I had the worst experience I have ever had at any business. Waited an hour for bowling (as expected since it was a Saturday night). That wasn t the issue. Once I got a text message that my lane was ready, I went up to the desk, paid $56.83 for one hour of bowling on one lane plus shoes. When I went to my lane, It was occupied by other people. I asked someone what my lane was on my receipt and I was not mistaken. They then told me after waiting an hour that I would have to wait again. After waiting this long for a lane, I wanted to leave. Asked for a refund and got dirty looks by the person at the desk and everyone was very rude about it. Just kind of shoving things in my direction and not a single kind word.

We had a great time and took fourteen kids for a thirteen/fifteen year old birthday party... We had pizza bowling and some of Their group stuff , which included climbing lazer tag video games... Everything was excellent, including the fruit and cookies and brownies... The pizza was very good, and cheese sticks were awesome

I had a great time here this lovely young lady named Caitlyn helped my kids out with the amazing rock wall although my kid was having a hard time at first. The young Lady Tamia at the front counter helped me out with card issues. Also the young gentleman Amare was very helpful in running our laser tag game and he also helped us pick out our prizes at the end for all the tickets we earned I will be coming back. This place is great.

This is a great location to come take your kids and family to relax. It is visible from the highway but not as easily accessible. You have to be on the access road and then the turns into it can be easily missed. Parking is readily available but its got a bunch of excess turns and a poor design. They do have plenty of accessible parking. The location is also accessible friendly. The bathroom stay dirty most of the time and dont get cleaned as often as they really should or stocked. The game floor gets mainly maintained but there are times where games are broken or not correctly set up. My last visit a lot of games were in disrepair. Food is good some of the items are great some of them are not so much. Bowling is good here at this location as well. The rock climbing wall and other bigger items there are a lot of fun as well. Prices are reasonable and the price exchange for tickets is decent though a little lopsided in their favor compared to other establishments. They have recently done some adjustments on games and everything and seem to be a little better set up than they were before. So there we were bored out of our minds. After eating dinner we decided to go out on the town. But what to do, what can this city offer us, we re in North DFW and there s a lot that can be done. And there she was the tallest bowling alley I ve ever seen. Like looking up in the sky at the heavenly building we decided to shoot our shot. The facility was large and well kept. There was an arcade section, a bar and grill and then the bowling side. It was a little pricey to bowl but we had a good time otherwise. I would recommend going for sure.

Was a fun place for the family. Only thing that ruined the experience is the lack of changing tables. There is ONE changing table in the entire facility. This table is also only in the family bathroom. While we were there this bathroom was occupied for over an hour by a member of their own team. I had to wait an hour to change my little one and if you re a mom you know how fussy they can get. You are a family friendly place but having ONE changing table is ridiculous.

Let me start by saying that Tamia was amazing! She was so friendly and willing to help. She definitely made the experience awesome! I hope she gets the recognition she deserves! She helped me as soon as I got there and then helped me book additional time for my party. She was super nice and was very clear when she explained how everything worked and always asked if there was anything I needed. She offered things that I hadn t thought of.. like the kids ramp I give Tamia 5 stars! I would give Pinstack 4 / 3 stars.. The over all booking experience to reserve lanes was rather annoying. You can only reserve online and then you can only do it week of on Thursday for the weekend . I think you should be able to book a little bit more in advance.

An overall clean facility. Bowling, bumper cars, rock climbing, an arcade, cornhole and outdoor chess are available. Food and drink are offered to you while bowling; there is also a sit-down restaurant inside. Didnt eat there, so cant review that. Bowling was fun, though a little pricey. Worst bowling alley arcade I ve ever been to. Extremely dirty and smelled absolutely disgusting. Never ever would recommend it to anyone. Pizza was absolutely unedible. Staff wouldn t even clean up drink spills and people were completely wild. Management didn t do anything about it either. The lemonade containers looked like they hadn t been cleaned in years and tasted like medicinal drinks. Machines wouldn t work and staff would barely fix them. Claw machines broke down every minutes and staff took hours to fix. There was no control and service was terrible. In one incident when I was at the fantastic prize machine, another male took away the prize that I won with my own credits and when I stopped them from taking it, staff wouldn t care and took my prize and gave it to the other male. Terrible experience and even a 1 star is too much for this place. Only thing to recommend were the brownies which were not bad but they didn t even have a good cracked top.

If youre looking for a fun, family-friendly entertainment center PINSTACK is the place to go! This place has everything you could want for a day or night out with friends or family. Right off the expressway with abundant parking. They have nice attractions such as bowling, a decently sized arcade, a laser tag arena, bumper cars, and even a rope course. One star off due to not all the games working every time we came. The service is pretty good along with the food and drinks. I always take my toddler on weekdays before 3:00pm so we mostly have the place to ourselves. One thing I really appreciate about PINSTACK is how clean and well-maintained everything is. The staff is constantly cleaning and sanitizing. Nice facility with friendly staff. I recommend Pinstack to spend a day or night out with friends or family.

Were here to bowl, and right off the bat we almost break our necks because theres sticky dried coke on the approaches, and theres gum on the bottom of all our shoes. Why do you even rent bowling shoes if its pointless to use them? Just another cash grab. Theres only enough seating for 4 people per lane, so its just crowded af, and completely uncomfortably claustrophobic. If anybody is looking for a spot to bowl, even just for kids, then hard pass on this horrible place.

Today Very bad experience, the staff took a long time to serve us, there was no one serving us at the tables or in the bowling area, we were there for almost two hours and no one took our order, we placed the order on the screen and no waiter arrived. The tables were all dirty when we arrived, the seats the same way and the only person who gave us service had a terrible attitude. They should evaluate their staff better before hiring them or in this case the manager in charge of the shift should try a little harder.

I just want to say every person on the staff was fantastic! It was just very refreshing to see such great customer service. We came to introduce our kids to bowling and had the best time. We went on a weekday and it was pretty busy. I feel like the staff headcount was not sufficient for the crowd they had during Spring Break. Our server took extended amounts of time between our food and drink servings. We had to keep reminding her to bring plates and silverware. The 36 pizza fed more than 12 people. Strong sewage smell when we walked in that persisted for several of the hours we were there. It wasn t everywhere or it would ve been a deal breaker. Still, pretty off putting. The food was fine-but-not-great. Bowling alley food is typically great so it was a little disappointing. The beer was exorbitantly expensive, too. I ve been to cheaper pubs in Europe, too. The bowling itself was also pretty bad. The lanes were bone dry. It s fine if you just wanna throw a few and don t care about your score. Some people own their own equipment and want to get good practice in whenever they can. If that s you, don t come here. The attractions were good-but-not-great. Rock climbing is limited to three tries and not time. Bumper cars were good but the time was short. Laser tag was good but one of the guns didn t work. The vest did so it was impossible to know until you re in there. 8 minutes is all you get so keep that in mind, too. Easily a four star experience if the time for each thing was longer or the prices were lower. This isn t something financially worth doing more than once. Dave and Buster s offers the same stuff but at a bit higher quality and with membership options. Overall, this is a fine experience for a one time visit. You can find better things to do with the same money and time.

Pinstack is ok we had issues getting game cards to work we were send around to other people to try and fix them we came here for my sons 8th birthday and he wanted to eat after the bartender finally found someone to seat us at a table we were ignored so we walked away I wouldnt call it the best experience but my son had fun so it is what it is not sure about going back

Crazy busy on the weekends. Fun birthday party idea, but going out to the arcade is so crowded. The ropes course was closed, which was a disappointment for my kids. The teens they have working there were doing the best they could, but they were definitely not happy.

Such a sweet spot to hangout! I went with my boyfriend on Valentine s Day to play in the arcade part of the PINSTACK. We spent $50 on each play card ($104 total) and were there for almost 2 hours. I believe it was money well spent! We had so so much fun. A lot of the machines were broken (like, a lot) but we had fun anyway.

Pinstacks is always a good time! The bowling lanes had dry spots, but I have no complaints about the other laser tag, obstacle course, bumper cars, and rock climb. Try the Mac and cheese pops!
