This is the dirtiest Braums. None of the tables had been wiped down and were greasy. The worker struggled with our request for large twist cones, which has to be the easiest order. The cones tips on two of the waffle cones were already broken which meant is dripped the entire time we ate it. Super annoying.

Today, while ordering ice cream at Braums, we encountered an unfortunate experience with one of the staff members. The employee raised his voice, yelled at us while getting our ice cream order, which was unexpected and unprofessional. When I inquired about the reason for his behavior, he mentioned that he was having a bad day. I reminded him that we were simply there to enjoy some ice cream, but the situation escalated without any apology from him. The manager on duty also displayed a similar lack of professionalism, and neither addressed the issue appropriately. He started arguing with us. As long-time customers of Braums, we have always appreciated the quality service, but todays encounter was disappointing. It s important that the staff receives proper training on how to treat customers respectfully, regardless of the circumstances. This experience was not in line with the standards weve come to expect from Braum s esp this location used to be our favorite spot we come here to get some drinks and ice cream after a soccer game.

I hate to only give 4 stars to a Braums when it is the best fast-food restaurant on the planet, but this particular location consistently has about a 20 to 30 minute wait to get your food. They seem to have a problem staffing the right people in the right positions. If they would put someone with more knowledge of their menu in charge of working the drive-through, it wouldnt have 20 to 30 minute waits to get your food. The lines ARE long because Braums IS awesome, but this Braums seems to lack leadership that would put the right people in the right positions. It is tough to imagine they have someone working at that location who was even less qualified to work the drive-through than the person working it tonight.

One of my most favorite ice cream places to go visit. I always try to visit when o was in town. The only issue this time that happened was that we thought we ordered the double meat for our burgers but did not and were not allowed to pay the difference. But aside from that it was great.

At around 3 pm, I took my wife and step son through the Drive Thru to get ice cream after Dr Appointments. I ordered 2 double dips in a cup then stated with what Ice cream, and my Chocolate Banana Shake. I get to the window and the manager of the store attempts to hand me the double dips in cones, I attempted to stop her and inform her they were cups. Then with a hostile attitude scoffed, turned around and stormed off to put them in cups. After coming back she barked at me saying that I need to clarify at the speaker box that we wanted them in cups. And I reaffirmed her that I did in fact state I wanted both of the double dips in cups before saying what type of ice cream to put in them. I m appalled at the poor customer service that was being provided by a Manager of all people. I used to work for the company and am quite aware of what color aprons mean which employee. It was unnecessary, and could have been handled with grace. But, the woman was more frustrated that I wanted what I asked for and being wrong in her assumption that I didn t ask for them in cups. I can only imagine the torment the employees under her have to deal with if she is willing to treat the company s paying customers with hostility and disdain.

Clean fairly newly remodeled restaurant. Place is usually very busy with people buying items from the grocery section ( they have a dedicated cashier thats always there) and people ordering food. The drive through seems to always have people in it. Their milk is the best. Have you ever done a side by side milk tasting? Braums milk is the best at any price and their price is cheaper than most. I highly recommend the milk of you are a milk drinker. Limeades are also excellent. I dont think I have ever found better limeades!!!

would give this place 0 stars if I could. usually love coming here for ice cream. the service is terrible, but I guess thats what you get for the lowest price around. last week I ordered food as well as ice cream and got food poisoning. I called the wrong store and the other manager was so pleasant when I filed the report. I was told at the bare minimum I could receive a refund for getting sick from their food. When I finally called the correct manager yesterday she was so rude and unpleasant. Instead of referencing my transaction in the machine, she clearly wanted to prove a point and check the cameras to see that I wasnt given a receipt despite not even knowing what I look like!!!! I was accused of having a stomach bug because no one else reported food poisoning. Most people dont think to report it especially being super sick which a quick google search will tell you that also. I was contacted by corporate today and accused of having a stomach bug AGAIN! Why would anyone lie about having food poisoning especially if i never mentioned pursing legal action or having my medical bills paid?!? I live with 2 other people, one whos on chemo and has a compromised immune system. No one was sick besides me, and I was the only person to go to Braums! They refuse to take responsibility for their negligence in handling food or even apologize for the incompetence. Stay away, spend your money elsewhere, and avoid a trip to the ER.

Went to the drive through today and the line was very long. Waited and waited and it did not move. Cars started turning around to get out of the line and leave. Still no movement, so I called them inside to let them know they had a problem - the drive through line was not moving. After about 10 rings a manager (I assume) answered and was very annoyed. I was very nice, but she could not have been more rude and said if I did not call things would not take as long and I told her I thought someone inside would want to know what was going on in the drive through. She told me I had no idea what was going on inside, and she hung up on me. More people started leaving the line, so I did too. I parked and walked inside to try and place our order and see what was going on. Nothing was going on. It was very slow inside. Just one other party ahead of me in line. No one was in the grocery area. The manager/window person was the problem. Someone else took my order and I was out in 5 minutes. The drive through line had only moved by one car. We will not be going back to this location. They have really gone downhill and they really do not care at all. They need new management without a doubt. Someone hanging up on you is unacceptable.

I have celiacs disease, I went to this location and ordered a chocolate chip shake. Simple, vanilla ice cream and chocolate chips. The guy who took my order put chocolate chip on the screen and so I figured my shake would be as I ordered. It came out chocolate chip cookie dough, which while not a far stretch from what I ordered has extra ingredients in it that could cause me severe harm. This isn t the first time they have gotten my order absolutely wrong as the last time I was given a plain chocolate shake, and the time before that I got a plain vanilla shake with a single full almond at the bottom which was weird and ridiculous. This time though it will come at a cost for my stomach. I will not be returning to this location. They seem to just not care about their hygiene either was I watched the guy from the window stick his gloved finger into his ear and wiggle it around for a minute before going to hand me my shake. My husband and I come here at least 2-4 times a month and have never had the problem we had tonight. I got the #13 meal which is the Jr burger. I asked for dry,only pickles and lettuce only. The rude cashier said I could not have lettuce that if I did I had to get the #12, which is almost $2 more. I dont see any point in paying $2 for lettuce. I said I will just call corporate, he did not care. We got our food and my burger had cheese and no pickles. So I took it to the counter and told them it was wrong. I talked to the manager on duty, which by the was was very very rude. I told him about the issue and he said no, you cant have lettuce, there is no button to add it. I said well all he had to do was tell the girl making them to add lettuce. The rude cashier said, Im not doing that. So I told the manager i was calling corporate over lettuce, he was rude and asked me if I needed the number. I said no, I already have it. The cashier, manager and the other guy all started laughing when we was walking out. I dont recommend this place at all.

Ive really never been to this location and I dont intend to return...while the employees were not rude...they werent really friendly either...no one even greeted me as I waited at the counter for several minutes for someone to acknowledge me...there were 4 workers and only one other gentleman before me who had a 2 item order...when my order was finally taken the employee was in no rush...I could ignore the lack of greeting and immediate assistance but waiting and watching the employee take so long to make my one item and moving so slow was very frustrating...it took me almost 8 mins to get 1 medium milkshake...with 4 employees behind the counter and no one else in the store except for the gentleman before me and he was waiting on 1 item left for his order as well!!! overall not the worst experience but definitely not somewhere you want to go if u are in a hurry or want your food quickly...

Grabbed one item on the way out, and was over charged because the teller somehow added the most expensive dozen eggs they sell to our small bunch of bananas. This Braums on 805 E. Main Street in Allen used to be a great local burger place for our family, but ever since 2020, it has steadily gone downhill in service. We wait quite some time before anyone even acknowledges our presence at the counter, let alone taking our order. Then, the kids they have been hiring at this Braums lately seem incapable of understanding and following simple instructions and correctly taking orders. The place is understaffed, and the small staff there are all focused entirely upon the drive-thru. Today, I tried one last time to get decent food and service by using their drive-thru. The young woman at the drive-thru did not greet me or offer to take my order, and then got irritated when I said I was ready to order. Then, when I got the food home, the burgers were nasty with cartilege, bone and fat in the beef, and my husbands chocolate milkshake had bits of chopped TOMATOES in it. My milkshake tasted like it had hair in it. It was almost as if these things had been deliberately done. We are finished with this Braums from henceforth, and wont be back.

Hello! Anyone working? Sat in drive thru for 5 minutes. We asked for help, gal said it will be just a moment , 10 minutes later still nothing. Hubby went inside and still no help - whats going on? Love Braums but this is worst location ever!!

This has always been one of my favorite places to stop and catchup with friends. We went there last night to enjoy ice cream and conversation with friends. The music was so loud we could hear each other across the table. I asked an employee if they would turn it down. They said the music volume was controlled by their corporate office. The AC was out and it was hot but that happens with all businesses and our houses from time to time. Hopefully it will be fixed soon. However, we will go down the street to Dairy Queen where the music volume is reasonable.

This location needs a tip jar!! We came here Sunday evening after an evening of playing volleyball. It was packed full (indoor & drive-thru) as there were several families making a Sunday night ice cream run. The employees were working nonstop and making everyone s order look absolutely delicious. I was really impressed with how the employees took orders, completed them with all their specifications and had a calm attitude despite the lines indicating they were gonna be there all night. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our ice cream and will be coming back!

Great selection of ice cream and shakes. Went there after our soccer game, and the team had a wide selection of ice cream, shakes, yogurt, and fruit. Easy access and helpful staff. Definitely worth a trip.
