I have a very bad experience with this law firm, I felt cheated, the first appointment with the lawyer everything was very good, I felt very safe when he told me about my case, in the end I paid 6,200 and they gave me back 2,000 dollars in the end just to close a court was the only work they did with me, every time I called for pleasure they were never available I can never talk to him again, I went on two dates and it was with different people and the last one I didnt even know what to say because he told me so many nonsense things that made me I was so disappointed, they did not know how to work with me on my case because they gave me false information such as that they denied my residency, it has not yet been denied, it is pending and that I could not renew my work permit, nor did they tell me that I had to do it 5 or 6 months before, communication of any kind, but nothing. God bless you and he will take care of you.

Coming here was the best decision my mother & I made when we started the journey for her to obtain her legal permanent residency (green card) it was a process we started in May 2021 & she received her card in July 2023. Everything was worth it, from the beginning when we did our first free consultation & everything. We always got our questions answered in a timely manner & I loved how they would explain everything to me in English but when I asked for it to be translated to my mom in Spanish because they know more than I do to help her understand exactly was going on they never hesitated & educated her so much she felt content with the information she would receive & that was from the receptionist to the para legals & the lawyer himself! I want to thank Claudia & Alma for being there every step of the way, whether it was a phone call or a quick email they where always there for anything. Every case is different & with my mom being a TPS case it was understandable the 2 year wait something we where told on the first consultation was a possibility, I really like how everything was set! In 2017, my husband and I were desperately looking for an attorney. We came across Saenz-Garcia Law and saw this picture of Arvin, our Attorney. My husband and I had previously gone to two other Attorneys and we were given little to none information. We were requested to pay for the consultations, only to be told that my husband s case was more than likely not in our favor. Attorney Arvin was completely different! Arvin took his busy schedule to give us a consultation at the last minute. Attorney Arvin was honest and real. He really took the time to explain the type of case we were going to face, with the good and possible bad. Attorney Arvin gave us direction and took charge of our case. From 2017 to 2022, Saenz-Garcia Law had kept in contact with us in a professional, timely manner. There was never confusion or miscommunication regarding our case and the tasks required from us. My husband and I are skeptical people, especially when it comes to legal matters. When I was choosing a lawyer, Arvin Saenz, with his answers to my questions and his recommendations to me, inspired my trust as a respectable person and a competent immigration lawyer.
