We booked the Hookah House Allen for a private party on short notice, and they were incredibly accommodating. Tonys communication was exceptional; he promptly responded to all our questions. I loved the party vibe, and the hookah flavors were really smooth. Both Tony and Mo were exceptionally friendly, providing great service throughout the evening. Our time there was truly unforgettable and this is the best hookah lounge in Allen!

I would like to start of saying that I am only reviewing the Saturday Night Bollywood Party : 1. The night was marketed as Bollywood night hut it ended up being a Tollywood night wherein the DJ primarily played Telugu songs to cater to the audience. 2. It was mentioned that it was BYOB with no mention about a service fee of $25 for the night 3. The floor was scheduled to be open till 3 AM but the party was cut short to 2.20 AM. 4. You are not allowed to bring beverages/ mixers to this venue along with your alcohol. You are required to buy from them (including water). 5. You cannot drink past 2 AM, they ask you to put away your drinks. 6. Hookahs were well prepared but they would come and ask you to change/ upgrade your flavor every 1.5 hours which is very unreasonable. 7. Most Importantly : They default 30% TIP on your bill without itemising it and then ask you to add additional tip which is very crooked way of operating. 8. Ambience : nothing great like pictures, just an everyday hookah place in a shopping complex that gets converted by removing the chairs lol

Great vibe! Excellent Desi beats. Decent size dance floor. I had fried cheese and a Topo Chico to satisfy my oral cravings. Decent food, but overpriced. Let s get to reviewing the main reason I m here: the hookah. I ordered the White Peach with an ice hose. My hookah was attended to in a timely manner. No complaints. The flavor? Weak. There was only a hint of peach. I was so looking forward to this flavor, yet so disappointed. I don t recommend going with the White Peach, and I certainly won t order it again. Overall, I will definitely come back. I showed up to Hookah House at 10:00 PM on a Friday. As expected, the attendance was light. But, by 11:00 PM, the House started picking up. By 11:45 PM, the dance floor was alive with celebration and the music was excellent the 2.5 hours I spent here. I m generally a social person, but I came here by myself tonight and it was still thoroughly enjoyable. Except for the White Peach. Vegetarian options: Fruit, cheese options; chips & salsa; veggie lovers pizza; vegetable spring rolls.

NON WELCOMING !!!! stopped by this place to just check it out and was basically told that African Americans are not welcomed as soon as I entered . I was told by security that it was a private event, yet he did not ask my friend or myself if we where apart of the private event my assumption is that because we where African Americans females that we definitely couldn t be apart of the event. he didn t check a registry he didn t ask if we knew the person that hosted the said private event I m not sure how a hookah lounge is private however what I did witness where random people bring allowed entry and the hostess at the door accepting payment from those individuals Very disappointing experience. Shame on you Hookah House. Imagine my shock being denied entry to a whole in the wall establishment.

I would like to understand billing pattern of this. Last weekend we went this place we were 5. At entrance we said we have BYOD then have charged as $55 over all at entrance. Later we have ordered only one full size pizza in side and in total they have charged us $104 for that. Actual price for pizza was around $14-15. Out of $104, they have charged us $60 again for BYOD. Can someone explain me this billing pattern

I m proud to say, this is the best only lounge in the whole of The USA that caters and played Tolly-Bolly DJ Nights every weekend and hangout places. Tony & DJ Vamsi are the soul of this place. This place rocks for weekend Music and hookah is okayish! It s a BYOB place and there is a cover charge of 10$ and if you get your booze they charge 8$ per person and 8.25% sales Tax is common but 18% service charge is bomb( just for your Information). You ll end up paying more. The DJs play very well, it s usually South Indian Music and sometimes they ay Bollywood numbers too, Visiting once in a while is okay for me. Very bad , I never have the experience before anywhere. They charge us extra $30 on top of our actual order..we ordered the food and drinks and they add hookah in our order which not order by us. When I ask on the billing counter they say on Saturday it s Mandatory to have hookah. If we already ordered food and drinks then why extra itme they add which we don t order.First they are forcing customer to have it indirectly.Second if it s mandatory, then they should tell us which we don t know. On Saturday Bollywood night(10 pm-2am) is really sounds great especially for Telugu people. Alcohol from outside is allowed and entrance per head is $10 only which is very reasonable.No parking lot issues near. Price for hookah ranges between $17 to $30 per pot depends on flavors. I highly recommend to reserve a place 2 or 3 days prior to Saturday.

Worst service. The attendant says the tables are reserved but there s no reservations at all. The chillums are the worst and the hookah doesnt have anu smoke. My homemade hookah is lot better.
