I contacted Kathleen online for a consultation & not only was she prompt & very responsive, she went significantly out of her way to provide me information I d need & others to contact that would be better suited for my concerns. All completely free of charge & in good faith, she helped guide me into the right avenue as it can be very confusing dealing with much of the legal system. I d imagine being her actual client would yield a good lawyer-client relationship & her working hard on your behalf.

Mrs. Kearney was very helpful. I was in an accident at 635/Montfort and believed I was not at fault, however the other party said the same thing. They had just taken out the red light cameras and so it was my word against theirs. I also had to get the light that was ruined in the front of my car fixed right away so my car was still drive-able and I also had soft tissue injuries. Kathleen provided really helpful information to get me on the right track to feeling better and get my car drive-able again. She was incredibly smart and sweet and did not rush me during my free consultation. I was very impressed with her knowledge and advice. Now I tell all my friends and family, I hope you never need it but keep her card in your wallet just in case you do.

Most incredible attorney in the world!!! I can t even begin to thank Attorney Kathleen on how much she fought for me and represented me so professionally. I was in a hit and run automobile accident that was not my fault in January 2013. I was sent to the hospital, my body was sore and bruised. Through a friend, we had heard about Nurse Attorney Kathleen Kearney. Since Ms. Kearney has a background in both nursing and law we felt she would be a great choice. We were right! Kathleen worked very hard on our behalf trying to find out about the other party involved. Kathleen was constantly keeping us informed by e-mails and by phone about the progress of the case. She also managed to get a stubborn insurance company to cooperate. We couldn t believe how easy Kathleen made this whole process.
