularly from Domino s, but his consistency and even keel can t be beat! There is a light in him, that sees that I m struggling. Right now, there are A LOT of us whom are struggling! I don t know his story, but trust me if I did, I would do my best to see to it that this man is well loved and appreciated by his co-workers. I don t normally write reviews, but it was important to me that I put this feedback somewhere. In the past we have ordered from here and the food hasn t been delivered. We live in an apartment complex so I assume it got left at the wrong door. When the pizza didn t arrive, I assumed it had happened again so I called. Turned out the driver had forgotten the drink and turned around to go get it. He came back to drop off the pizza so it wouldn t get cold and went back again to get the drink. He left before I got the chance to give him an extra tip for the extra work, but I really appreciate it. It was a lot of trouble for a little drink and I just wanted to say thank you!

Most horrible experience ever. I got the pizza and it looked like it had been kicked to the door. I call the store and was give the worst customer service experience of my life. The girl told me if I came to the store to return my pizza she would put her hands on me. I was offered a $30 credit instead of a full refund which was unacceptable. Finally after 6 phone calls the general manager sent the delivery guy back to pick up the pizza before he would refund me for my order. FYI don t treat me like I need to make this up for free food. DO NOT GO HERE. They make you wait after your order is ready and then cant find your pizza. I ordered online at 7:03 today. The estimated pick-up time when I ordered was 7:31-7:41. At 7:38, I got a notification that my order was ready so I went inside. My name was on the monitor and it said that my pizza was ready. However, the employees told me that it was not ready yet so I waited in the lobby. Tick tock. At 8:05, I noticed that my name was not on the monitor anymore and so I asked again for my pizza. The employees had no idea where it was. I do not understand how my pizza showed ready on the tracker (mind you, the tracker gave me updates throughout, including the fact that Brennan made my pizza), yet no employees had any idea where my pizza was (or even making it). Complete waste of time. Do not go here.

This Dominos location never disappoints. On a rainy day like today, I decided to order pizza. I had to wait for a little over an hour, but I understand its a rainy day, so theyre probably busy. Its amazing that during a pandemic to see employees not have their masks on over their noses while not wearing glove but steadily touching their clothes while preparing customers food. When asked I was ready a policy of why they dont wear glove and told to talk to corporate.

Pizza is well prepared but when you do curbside pickup it has been two times already that I ve had to come out of the car and go and ask for my pizza. The staff does not react to the only only car waiting on the curbside pickup parking spots, even if you click o. The app that I am here .

When my husband clicked the button alerting the staff he was there to pick up his order, they brought it out to the wrong car without asking if they had an order for Laura C. Then after that customer came into the store because they had received the wrong order, my husband went in the store to see what the delay was as the app had indicated our order was ready. The staff then tried to give my husband our pizza that the previous customer has already opened and breathed on (during a pandemic). The staff did not seem to think this behavior was unacceptable and made little effort to make the situation correct. We usually have good service, but tonight the service was abysmal.

Not happy with pizza quality. Topping they put is like not willing to give .ordered large pizza with chicken , tomato and pepper topping ,only 9 small piece of chicken in entier pizza.. comeon , grow up Dominos ..never again ,pizza hut seems to be better

Always done right! I appreciate this store very much because every worker strives to make sure everything is done right and to your satisfaction. From the delivery drivers to the counter employees, they re the greatest. One other thing: if you need a gluten free crust, the Domino s GF crust is the best one available!

I was not so thrill with the pizza lately here. I choose to do carry out because the pizza was always made to satisfaction compare to the other Dominos im zoned for delivery. Anytime i ask for ask cheese or something extra i get less for what i ask for and it upsets me that i come there because i assume the service would be great there. If it was not for the few times i ask for extra cheese i would rate this location higher.
