First time here I can give them four stars in total. But the garlic bread we ordered wasnt even close to garlic bread.It just looked like a bread with butter. The cheese bread was good .Also we ordered spinach calzone it was just ok .

Right in the middle of Allen outlet mall, it makes a great place to get a quick bite between shopping. The pizzas and other menu items are baked fresh and continuously. So the service is super quick as the items are served right away/ with a quick reheating. At $5/ slice it may seem a bit expensive for the set up, but the pizza itself tastes really good as did the veg Stromboli!!

One of the best places to grab food at Allen. The staff were extremely nice, and we got some really cheesy and delicious (not to mention HUGE) slices of pizza. Highly recommend the cheese and spinach calzones, and their cheese pizza.

I have been coming here for so many years and the staff are amazing! Even when I go to college and come back after a year they always remember and treat me like family! Specifically, the grandmother of the family is so sweet! The food is also exceptional. It is the perfect place to go for a break from shopping at Allen Outlet! I would 10/10 recommend this place to anyone who wants good food and service!

If you want to feel pretty ignorant about italian food this is the perfect place, they will not treat you with any courtesy. That was my experience there today, customer service is a key element in any restaurant if you dont have the proper attitude this business isnt for you.

This is our 4th visit to the italia, the veg pizza tasted differently each time we visited, in our last visit pizza tasted yummy, soft, crisp, best of all the three times. Vegetarian options: Only one veg flavored pizza was available and garlic bread was also available but not that flavorful.

So the garlic bread could have used more garlic, and the calzole was ok to good, but the tomato sauce with the bread was great and the pizza was the best Ive had in Texas (lived here 3 months). Too bad there arent more of this place. Parking: In the Allen outlets, so lots of spaces but depending on the time, good luck finding one. Any time we visit Allen outlets Italia Express is our last stop before heading home. We love the pizza we have not tried any other items yet, that will be on our next visit. The staff is super friendly and appreciative for your support. We will always support our favorite Italia its always clean theres hand sanitizer on the counter for use. We sit and eat in working remote and 3rd shift allows us to be able to visit early afternoon and have the restaurant to ourselves. Visit my favorite pizza shop today ordered a pie to add to our super bowl menu. The shop was pretty busy , it was a beautiful Sunday to be out and enjoying the nice weather at the Allen outlets.
