my fav bar in deep besides on premise, DUH!!!! mj and chucc are pretty cool, depending on the day (every day) hehe. the pineapple cider is amazeeeee but dont drink it all because me and my bestie want some. go have a good time and say ivy sent u, u gotta be nice to them tho or ill be sad, and ill put u on timeout. but go!

So I m going to preface this review as I thought this was a record store that also served beer, because you know they put the name record in it. Very small selection of records and craft beer. After our show my wife and I walked by and it looked like one of those clubs on The Jersey Shore. So I d avoid unless you want to see the a dusty small collection of artists you ve never heard of, this is your spot.

Comon... dada can get better. Put some 5 to 8 tall tables with stools in main area. People sit.. they stay and drink more. Need food here... chips n nuts at minimum. Or make deal to bring in food from next door.

Came in town from Omaha wanted a decent place to have a birthday drink. The service was A1, the staff were fun and friendly, and the music was nice.Only reason I couldnt give a five is because of the music from next door at Dada drowned us out. I believe they were doing a sound check or something but nonetheless our vibe was killed. We ended having one and done. Id go back only when there is a show going on next door.

My family loves going to Dallas and we try to stop by local bars. Have been to OTR a few times before and this last weekend was our best experience. The new look was fantastic and built a great atmosphere for an amazing night, and the drinks are always on point. Hope to make it to a Wrexham game one of these weekends, a nice touch for a fan in the states.

Have been a few times in the past, vibes are always good. But went recently and have to say I love the upgrades its gotten. The combination of the DJ booth being elevated and the upgraded couches balance out the cozy feel of a bar and dance ambiance of a club. Great stuff!

Been to Off the record plenty of times with friends and family and have never had a bad experience. Everytime I go I m always welcomed in. I love the new booths, and draft beer selections, and staff are wonderful as well. Melissa is very professional and very outgoing. Can never go wrong stopping by and getting a drink. 5 out of 5 experience if I could give more stars I would!

This place has gotten a major face-lift over time Havent been here in a while and the changes are night and day. The managers Rick and Isaac have been working hard to make sure this place succeeds and it definitely shows. The menu on the screens showing the new cocktails are awesome! I loved the Mexican lemonade shot. And the djs set the vibes for a chill weekday. But the Friday Latino nights?!...amazing. Its beautiful to see my culture thriving in a popular dallas nightlife district. Viva mexico!

i go to lots of Bars & Lounges, im glad these guys did a make over of this bar. they added Vip booths through out the bar. i really like the atmosphere now. Feels like im in Uptown without the Uptown price drinks! Great Job, OTR.... i give it 5 stars!!!

Really cool little spot that would be great for smaller shows. They have a mini stage inside and a nice area out back with picnic tables. Antique bricks are laid out on the ground in the back and there is a convenient emergency exit on the patio. Lots of dope records for sale on the inside. There is a bar next door that would be great to expand with a bigger stage in the back if we were to have shows there in the future. Many stickers on the patio with room for a lot more. I did a price check on a Long Island Iced Tea which was way too expensive and came out to $16 when average is roughly $8. That s something I see that they can work on but the canned beer was $4 and generally not a bad deal for a bar. Definitely dig the Christopher Walken painting on the inside

When I first heard of this place I was wondering if it was a store or if it was a bar. Turns out it was both and it sure was best of both worlds. It is located near other bars and the patio is like you are in the middle of Axelrad ( A bar in Houston that is highly recommended). The DJ was rock awesome blending hip-hop and pop with a tad bit of old school music. If you plan on bar hopping make sure to hit this place up.

I came here on a Thursday and there was more people than I expected. The drinks were very well priced and the bartenders were very friendly. Parking may be a problem. One block away they have a parking lot with metered parking for roughly $10 per day.

Off the Record Craft Beer & Vinyl is an oasis of cool in an already amazing neighborhood. The craft beer list is off the charts, the records for sale are very well curated, the sound system for DJs absolutely kicks, and the staff is exceptional. Kind, knowledgeable on music, great handle on the tap list, and efficient. Really enjoy this spot and they keep the temperature very comfortable.

Yesterday we wanted to try a new place, so ai suggested this place, we were like 8 in total, we got there and music was ok, when I went to the bar I ordered a extremely simple drink (vodka and cranberry) I dunno how can you ruin that, but she did, I didnt see her, but it tasted like she first put something else and then realized that I order cranberry and pour that one then, anyway she yelled at me $10 and gave her $20, this bartender give me $5 and the other $5 she throw them in the tip jar, I was shocked not bc of the $5 but because I was going to tip her $3 even with her bad attitude as well as the horrible and then she did that, I told my friends, they agreed the drinks she was making, they tasted disgusting, another friend got lemon drop shots and again really bad, this woman didnt know what she was doing, never coming back, and people always ask me where to go in deep ellum, I will for sure tell them to come here.

Excellente! Very decent sound system, love how bass heavy the speakers were! Seems that some clubs in Deep Ellum are afraid to crank up the volume. This venue really know how to pump up the bass to get the crowd grooving and feeling fine! Dj is was awesome, would definitely recommend if this is your 1st time in Deep Ellum

Deep ellum is what you make of it. Having the latitude to do so. Is what deep ellum had been quietly known for. That spot you could just melt into the walls. Surrounded by friends. And wake up with a cool new friend. Beyond that ÷ Bartenders only matter early in the afternoon. Busy nights and the early morning hours. Its all covered here.
