Dont waste your time or money. I have sent many emails including a court date. None of the emails where replied to and didnt even answer on court date. All this after being paid. Then when asked for remainder of money back. I was charged 1500 for whatever they done. But still cant get the rest of my money back after numerous calls and emails. Horrible service

First time I sued someone after non payment for work completed over a year ago, and with the help of GW, he was able to not only win my case, but did so by getting me more money than I was expecting. He is diligent, he is knowledgeable, he is precise, he is intelligent and he is forthright. I would highly recommend using him again should the need arise, and look forward to doing so, knowing he has my best interests at heart.

I dont even know where to begin. Greg and Hope have been the greatest of help. They helped me with one of the hardest decisions I have ever had to make! (family law) Within a few minutes of our first phone call, I knew I had a great attorney and staff to represent me. He was honest and i mean honest he doesnt sugar coat anything, straight forward and definitely knew what the court would do/not do. That is what you want in an Attorney! Responsive, professional, organized, and high quality work, I Recommend Greg and his wonderful assistant hope ! They were great i will say...it was harder to say goodbye as they really become apart of you and your every day life.

Save your time and money and stay away from attorney Greg Whitten. My Mom retained Greg as her divorce attorney in October 2018. After months of spinning our wheels on obtaining crazy amounts of document history (not needed), sitting through meetings hearing about scenarios that didn t apply to our case, delays after delays for mediation, wasted money spent on unnecessary filings (confidentiality order), we finally changed council in June. By July 24th, we had settled the divorce through mediation using an outstanding lawyer that resolved this case in a little over a month, hardly using any of the documents Greg compiled during his 8 months representing this case. I believe Greg took advantage of my Mom knowing how much money she had in her bank account. He spent more time on the minutia of data, for example obtaining 5 years of credit card statements which cost my Mom over $800 in records retention fees that were never needed. In addition, we paid thousands to Gregg for obtaining docs, reviewing docs etc. related to the smallest bank account balance. Greg had trouble focusing on the large assets and defending those as my Mom s separate property. We almost felt like Greg and OC had a plan to drag this out unnecessarily to drive up the cost. We also experienced billing errors on almost every statement. For example, one billing error was charging Greg s attorney fee to print, hole punch and bind documents for 2.5 hours. Overall, we were very disappointed and frustrated in Greg s ability to represent my Mom and would not recommend this attorney.

Going through a divorces is extremely taxing on both parties. Working with Greg, and his staff helped reduce some of the stress. His professionalism and in depth knowledge of family law allowed me to navigate my complex divorce. I highly recommend retaining Greg not only for family law, but for contract review as well.

High integrity, and balances what is right vs what is possible. a family man who doesnt take a cookie-cutter approach, and instead will personalize and think through things with you to ensure you are comfortable with approach, and never surprised. would highly recommend!
