The service here was refreshingly excellent. Our waiter was attentive and very kind. When he found out it was our first time visiting he went above and beyond explaining the menu to us. We had an issue with our meal and the Manager visited our table and continued the excellent service by understanding the situation and immediately rectifying. Cant say enough good things about our visit. The food was very good as well. Will definitely be back.

I ve always gone to Lazy Dog for any of my pup s barkdays (birthday) as the food & drinks are always top tier. Tonight was my pup s 16th birthday and Richard was absolutely phenomenal and upped the expectations of service. Incredibly kind and attentive to both human and canine guests. Made sure we had all our accommodations, drinks, and food was incredibly prompt! He even entertained my request for whip cream and to sing happy birthday to my dog, Shasta. He made this an incredibly memorable night for me and appreciate him providing exceptional service from start to finish. Great customer service will always keep me coming back to an establishment. Don t go here without asking for Richard! Next time we go we ll definitely ask for him again, amazing person! (Also his pot roast recommendation is great!!)

Went to Lazy Dog for a special celebration with my son. I had the Chili crusted Ahi Tuna bowl. I was excited about the tuna lightly seared with a slightly spicy crust around the edges. This was perfect for me since I love texture with my sashimi. I absolutely loved the rest of the bowl with fresh ingredients, avocado, cucumber, pickled cabbage, plenty of rice, topped with a yummy sauce! We shared one of the signature dishes of mini corn dogs and fries. These were toasted perfectly on the outside, tender juicy on the inside. A great combo! A note, (which the waitress agreed) they put a scant amount of fries in the dish this time. For a dish in the category of sharables there wasnt much of it to share.. We have always had good service here but today the hostess was not pleasant with us and was openly in some disagreement with her manager about the seating situation. Regardless, we would still recommend Lazy Dog as the food is amazing and there are so many dishes on the menu to try :)

Long story short, my wife was having a rough day. We came in for an early dinner and was greeting and served by Richard. Amy came by our table who greeted us and asked if we were first time guests, which we were. She hooked us up with a free app and a coupon for another on our next visit. With the huge selection of items they offer, my wife had a hard time deciding and asked for suggestions from Richard. Richard gave some guidance but ended up getting something she didn t want. My wife was also helped by another server, Faith who comforted my wife.This is no fault to Richard at all, btw. Wife decided on a different meal, and Richard came to apologize about the confusion. Come to find out Richard was concerned about hovering over my wife s shoulder where my wife was undecided on what to get and didn t feel like she got the best description of what was available. Again, Richard came to apologize for something he didn t have too. With that, comes the 5 star review.

We had a blast at Lazy Dog! I had the Rueben and watermelon and my mom had one of the asian style bowls, but everything on the menu looked sooooo good. We didnt have any adult beverages, but definitely will be back! So impressed. Pur waiter did a fantastic job, and Im kicking myself for not getting his name. This place is hit or miss. Its convenient for us so we do return but with low expectations. Typically we sit at the bar. Our last visit was highlighted by an apparently entitled employee off the clock sitting at the bar having discussions with the other employees about the state of affairs at the establishment. Even the manager on duty gathered around her. Meanwhile we were pretty much ignored and left with no service. I mean really? You want your manager and employees to conduct themselves that way publicly at the bar? LOL. The food is good though.

First time here and was pleasantly surprised. Very neat clean place, the waitress couldnt have been better, the food was very good, came out quick, hot and exactly as ordered. The price wasnt cheap by any means but worth it for the quality and friendly service received. Parking: This is in a group of buildings that share common parking. While therere a lot of spaces, theyre small and the lanes are a little narrow. If youre pulling a trailer, unless its during a VERY low business traffic period, youre going to be parking elsewhere and walking.

Been here dozens of times, tried almost everything on the menu, and its all good. They try to make a real effort to elevate the dishes and really the whole experience. The ambiance is one aspect that puts this place above the rest. The folks who designed the restaurant knew what they were doing. It is spacious, comfortable, relaxed, and is as appealing to the eye as the served presentations are to the palate. The service is good, and they stay open until midnight as well!

This was disappointing at best. Lazy Dog experiences at other locations have been great. Serviced by four different members of the staff with lengthy waiting between most encounters. No one seemed to be our server and none were willing to take care of us. Food was disappointing over all, steak was under cooked and chips for queso were really stale. The queso itself was good, though could have been warmer. Asked for more chips and after a little while, got slightly less stale chips with paprika sprinkled on them to go with our now cool queso. All said and done one steak, one lunch entree, one appetizer, two teas and tip was $75.

Great food and time for the whole family. Huckleberry lemonade was my treat and it did not disappoint. Southern Fried Chicken salad is my go too. It is large, I cannot eat the whole one but love it! My husband and I sharedvthe cauliflower with hot sauce, so good but dont forget to ask for additional hot sauce. We sat outside on the nice patio. We enjoyed the beautiful TX evening and our dog enjoyed being with us. She loves the chicken and brown rice. The dog meni is great and very readonably priced. My parents and I placed an online order and the Door dasher delivered it to the wrong address. When my mom called Lazy Dog, she was told that they couldnt replace the order and to call Doordash. The Food was wayyyy too greasy. We were started with oil drenched waffle chips, and the majority of the menu was fried offerings. The kids mini corn dogs were so oil soaked my son wouldnt eat them. The crispy deviled eggs were not good. If you dont have a high grease tolerance I would avoid this place. Even the Brussel sprouts were too greasy. If youre wanting the most greasy food Texas has to offer...this is probably a 5 star place for you.

Disappointment - First time visit this afternoon for lunch. We sat on the patio with our pup. The atmosphere outside was clean and nice. It gets noisy as it right next to the highway. I appreciate them give the dog a bowl of water! Foods - My husband tried the ribs. He said they are great as a restaurant ribs. I tried the Yakisoba noodle with shrimp. It tasted awful. I understand that it is a fusion restaurant. However, the yakisoba noodle dish tasted weird and vinegar based in some ways. I had no clue and did not expect the dish to taste like this after reading the description on the menu. I couldn t eat it at all. It seems like one of the lowest grade for a fusion dish I have ever tasted and tried. Service - Our server did not refill my tea. Even she saw that it was low and needed refill. However, she filled the tea for my husband. So, thankful for that. The server saw that I did not touch the noodle plate and no questions was asked, but rather ignored. We paid for all the foods. I had to come home and to find different food for lunch because I couldn t eat the noodle dish. The only good thing and enjoyable was able to seat outside and it was not too crowded. I wish I chose American dish and not a fusion dish. So, disappointed and came home hungry!

Jacob, our server, was AMAZING! Great customer service, very attentive and created a positive experience overall! My husband and I are huge Lazy Dog fans! We are not impressed with this location just because of the food quality. A few examples, we always get the goat cheese and the crackers were pretty stale here. Jacob made it right and got us a new batch that was a lot better! My husband always gets the Cuban and at this location it was not as tasty, he said it was just off. Cant quite 100% pinpoint why the food isnt as great but the last few times we have been its always the food that isnt as great. We love the Frisco location! Food is always fresh and on point! Thanks again, Jacob! You are awesome and we appreciate your hospitality!

Grand rising family came into my 6th Lazy dogg restaurant. The Welcome was nice!!! I explained to the manager Greg who was more than approachable, very chill demeanor. I let him know I visit lazy dogg and other restaurants in the country leaving good and bad reviews and I expect to leave nothing but a great review as I did in Florida and other surrounding areas. All I eat are the Bison burgers drove 40 minutes away to try this location. Brands are becoming extent with respect to great service so far so good here. If you like or eat something a special way let it be known. People but people not brands. If its prepared well them you got a great review and return customer and my friendly viewers who love food. Bison is a carbon based animal that is lean and should be consumed more than cow whichbis a nitrogenous type of meat, in my opinion its better for thise looking for lesn non sleepy meals. The service here is fast fresh and smells great NOT LIKE DOG. Its clean, and so are the people. Great location. Plenty of parking for truckers and big families. Thanks for the service and great burger. This place comes close to the Orlando location who made that Bison burger dance in my mouth. What a bison burger & dont forget the Cajun Fries and sauce. 50.00 bucks is a small drop in the bucket for great food , service and friendly welcoming managers like GREG. ... ILL BE BACK FOR THE BISON BUT STAYING BECAUSE OF THE PEOPLES. BURGER WAS ALLLLL THATT!!

Lazy Dog has the best FRIES, in my opinion but this specific location has the best service and I am almost certain that it starts from the top with a manager named Matt who went above and beyond to make our experience one to remember! He interacted so well with our whole family he even joined us in our table games that my daughter initiated. I had the chicken salad and my husband had the Alfredo but the stars of the evening were, easily, the desserts! Their celebration cake and strawberry butter cake are PHENOMENAL and highly recommended! Even if you FEEL like you dont have the room for them, make space and exception to add them to your order. First time ever at Lazy Dog and the food was freaking delicious I got the Chicken Katsu, and the chilaquiles and OMG they where amazing!!! The sauces are really good too. So, at Sonic if I get an order of large cheese tots, it s $5 with tax and I get napkins, salt & pepper, plastic silverware and a mint.
