We were the only customers at 11:15 on Sunday morning. The mens restroom wasnt working, the ladies was messy and needed cleaning. The self-serve ketchup was completely out. The patio areas trash can was overflowing, the tables outside hadnt been bussed nor wiped down. There were 4 employees standing around waiting for customers. We had burgers and fries. The fries were hot and fresh; the burgers were mediocre, probably because of the buns. There is a lot of room for improvement here.

I may have just come at a bad time but I would have given this one star if not for the icecream. The icecream is very good. The burgers and salad took 20 minutes in the drive through and came out cold and looking like they were made last week and the salad had wilted lettuce and a moldy tomatoes

What happen to Braums 20 mins waiting on food. We decide to try Braums agin. Wrong. What happen to them burgers were bad, place where they cook dirty. This use to be our favorite place. We decided to try agin 7/11/24 9:45 pm. Wrong 3 young men making ice creams. We were waiting to order. No one helped us 15 mins . I asked was anyone taking orders . He said we are doing ice cream now since when do you not serve one side and not both. So we left along with another 2 people. Not good.

Walked in this afternoon wanting one scoop of ice cream in a big cup( to avoid making a mess). The indifference showed was mind boggling - they would want ti sell me a one scoop ice cream because the cup takes two scoops and they need yo charge me for an extra scoop - I said fine but don t give me the second scoop - then it became an issue how much to charge for a bigger cup - then I wanted additional toppings - they said this has it become a sundae! I said ok - please put the toppings on top of the ice cream. Can t do that - by the time this horrific incident ended - my desire to eat ice cream was muted. Tyler the manager showed up and accommodated my simple request - one scoop of cream in a large cup. Thanks Tyler -

My main concern was the Cleanliness. The difference of the counters we order all the way down we re dirty like ice cream, dripping off of them or somebody dripped ice cream. The floors were dirty In the area where you get, your ketchup it was filthy. ketchup with caked on one the other was empty. The tables also were dirty. My friend had to clean where we said there were four of us. We got to the counter to order and no one was coming to help us for a few minutes. Several People were milling around back Behind the counters. Most likely some were helping to go orders. Burgers were Soso my friend got the five in a bag and they were just smashed together. I don t know. I just don t normally ever do this, but I just feel compelled because it wasn t just me. It was people that were with me also. I definitely have no desire to return to eat.. I do come to buy eggs and milk and butter Occasionally. There was one bright like in the whole thing named Victoria. She came to take me my order ( I walk with a cane). Saw that I was having difficulty getting the catch up. She came and took my tray. Got my ketchup. And my drink for me and took it to the table. Very helpful when I was purchasing from the marketplace and saw that my things got taken to someone to help me carry them out.

This establishment customer service was horrible, the young lady with gold/ white box braids who served me and my family ice cream attitude was straight trash. After serving us ice cream she didn t check us out but as we walked up to pay she rolled her eyes and clocked out !!! We waited to patiently to pay nobody came up to check us out. Stores loss very unprofessional. Entire store was a mess and gross from top to bottom. Aren t the employees hands supposed to be covered with gloves when serving ice cream as well ?? Let me not forget The RESTROOMS WERE DISGUSTING!

I am surprised that I have not done a review on them before. (Maybe I have!) But this deserves to be done. My wife and I come to Tyler from time to time to take care of some personal business. And because we are often running to Tyler to get back to Longview, we may stop and get a bite to eat. Braums Ice Cream & Dairy Store has been that go to for us. We have been absolutely amazed at the quality of the burgers that we have ordered. Simply delicious. We were equally shocked at how those persons who ordered hamburgers and ate at the restaurant, also ordered ice cream. Needless to say, we did the same. Let me tell you, the ice cream was delicious. I ordered strawberry in a cup and my wife ordered chocolate... Lord knows, I wish they had at least one location in Longview, TX!!!!

Sanitation concerns! Disgusting bathrooms. Flies in the dining/ kitchen area. Dirty surfaces everywhere you look. This place is let go. The manager off this location must be completely disconnected and staff poorly trained. Cleaning is a major part of operating a restaurant. Not just a quick chore at closing.

I visit this location often, but I visited today and I didn t receive fresh tenders at all they had been sitting. And I asked if I could get them remade by an employee and she gave me attitude when I asked and took them to the back and told the manager and he had an attitude and said with emphasis okay it s gonna be 6 minutes . I replied okay that s fine. And he got smart again and said okay and shrugged his shoulders. Customers are always top priority and you never make someone feel like it s a problem to make something fresh if the item you gave them has been sitting for a while. This was my worst experience here at this location.

I have always been so impressed about Braums, their food is so delicious, very well cooked, excellent flavor, great combination and best price! The store is super very well cleaned, and the staff is very friendly -texas style!- I love it! I wish they had one in Gilmer TX. Great Food, Terrible Customer Service Ive been to Braums twice now, and while the food never disappoints, the customer service leaves much to be desired. During my recent visit, I utilized the drive-thru, and from the get-go, it was clear the staff were not up to par. The employee taking my order seemed impatient and audibly sighed as I took a moment to decide. When I reached the window, there was confusion about my order, leading to further delays. Additionally, a simple request for ranch seemed to provoke unnecessary frustration from the staff. To top it off, they didnt have ketchup, which is a basic condiment that one would expect a fast-food restaurant to have readily available. While Braums food is consistently delicious, the disappointing service at this location makes it hard to overlook.

I have loved Braums my whole life. The best thing about it was its store. You were always able to rely on fresh and fresh tasting products, especially their milk. It tasted like fresh milk from a farm. I hadnt been close enough to a Braums in years to be able to enjoy their wares, but I saw this one and turned in. I bought several things, while making sure to get 2 gallons of milk. Excitedly, I opened the first gallon and got a glass. Upon taking my first large drink I realized something was desperately wrong. This milk did not taste dairy fresh, nor was it satisfying. I looked at the label and it had an A2 on it. Desperate for the delicious, farm fresh tasting milk I remembered, I opened the next gallon. The same, chemically altered flavor was present. Disheartedly, I headed to the bathroom and was forced to pour both gallons down the drain. Brookshires milk tasted better than that stuff. I have been blessed enough to be able to get some milk, once a month, from a farm and it is fresh and chemical free. It has such an amazing flavor. The same flavor that Braums milk used to have. I wish Braums would have been savvy enough to keep providing good items in their stores, but they havent. Braums still has some good stuff, just not near as much as they used to.

Braum s is my favorite place to grab a burger and as long as I ve been a customer, they ve never disappointed me until Monday. I stopped by to grab lunch on my break. I ordered a quarter pound bacon cheeseburger no lettuce or tomatoes. I knew something was off when I got to the window because they handed it to me rather quick. I pulled around to check my burger and it wasn t fresh (both meat and cheese were cold) Honestly looked just thrown together. Parked and went inside and asked for a remake. Cashier asked me 10 times what I wanted on my burger and I replied 10 times. No lettuce or tomatoes. Remake burger had tomatoes. Really disappointed. Great customer service just couldn t deliver a great order.

The only thing I had was her ice cream. The first day was an ultimate Sunday three scoops of ice cream peanut butter Reeses Butterfinger and Eminems. It was stacked for a decent price. The second day I had peanut butter explosion, I believe, was cherry pecan cream. Love that recommend

Went through the drive thru and ordered a double dip in a paper cup and a small twist. Got everything and was told it was $4.10. Of course, I have no idea if this was true because I never received a receipt...or a spoon...or my change!! I was being rushed through because of traffic being me and didnt notice until I pulled out. Had the gouda chicken sandwich, and the chicken was very dry and obviously not fresh. Grocery section was unattended, and 2 men stood in line to check out for some time. O e stood there for 10 minutes that I know of. Finally, one went to the ice cream counter, and a server walked over to check them out. I like Braums, but this was not my best experience there. On a good note, my sundae was very tasty.

Horrible service!!! Food was cold. Soda machine tasted rancid and watered down. The manager didn t care to fix it. A person waited in line for 15 or minutes until someone came over and they still didn t get the order correct. At the end I went for an ice scream but the long haired pony tail guy acted like he didn t want to do it and when he finally did he dropped the ice scream scooper on the dirty floor picked it up and proceeded to use it!!! No I don t think so I told him never mind . I ll just go to McDonald s next time This place is unhygienic, gross and nasty For a bad time go here, otherwise anywhere else but this place would be marvelous!!!

Great food only complaint is they gotta focus on giving people the right order. Multiple times Ive gone Ive gotten someone elses food instead of mine.

I have visited this store several times over the last few years. Usually it is delicious 4-5 stars. But yesterday was a huge let down. Got a bag of burgers, tried to eat them in store; they were so cold/lukewarm they cheese wouldnt even melt on them. The burgers seemed cooked so my only assumption can be that they had some leftover from yesterday and forgot to reheat them or something. I will give them another shot in a couple months and update from there.

Had a good selection of ice cream of course! Large area to eat your lunch or dinner. Something for everyone there from ice cream to hamburgers. They even have a store where you can get everything you need for a quick dinner. Milk, eggs, butter, pasta and sauce. Of course all the dairy products were Braum brand. Even more ice cream flavors! The only negative I encountered was no one was working the cash register at the Dairy Store so it would take a while to checkout.
