I was with my husband this evening on a work trip and wanted pizza. After looking through many different pizza places, I decided on Labi s and did a pickup order for the Alfredo pizza and garlic bread. Both were really good and it was ready fast. However, the most memorable part of this visit was the customer service. I walked in to get the pizza, looked around, and made a comment about wishing they had a restroom for my son and I. As we were walking out, my son told me I hope there s an empty cup in the truck, I really need to go We made it halfway across the parking lot before one of the employees opened the door and told us we could come in and use theirs. I found that to be really nice because they didn t have to let us use their private bathroom. I love places that go above and beyond for their customers. It s hard to find it these days so for that, I will forever return here when I m on this side of town.

Got a Supreme Pizza delivered and it was awesome! Lots of toppings and delicious crust. Best pizza delivery ever! Fast service and the pizza was still hot which is very rare for delivery. This is our new pizza delivery place for sure! Food

First off, the actual location is extremely clean. You can see the prep station/kitchen from the main lobby and it s spotless. Ordered 2 pies this past Wednesday evening. Both were fresh and really tasty. Crust is super thin and well cooked. Give them a try!!!

We just ordered thru UberEats and this is THE BEST NY STYLE PIZZA in the Metroplex. We are New Yorkers and this is REAL NY STYLE PIZZA. Try it, its heavenly.

New York pizza in 15 minutes for less than $20 bucks! We get Labi s twice a week. It s always ready before I get there and somehow still cooked perfectly well done. My favorite is a pepperoni and ricotta large pie. Definitely recommend!!! Parking: Five spots

Pizza in Allen, Mckinney and Plano is sub par. We like durkins in Mckinney but thats not New York style. But honestly, there is no great pizza in the area. Or people who think there is great sports dont know pizza. I get my nails done by this place. It changed from another pizza place about 6 or so months ago. I think it was called Romeos? We had pizza there once and it was blah, yuck, the same as all these other spots around here. But let me tell you what... this is the first decent slice of New York style pizza I have had since I moved to dfw 5 years ago. The chew, the crunch, the right amount of salt. Im in heaven. I saw reviews previously and they are all spot on. This is real deal, Bronx style pizza right here in Allen. Please eat here. I am going to tell everyone to eat here. Because by god, this place needs to be a permanent fixture here in Allen.

We ordered from here while at nearby hotel, was pleasantly surprised. Everything was delicious! I had a Caesar salad with salmon, my husband had a pizza and mozzarella sticks. Wasn t expecting it to be as good as it was.

I ordered a customized pepperoni pizza and it was according to order as far as ingredients. However I ordered well done and crispy but it was soggy and difficult to cut and lift. Flavor was not the ok but not the best. I think if the followed the instructions well they could taste much better. I will give them another chance before I choose not to order from here anymore.

I really wanted to love this place, because there are not ANY great pizza joints in Allen. The pizza was good, but the sauce tasted generic and the pepperonis were VERY salty.

We have now eaten here 3x and it s delicious!! So if you re looking for other options for pizza to go here , you won t regret it! Their service is superb , and their food is delicious!! High end pizza unlike any other pizza I have tried. Even better than Mall food court pizza. Congratulations. The flavor, quality of chesse and ingredients, light and fluffy crust combined with the perfect amount of sauce and crunch. I like that the crust is on the thin side so you can enjoy the pizza with feeling overstuffed after eating. We ordered Pepperoni pizza and the Margherita pizza and it was truly something special that offered a value equal to the price charged. We were hungry but next time I will take food photos so you can see how amazing their presentation is. My family and kids love pizza, I rarely if ever eat pizza any more because it doesnt make me feel good afterwards but this time I ate 3 peices of the Margherita pizza with a nice salad and it was so light and fluffy and flavorful I really enjoyed it and didnt experience that regret that often comes later after eating big box store cheaper pizza.

Amazing food. Being vegetarian they have good options and lived in NY I know my and this is one of Good NY style I had. Asked for Pesto vege well done and perfectly cooked. Got baked ziti in pink sauce. Amazing too and to finish it my kids had Tiramisu. Wow. Soft and fresh. Keep up guys dont let standard go down as time passes. U definitely have one repeat customer. Need to support small neighborhood businesses too.

We noticed the pizza place when driving home as we live across the street so we wanted to try it out. We got a medium pepperoni and it is easily top 2 pizza I have had in Texas. I love new york pizza and this is as close as it gets here. It was amazing! Highly recommend.

We ordered an all meat pizza. There was very little anything on a thin crust. Very disappointing. Don t know how there was as high a rating but we will certainly never order another one from here. $19 worth a zero.

This is new pizza place that just opened little bit over month ago. Its the same owner from Spazo Pizza. The reason for giving 2 stars is that while asking for the type of pizza and amount of slices in each so to know how many pies are needed, the owner or the staff didn t mentioned about the specials they had going on that day but made us pay extra on the food when we could have paid less if the owner told us about the specials tbey were having that day!! This is not how you do business especially when its brand new businesses. It felt like he was out there yo make money off us and not telling us about any weekend specials or anything especially when we were inquiring about the pizza. I heard over the phone while one of the staff were telling another customer about the weekend specials they had on Sunday!!!! I would never want to go back to this place and get ripped off again. Its their job to tell customers if there are any specials deals going on but not have customers pay more for the same type of food we were going yo order if we knew that we can save the money and still get the deal they had . If you want to pay more then you can go spend extra money because the staff and owner will not tell you if there is a way you can pay less and get the same type of food if applicable. Not a good way to start brand new business by ripping customers off and pizza pie was not even properly cut into slices, we had to cut the slices when we came home. I am not returning to this place and recommend not going unless you want to spend alot of money!!! I would have given more stars if I didn t feel Owner and staff were doing fair business charging customers for their food!!!!

We ordered tonight on the Slice App. We are at our son s Soccer game and hadn t had dinner. I really didn t know what to expect as we ve had good and bad experiences with pizza through slice before. Was hoping for warm and decent ..Labi s was so much beyond! Pizza was very tasty! Hot and fresh from the oven, fresh ingredients and lots of flavor. The delivery driver was very kind, I wish I had gotten his name. He was professional and made sure we had what we needed. We will be repeat customers!

Best pizza in north TX. (My husband holds now Labi s and Spazo as the standards to compare any other pizza place to, however Labi s has now taken the #1 spot in my opinion). The main purpose of this review is the most amazing kale salad here-came back again to get just that kale salad. Best takeout salad I have ever had. The ingredients are so fresh and the Italian dressing is amazing! Please Labi s never change the quality of that kale salad and your Italian dressing because it is a standout and will keep me driving from another town to Allen to get this dinner, and recommending to everyone I know.

Just picked up my first order and it was excellent! Traditional NY style pizza and the crust was perfect. Happy to have this place in the neighborhood. Edited: First experience was great but second order was soggy and not good. Hoping it was a one off problem, and will give them another try.

Stubbled across this place because I saw it on Google maps and noticed it changed from the pizza place that was there previously. The previous place was pretty terrible, but decided to try this place due to the rating. I gave this place 5 stars based on the type of pizza. I love real Italian style pizza done in a wood fire oven, but this is not that type so its in a little different class in my opinion. Their style is more NY. They do a great job in this class, better than other places in the near area. I ordered a cheese pizza and customized it by adding sausage, olives and mushrooms. The crust was great although a hit of sweetness. The only thing that would make rate them at 4.9 if I could is the sausage. It was not good, it had no texture and not much flavor. I will definitely order from here again, Ill just be avoiding the sausage as a topping.

Delicious dinner! We had a margherita pizza, chicken alfredo, a stromboli, and some tiramisu. YUM! Everything was amazing and ready on time. My kids loved their dinner, and I loved being greeted by the owner. You know when its locally-owned its going to be great! We will definitely be back. Thank you, Labi & team!
