Previous to meeting Mr. Warmbrodt and his team, three separate attorneys from different firms had given me bad advice, overcharged, and underperformed. Mr. Warmbrodt and his team were quite the opposite. They were knowledgable, kind, the communication was fantastic, and they worked hard to get the outcome I wanted. My case wasn t large in the grand scheme of things, but they never made me feel that way.

The most recent review from Tim is actually a fake account being used by the disgruntled opponent in my case against him. I am represented by Mr. Warmbrodt. The court order Tim is complaining about was signed and APPROVED by his own attorney. Mr. Warmbrodt has represented me numerous times in this never-ending campaign to damage not only my life, but the lives of our children, via court. Im THRILLED to say that Mr. Warmbrodt and his team have defended me tirelessly and that Tim s attempts have been unsuccessful. This is the team you want on your side. Mr. Warmbrodt worked on my case for years, fighting for my daughter every step of the way. He communicated with me often and made sure I always understood what was going on with my case. In 2017, I made a life altering decision to pick up my cell phone and call Randy Warmbrodt for advice regarding a custody suit that had been served to me. At the time, I could only afford a limited scope representation, which essentially meant I would file and argue everything pro se. Despite my financial situation, Randy prepared my filings to the highest standard articulating every detail of my case in ways I asked for as well as ways I had no idea could be done. Over the course of the next 6 years, many things would change for the better in my life. Randy became my full representation. Last month marked the end of that chapter in my life. I am a dad who started with a fear of losing my daughter but ended up ultimately having her 100% of the time and seeing my wife adopt her. Without Randy and his partners/staff at Warmbrodt & Associates, I dont think it would have turned out the way it has. Nothing is more important than the future of your children. We retained Mr Warmbrodt and his office for a messy parental termination and adoption case. Mr Warmbrodt and and everyone in his office have been so great! Mr Warmbrodt was extremely thorough with explaining processes, expectations of hearings and trials, all options as well expenses. Mr Warmbrodt, Kelli,Chelsea, and Becca were all helpful and replied to any and all correspondence in a timely manner. They were always so polite and I never felt like I was bothering them with any of my questions. Totally unprofessional and scam. I hired this firm almost 2 months in advanced of my trial. The opposing party hire a lawyer less than a week before the trial. And guess what the opposing party won. With this difference in time and the years of experience of this firm the least I was expecting is winning. This firm is not sincere at front. After they got all the facts they said to me they didnt know if I could have won the case. They said it all depends on the judges mood that day. Really? Everything I communicated to the Paralegal was also communicated to the senior Paralegal. Therefore I was charge for boths (and obviously the senior Paralegal had higher fees). Also one day before my trial they asked me if I wanted to be represented by Warmbrodt or an associate. Warmbrodt s fees were higher. I thought Warmbrodt, because of he had more experience, was a good choice. Then the day of the trial Warmbrodt sent another lawyer because he had another case. This lawyer was not even the one I was working since the beginning. At end I had to deal with 3 lawyers in this firm. And when I fired them they didnt give me anything back from my retainer. Coincidentally everything left on it was used to close my case. I wished I had read the reviews before. But when you are on a desperate situation that involves your kids you dont think clear.

SCAM! Great on pay as go you but once retainer paid, I heard nothing. Extorted/stole my money and did nothing, to take the easy way out. Amanda Martinez was completely unprofessional, continuously says she is offended, putting words in my mouth, wrote lengthy and unnecessary notes to me about this, and hinted that I do not care about my kids. Never did one thing I had asked for, in fact, after retainer was paid, I did not hear from them for quite some time, she was unaware of my needs and goals, yet racked up charges of strategy meetings I was unaware of. She did no work, only wrote her misinterpretation of the judges orders per transcripts, never researching for the correct answers. All to learn, in the end, when she wrote that her goal was not the same as mine, that she was not going to recognize the situation that my kids are in, essentially calling me a liar and siding with the other side. If she was not going to represent my needs, this should have been communicated before several thousands of dollars were given. I am glad I have recorded her phone call, for she flew off the handle yet again for an email I did not send. I hope she finally accepts responsibility for her actions, for she cannot represent anyone if she does not listen to the client. This affects my kids, and she is soulless about this. I will be doing what it takes to ensure justice is served.

Unfortunately my experience was this firm tried to negotiate more with me than the other attorney. They took the easy route and avoided the real work. Fees added up and they were more concerned about payment than the urgent items at hand. I realized my case and it s outcome was not their primary concern. Then to top it off the unprofessional communications I received from their team of paralegals was just plain rude. However the last straw was when My attorney decided just to rant and yell at me. In my opinion this firm should be put in time out, as they are childish and thoroughly unprofessional!

Randy is really good - but he gets lost when it comes to drawing a line between charging exorbitant fees and doing whats best for a family. Charging more because youre a top attorney is understandable. I think people that excel in their field absolutely should. However, needlessly dragging out a case to draw more fees is theft, child abuse, and abuse of power. My case with Randy lasted over 3 years and he charged our family almost $600K. I could have sent all three kids involved to the college of their choice for that. If youre looking to completely destroy someone and money is no object, then give them a call.

I can t even give enough stars to them! Not just Mr. Warmbrodt but his team, both kellie s up there and the receptionist as well are Amazing! Nobody in my county would help me and my family. I googled specialty lawyers and they popped up and from the original first call to the last they treated me like I was their only client. They fought hard for me and my family and won! Everything dismissed and gone! Something that could have ruined my family this team stepped up, listened to me and what I needed and wanted to happen and they made it happen. It s not often that in a hard situation such as cases involving your children (and faced with hiring a stranger to protect this most precious asset) that you find the perfect fit. But that has been my experience with Warmbrodt Winslow Associates. I have found every member or their staff from the vet first phone call to be extremely courteous and competent. I came to them disheartened and with a feeling of dread and before the case was finalized had become calm and confident. Our case went to trial and they fought hard for us in the court. I cannot recommend Attorney Randall Warmbrodt strongly enough for all matters involving Family Law. I stood by one of my best friends as he had to deal with the stress and pain of a protracted custody fight. Time and again he told him how his attorney was there for him step by step. No guarantees but supposed to be ballpark figure.. Three times as much paid no satisfaction!!! I was in a desperate situation battling for custody of my infant daughter. Mr. Wormbrodt sat down with me and went over some things that he was writing down on a note pad that I think he must have thrown in the trash after we spoke. I retained him and his associates for about twice as much as other attorneys, thinking I would get what I paid for. This is not the case here. You will pay for much more than you get with this attorney, unless what your looking for is an egotistical, self centered, greedy, attorney. Throughout the whole process I was able to watch the majority of my retainer be eaten up by being charged for them to email each other or meet with each other in there own office. I was even charged for them to review an email of mine where I sent pictures of my daughter for them to see. I was hesitant to be in contact with them because it would cost me so much to communicate, even though I was siting in the dark, wanting to know what progress we were making. Ive never felt more hopeless. In the end they dropped me as a client, my case is still not resolved, and they are billing me for an additional amount. Ive never been in a more desolate situation than dealing with this attorney. If someone came into my house and robbed me, took my car, and emptied my accounts I might feel better than the situation that Im in now after dealing with them. These attorneys are no more than common thugs on the streets wearing nice clothes.

I used this guy for a divorce situation. Gave him a retainer which he blew thru very quickly with nothing to show for it. The divorce was uncontested and no court appearance was needed other than to have the judge sign the divorce paperwork. He then presented another surprise bill for another 4K. Angry that I didnt have my checkbook to quickly give him a check for the unexpected bill. UNLESS YOU ARE OUT OF YOUR MIND-DO NOT USE THIS GUY. I always refer to him as WORMbrodt. He is bad news. Something fishy about his good reviews. They pretty much all pertain to child custody matters. I would not trust a good review on this guy. He is bad news.

If they have any idea,knowing you dont have a clue on what your doing they will take that and run with lies. They stole a good $3,000 from me. Lieing and lieing making me feel stupid. Mr. Randall Warmbrodt and Ms. Chandler Winslow was instrumental in helping my family with a difficult child custody battle. They were highly skilled in the law and very caring and personable. As a result my daughter and son in law were successfully released from any allegations that were brought against them. Although Randy Warmbrodt was articulate and good at writing up court documents, he way over billed for his time and miss very critical deadlines on our case. His arrogant and controlling demeanor makes it difficult to deal with him. I spoke with former staff members, and they confirmed that he works up his monthly billing with the goal of charging each active case approximately $10K monthly. If you have money to burn, then you will like him as a lawyer and he will LOVE YOU. If, however, you are not rich, then you need to go elsewhere because he will rob you blind.

Overall, my main complaint is poor communication regarding documents and the entire process not being explained in laymans terms, and the office is moderately overpriced for services provided along with a confrontational attitude from Mr.Warmbrodt. The office was more than willing to call me on a regular basis to notify me that no progress was made via voicemail and also charge me for such notification. If I have received no documents or email and I do not call someone, I am well aware no progress is made. Please do not charge someone for that. Mr.Warmbrodt does not seem to take too kindly when you try to evaluate the firm. I tried to give some feedback on how I felt throughout the case in order to help him improve his interaction with clients in the future. Rather than apologizing or accepting constructive criticism, I felt rudely insulted through email with him defending himself as if he was in a court room. That behavior is precisely the thing he needs to work on. I am the client, and I deserve a little respect and should be able to express my opinion about how everything was handled.

I interviewed 3 other attorney s before retaining Randall Warmbrodt, about 6 months ago. I chose Randall Warmbrodt because I felt like he and his staff were very professional and on point. Going through a divorce after 9 years of marriage is a very stressful time and it was new territory for me. Mr. Warmbrodt and Ms. Chandler Winslow truly had my children and my best interest at heart. It was a lengthy battle and I was often feeling very defeated by the actions of my ex to the point where I just wanted to give in, just to be done with it. They were very patient as well as candid with me and took the time to explain what some of my hasty decisions could mean for my children and me in the future. I would highly recommend Mr. Warmbrodt if you are dealing with an irrational ex and child custody issues because he is extremely knowledgeable, organized and will take the time to make sure you are kept informed about your case.

The BEST Choice for Divorce & Child Custody. The best decision I made during my divorce was to hire Mr. Warmbrodt and his firm for a divorce and child custody battle. I called in and he called me back to do a consultation that day. In the midst of difficult decisions he was instrumental in many ways that helped my case by: 1. working through the dissolution of a marriage of 12+ years and 2. helping guide me the best way possible to limit the collateral damage for my children and income. 3. helping educate me how to protect my children regarding issues of alienation 4. protecting my future when dealing with a high conflict divorce 5. position me with measures to reduce legal abuse 6. equip me with information to help my children and myself to keep my family healthy and strengthen our family bond during and after divorce. Randall Warmbrodt and his entire staff were organized, timely, and very knowledgeable and professional every step of the way. If I had any choice available in regards to divorce or especially child custody; I would highly recommend Mr. Warmbrodt and his firm.

Wow did we make the right decision in hiring Warmbrodt and Associates! I have an immense amount of respect for Mr. Warmbrodt and the outstanding character that he showed throughout the process of adopting my step son. His team is very knowledgeable, they helped our family so much and were so generous and compassionate to my family s needs and our desires. They understood how much this meant to my family and went to great lengths to work this out for us. I cannot thank them enough for the work that they have done and the steps they took to make our family complete! My son now loves showing off his school I.D. with the new last name on it!
