My girlfriend and I went there today and it was amazing Regina our waitress was top-notch she was spot on and took care of us very well my girlfriend even made the comment that she was very polite and friendly always smiling and very eager to help she did an amazing job. This was the Temple Texas one so if youre ever in Temple and you go to the Olive garden on I35 and ask for Regina!!!!!!! 5 stars to her and the rest of the staff.

I ordered the tour of Italy yesterday and got so sick, food poisoning at that. Since I woke up I ve had stomach pains, throwing up, and weakness. Unable to do anything, luckily it s my day off but only able to get to the toilet and back in the bed. My daughter has had uncooked chicken from them before so I m sure it was that. Definitely never going back!

I will start off saying this staff is absolutely the worst! We walked in and went to the counter. We waited while the 2 girls finished their conversation, and the girl at the computer never acknowledged us. Just for 2. Was definitely not busy. One girl, while still talking, finally looked at us. Asked, Just 2? We hated that we interrupted social hour of the staff. She sat us at a table and said our hostes would be there in a second. After about 8 minutes, the table of 6, about 2 tables over, had their waiter already getting the drinks. They had just sat down. We had several employees walk by, and they even sang a birthday song just around the corner. Still no person to take our order. I went to the front and asked who our waiter was. She asked me where we had sat....she sat us there!! She said it was a guy, pointed to him, and walked over to him. I went and sat down while she talked to him....and talked to him... So we got up and started to leave. He then walked up and asked if he can help us....nope. so we went to chilis across the street and as soon as the door opened, they greeted us! That is customer service!

Yesterday was our first time trying the Olive Garden. Sadly, I must say it was very disappointing. The shrimp was extremely bland and it still had the poop sacks in half of it. Which just through the shrimp off completely gross The only thing I could recommend. Besides the breadsticks, is the calamari. The sauce they served with it was gross but the calamari was seasoned well Everything else was absolutely disgusting. The ranch was disgusting. The Italian dressing was disgusting. The salad was bland and tasted old. Left feeling hungry and extremely disappointed my husband took me here as a dinner date I didnt complain because I wanted him to feel good but im posting here to hopefully avoid another bad dinner for someone else went on a Friday Which youd think everything would be at its freshest waitress was happy to fill up my husband cup not once filling mine up NO TIP!

The food tasted fresh and flavorful, a night and day difference from my experience back home. It felt like they prepared everything with care, and it showed. Service with a Smile: The staff at the Temple Olive Garden were fantastic. Friendly, attentive, and always there to make sure our experience was enjoyable. They made us feel welcome and valued, a big part of what makes a restaurant great. Clean and Inviting Atmosphere: The restaurant itself was clean and inviting. It had that classic Olive Garden charm, but it felt fresh and well-maintained. Same Delicious Menu, Elevated Experience: Listen, its Olive Garden. You know the menu, and thats not a bad thing! Sometimes you just crave that creamy Alfredo sauce or a plate of their signature breadsticks. Me and my wife been eating at olive gardens over 20 years, we moved to this area over a year ago. We ate there fro lunch Tuesday 3-26-24. We ordered calamari and 2 lunch portions of chicken scampi, no bells peppers in food but asparagus. Tasted like they spilled a container of salt in it. Salad and calamari was good. Also told basically never had bell peppers. I know that is a lie as long as we have eaten. Never eat at Olive Garden again. Wife didn t eat her salt meal but i did, hadn t eaten in about 24 hours.

I went during my lunch and decided to try the Tour of Italy overall it was enough food to satisfy my appetite. The chicken in this dish was kind of dry but it was seasoned well, the Alfredo was okay and the Lasagne was pretty decent. My waiter wasnt bad but he tried lol. The music was a little loud so he couldnt hear me very at the beginning. Overall it was an okay experience.

Me and my family felt that today was a great day to visit Temple Olive Garden! And I will say our experience was beyond amazing. Our waiter was Ray he was respectfully funny, he was always checking on us to make sure we were comfortable and that surly made my family s day! He even packed our food for to-go for us! After my mom grabbed her to-go box he said that s my job and we all laughed, that was funny to us, we never had anyone put our food up for us so it was definitely different and surprising The food was great no complaints, and we enjoyed every last bit of the food/visit he even gave us some Olive Garden mint chocolate to top our evening! My make your own Pasta was amazing. I had the mushroom sauce with shrimp. My son had the grilled chicken margherita. The chicken on the first plate was undercooked but they took it and cooked a new plate which was cooked well done. Our server Gabriela (Gabbie) took very good care of us. The manage on the other hand made us feel like the undercooked chicken was some how a bother to her to take care of it. After our waitress Gabbie brought out our re-cooked chicken age never came back to ask us if everything was okay. Actually we never saw her again after that incident.

Good service at reception, once at the table, the waitress who served us made a mistake in the drink order, the service should be better, it is not bad, but it should improve. They talk quickly, and there werent enough people for the waitress to rush to the table. The carbonara I ordered, I couldnt find the bacon, and I didnt like the breaded chicken that was inside, otherwise everything was good. Good restaurant to visit.

A typical Olive Garden restaurant. The Chicken Gnocchi soup was good but the gnocchi was over cooked - it was dry in the center. The salad was over dressed for my taste but the bread sticks were good as they always are-ours just came out of the oven. The service was the thing that made this visit exceptional - my partner just had neck surgery and when the waitress came to take our order she moved over to stand directly in front of her so she did not have to turn to talk to the waitress. Really appreciated the awareness of the waitress to make our visit as convenient as possible.

Unfortunately, the last several times I have ordered curbside I have had to go inside and get the food myself after 15-25 minutes after the expected pick up time. Most of the food is only barely warm with maybe one item still being hot & I live maybe 5 minutes away from the restaurant. I understand some days it is busy but the wait times should be more reflective of that and say 40-50 minutes rather then 25 minutes.

Y all no matter what I buy I seem to find it bland or straight up nasty. Majority of their food has no flavor. I ve only ever liked one thing which is the stuffed ziti appetizer or something like that. Not even the bread sticks hit like everyone claims. Olive Garden is very over hyped. Honestly I wish I could get my 40 dollars back. Highly disappointed. The only good thing I have to say is that the service is amazing every time I go there. I really tried to like it. Thought maybe it was a specific dish or a bad day but sadly I don t think I ll bother going back nor do I recommend you bother.

Christmas Eve- when I stated we had not eaten at an Olive Garden in a very long time and wanted to know if bread sticks and salad were still served at the beginning - the waitress proceeded with telling US how she would be going through her list of offering us how the menu should be addressed -I was shocked. The Olive Garden in Temple is always clean, and the service was excellent. Our server was Hannah and she had witty banter with my wife and I. My steak was overcooked a bit, but I dont like to waste food. It still tasted good though. I feel like Olive Garden has gone down hill as a whole, but the service and cleanliness makes up for it. All in all, we will eat there again and I think you should as well.

This was the worst dinning experience! Towards the end of our meal I was getting my kids plates ready to take to go and I notice one of the pieces of chicken looked pink I cut it open and it s raw as I look through his plate I find another piece COMPLETELY RAW! Mind you he has ate half his plate! After it s brought to the managers attention she offered to take his meal off. That s it. My kid most likely will have food poisoning or worse & that s all they offered smh. If you get pasta or any plate with chicken please check it before eating! I m so disappointed we really enjoyed eating here in the past

Its Olive Garden, need I say more? I always get the unlimited soup and salad. The zuppa Toscana is my favorite. Its a chain, so the fool will always taste the same wherever you are, but thats not a bad thing here.

It was late-night on Monday. Driving from San Antonio to Ft Worth. Stopped at Olive Garden to get something to go.The cashier was VERY FRIENDLY took my order and brought it to me in15 minutes or less. Bagged up, I didnt have to ask for anything. EVERYTHING WAS IN THE BAG!

Went tonight for our anniversary. The food was awful, not Olive Garden standard at all. The breadsticks were hard and the soup was cold. Then our entrees came out and my husbands was okay but mine was burnt. Sent it back and it came out even worse, tasted burnt and microwaved. The service was impeccable, the waitress went above and beyond. The restaurant however was filthy dirty, we were grossed out at all the dust on the curtains and light fixtures, we were thinking yuck that could be going into our food. Gross Olive Garden do some maintenance and clean your restaurant. It takes just a few minutes to clean light fixtures and wash curtains. We were also thinking gross we are breathing this filth in as we sit here. Took pictures but it was hard to see, can t miss it in person.
