Very disappointed. I called in an order to go for a super salad. It was $16 with the togo fee. Got home and theres nothing super about it. I got a salad the size of a side salad. It fit in a little side salad container from another restaurant with room to spare. 3 paper thin slices of avocado, 4 tiny (and I mean tiny) slices of fajita meat and a little tomato and very little cheese. Usually, when u order a dinner salad, it comes in a flat dinner to go box. This one was in what im assuming is their childs plate (3 compartment) small slim box (smaller than my hand). I asked about queso sizes and was told the small was just a side, and then they had large. Wanting more than just a side, I got the large. When I picked up my order it was $31. For a salad and queso!!??? I get it, inflation is hitting all of us. But then I find out they have an 8 oz (small, not side) of queso. So I was tricked into getting a $12 large smh. I could have went literally anywhere else, paid what I paid and got a normal size dinner salad. And they have the nerve to charge togo fees on top of their over priced side salad. I wont be going back.

Our first time here. The restaurant was empty, with the exception of about 4 tables. I just thought itd be busier than that. The food was not too bad. Might go again just to give them the benefit of the doubt. But like anything else, dont be discouraged to try it!

A great local Tex Mex place... food is solid, Amazing.. maybe not all that.. but Good and always good.. Service is always on point. The atmosphere could use some touches, but its clean and comfy for a Local place. Is there better Tex Mex places, yes BUT not for the price and distance I want to travel for a causal dinner on weekday. I should add, we eat here almost weekly... I wish that I could pick both options on Dine In and Take out.. bx I use both... I have gotten Parties Trays twice from there for 100 ppl for an annual party... every year, everyone loves it.. and its completely gone to the put where the pans are scraped clean! Parking: Huge parking lot but does share with other restaurants Kid-friendliness: Laid back environment. Kid friendly food.. the kid menu/activities could be updated.. but hey, be a good parent and just be prepared with items for them...

Authentic Mexican food! I had the fish tacos that were made with homemade corn tortillas with a very good rice and beans. The red salsa was my favorite, but my husband loved the green one. We aren t from Pasadena and we were trying to find something local. So glad that we found this gem. Highly recommend and if ever back in the area will go back!! Go try it out as you won t regret.

Unfortunately, the both entrees that arrived at our table were horrible. Mexican red enchiladas on one plate and carne guisada on the other. The enchiladas had an over-powering red chile flavor. More garlic might have made it a little better. The carne guisada just wasnt carne guisada. Too many HUGE potato chunks in it. More like a stew than a guisado. We probably wont be returning to this restaurant. If you want some good Mexican food, you might want to look elsewhere. ....... On a positive note, The staff was very courteous and very attentive. Chips, dips, and drinks were kept up with impressively. Good job, ladies.

Service was good (which is where the two stars comes from). Everything else was a huge let down. The frozen margarita did not have any flavoring, and the food was bland. It almost tasted like it was prepped earlier in the day and reheated, or it could have been frozen food. There was also a roach that crawled up the wall next to our booth. It felt like one thing after another went wrong.

Long island iced tea was rough. Tasted like a watered down Cola Icee. Refried beans tasted charred. The enchiladas and the rice both tasted pretty good. The green salsa had a good taste but too much salt and not very spicy. Another person had chicken of some kind which was pretty good.
