Chelsey, Ashley, Chris, and Darius are the best in the business!!!! The service here is beyond amazing. The food came out perfect and was delicious. This is the peak of service industry excellence! If you want a great meal and top notch experience look no further. The whole crew is a hoot go get some shrimp on the barbie. Parking: Park in the back! Lots of spots! Kid-friendliness: Fun and friendly staff.

My boyfriend and I came in for lunch, and Amanda was our bartender, she was great, knowledgeable and very nice. Makes a great old fashioned, definitely recommend sitting at the bar with her! One of the managers, Patrick, gave us great recommendations and made sure to make us feel welcomed. Overall great experience :)

I ordered their new alfredo pasta with steak and shrimp, the steak and shrimp were cooked nicely but the pasta was just off. The pasta itself it didnt seem like typical pasta, for a second I was like is this whole wheat or something its just doesnt seem right. The sauce was very limited so I cant even rate the Alfredo sauce because there wasnt really any of it

Just had lunch at the Allen Outback location with my wife. David was our server and he was awesome! He really made us feel welcome and relaxed. Kayla is a sweetheart. She gave excellent service and she has a very genuine heart and spirit. It was nice to see the Manger helping her out when she became busy. From the phone call to see if there was a wait, to walking in, dining, and even the hostess recognized us on the way out...excellent experience!! Thank you so much for a wonderful dinner, our family doesnt get to eat out that often and this was such a pleasant experience and a great way to celebrate our son getting his first new car!! Been here twice and the service has been outstanding both times! From the hostess to the waiter everyone was top notch both times! Food is good! The 2nd time they shorted my portion and still served it, I didn t say anything and they brought out the rest of the portion. They did mess up my wife s order but they made it in a hurry and still brought out new hot sides while my wife snacked on the original!! Just great service and accountability.

We were looking for a different steakhouse in the area and decided to give the new Outback a try, after many years of not visiting one. We are so glad we did! The service was TOP NOTCH! My husband and I went out to celebrate our anniversary and also happens to be our first outing after having our baby. The staff was absolutely lovely and went above and beyond to make us feel celebrated, the owner even gave us a glass of champagne! Karissa was our waitress and she was very kind and lovely to speak to, as well as the hostess! We loved the food, steak was cooked perfectly and well seasoned. Outback Is always one of my favorite places to dine especially when I get service from an amazing person like Logan!!!! Logan is the greatest server the world has ever had!!! Did you know that Logan uses her magical powers, that were given to her by Gandalf himself, to make the food taste even better. When she suspects there might be bad food, she stops it so it SHALL NOT PASS to the diners. Logan also rescued 77 puppies from a flood! Being sat next to the kitchen, youd think the food would be hot. Steaks were Luke warm at best and didnt even taste like beef. They were coated with some artificial butter. The 13oz. ribeye was about a 1/2 inch thick. The blooming onion was dripping grease and had the papery skin on the outside. The roasted brussel sprouts were raw and floating in oil. The lobster that we paid extra for was so tough it had to be cut with a steak knife, rubbery to chew. The best part of the meal was the bread and house salad. I understand now why Outback is closing so many stores. We wont go back ever and we will not be telling people to go there. Paid the bill and tipped the waitress (she was amazing) but never got my receipt.

We have not been to an outback in years and I gotta say we were blown away by this location! From the amazing, prompt service from our server Dalon, to the support team always making sure we had our drinks full. The food itself was incredible. We started with the creamiest mac and cheese balls Ive ever had in my life! My partner and I both got the ribeye & shrimp, mine with coconut shrimp and his with grilled, both medium rare. The steaks were both cooked a beautiful medium rare and had wonderful flavor. Both the grilled and coconut shrimp were delicious. The surprise winner for me was the French onion soup. I love French onion soup and have been disappointed by so many other restaurants on that dish, even from well known French restaurants, but outbacks was wonderful! Full of rich flavors with an insta worthy cheese pull. Will 100% be back and will be bringing others. The owner, Ryan was also extremely nice and showed pride in his restaurant.

We came here for my mom s birthday dinner and the service and food was so incredible! Mckenna was a very friendly server and made us feel very welcome. Then Amanda was our server and bartender and she was so sweet and accommodating with our order and drinks. Chelsea the manager came to check on us during our visit and she was so kind and made sure everything was good. Phenomenal service and incredible food! 10/10!

We quit going to the OB in Plano off of 75 due to poor service. Thought we would give this one a try. Nice new restaurant. Food was awesome as usual for OB. Service....meh......was never offered any refills. Asked for Ketchup and ranch dressing, never received. When asked for our check, our waiter grabbed dirty plates from another table and took a tables order before bringing us our check. Service sure isint what it used to be. Will still visit an OB occasionally.....but I also will tip accordingly.

This Outback is AMAZING! We went on Sunday 8-4-24 and I must say, from the moment we walked in, every single person that worked there were great. Our Server, Kayla was exceptional. She made sure she got the order right, had it delivered right, it taste amazing (everyone enjoyed their food) and Kayla continued to check in on us to make sure we were good. I asked to speak to the Manager because I wanted to make sure he knew how great Kayla and the rest of his team was. Ryan, the General Manager was happy to hear the feedback and is really proud of his team. Great visits like this dont happen often so I wanted to make sure Ryan knows he is also doing an amazing job with his team. I cannot say enough about how fantastic our experience was. I was very disappointed in the quality of the food and the attentiveness of service from the staff. When we arrived they went to seat us at a booth that was still dirty and had not been cleaned. During our four-person groups dining experience at the restaurant. From the time we were seated there were three groups of similar size seated served and completed before we received food. We had to ask for silverware. When we finally did receive our orders, one of the orders had to be sent back because the steak was overcooked past well done and the individual ordered a medium rare steak and the waitress started to argue and then looked at the steak and was like. Oh yeah youre right. Its not like we were ordering the cheapest thing off the menu. And then of course there were issues with receiving beverages at a timely manner. I could spend the next half hour writing out all the issues that happened but my current conclusion is: I would understand if the waitress had too many tables but it came across more as she didnt want to be there. She was just doing her job which was bare minimum just to keep her tables afloat. The representation of this location of Outback Steakhouse; I wish presently was an outlier but this is the worst experience Ive had. But not the only bad experience with this restaurant not even just this location. Thank you to anyone who has taken the time to review my review of this Outback Steakhouse location. Extremely bad service and poorly prepared food. They forgot to provide utensils. Steaks were not cooked as ordered. Baked potatoes were half baked and half raw. They forgot to bring the vegetables side dish. When that brought to the waitresses attention, she even did not bother to apologize.
