Called to make an order and a worker kept saying they didnt do delivery where I live which was wrong because we always do delivery so instead I then proceeded to order online and my order was delivered. I called back to speak to someone and complain they then say they didnt know who took my order and they didnt know the corporate number but he was a manager. I dont know what the problem was at all and I didnt appreciate the attitude while Im expressing my thoughts which was calm.

They were not prepared for the super bowl rush. I understand being a little behind, but I was waiting an hour and a half which is ridiculous. They had no idea what they were doing and I had to walk out. Im sure theyre fine during regular days, but this was awful. Please fix the ordering system.

It was pouring down raining. I was hungry and had just an awful day. I decided to check out the closest Dominos. They were giving out free small pizzas! I just so happened to had accidentally left my wallet at the house and this coincidence really made my day! The GM was very enthusiastic about it and the employees seemed so friendly and laid back. It was the best small pizza I ever had and a great experience. Ill remember this! They earned this 5 star review!

An employee physically assaulted me when I tried to ask about my order. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! I tried to ask an employee about my order when an guy (who is a dominos employee but was not working) grabbed me and pushed me. The dominos employee then yelled at me and did not give me my order. I was NOT trying to cross the counter but was waiting at the side trying to get the employees attention to ask about my order because there was no one working the counter. This is when the guy pushed me and grabbed me. I was not trying to cross into the kitchen in any way but was waiting on the side to try and get an employees attention to ask a question. THIS IS NOT OKAY DOMINOS!! I have ordered form dominos online so many times but it is not acceptable for a man to put there hands on a woman.

One of the woman wearing spectacles is so arrogant in this place. Her act of arrogance must be taken care of. We placed an order and we re standing outside dominos and she asked us to leave the place, where she stated we have other customers coming in when the place was empty. The waitress (woman In spectacles) was extremely ignorant, rude and arrogant. My friends and I placed an order for a Pizza and were waiting outside. The guy Blake that I talked to on the phone about my order was ignorant and rude, I was just trying to get an update on my order over the phone bcuz the pizza tracker kept bouncing back and forth from bake and prep. When he picked up He said he was busy and set the phone down but I could still hear a bunch of stuff and joking and laughing in the back ground cuz he didnt even have the respect to put me on hold, then when he came back he said sorry were busy what can I help u with and I told him my order name and number and he said yeah there starting on that now (45min later) and as I went to talk to tell him how the app was messing up and to ask for napkins and plates he hung up in the middle of my sentence like he couldnt care less . Staff work hard considering they are understaffed and this place gets super busy. My review isnt based off the workers rather the company. Dominos has good crust but their red sauce tastes pretty bad (almost metallic?). Also the pricing is ridiculous. Getting anything other than a 1-topping large pizza (boring) is wayyy overpriced.

I called around 4:10pm Sunday 12/11/22 and ordered 2 large pizzas and boneless wings for delivery. My first concern came when the person answering my phone call could not seem to locate my delivery address, even though we were about a mile away from the Dominos and we had previously had food delivered from this location. They eventually found the address and after about 10 minutes of ordering a couple of pizzas and chicken, I thought that everything was fine. The person taking my order said that our food would be delivered between 4:41-4:51pm. Dominos sent me a text message saying that they had begun making my food at 4:19pm. Well, at about 5:15pm (without having received our food yet) I called the Dominos back but no one at the store would answer my phone call. I was on perpetual hold. After about 10 minutes of being on hold, I called the Dominos from a different cell phone (while still on hold with the original call) and they picked up immediately. They had ignored my phone call from the phone number that they had on file about an order that someone had dropped the ball on, while instantly taking the phone call from a separate phone number that had never called this Dominos before. Once talking to a Dominos employee on the not ignored phone call, I asked for my order to be canceled and informed the employee that I was still on hold on my original phone call. At that point I was suddenly disconnected from the original perpetual on hold phone call. If Dominos didnt want our business, they should have just said so. No one from Dominos acted professionally at any time. If someone would have just answered my call back and admitted that something went wrong and that they would have me my food to me ASAP, I would have accepted that, kept my order for the food, eaten, and continued my night. I ended up taking my family out to get food elsewhere.

They re always as quick as they can be and consistently deliver hot items. I usually get my order delivered within 20-30 minutes. At peak busy school season/times it can be an hour, which is still decent (weekend sorority/event nights). Order during peak game times at your own risk as they can only have so many delivery drivers and pizza ovens at once. Summer is 100% on point. Tip your driver!

Friday (6/17) night at 2:30 am, or Saturday morning (6/18), I walked into this Dominos Pizza, and casher #1 immediately told me they were no longer taking orders. I walked out and noticed on the door that the Dominos Pizza closes at 3:00 am. I was confused. I walked back in to ask for clarification, and cashier #1 told me the same thing. Another cashier, #2, went to the back to ask for permission. While cashier #2 was gone, cashier #1 mentioned that they both were new, and cashier #2 did not know any better. Cashier #2 came back and said that they were taking orders. I asked if they had anything ready, and the answer was no. I understood and left and went to another place to eat. Turning me away and closing up shop early is very disappointing as a customer.

Pre-order for a certain hour and they re on the dot. 10/10 exactly what you expect every time EDIT: my cat escaped through my legs while I was receiving a delivery, he wasn t wearing a collar (extra scary) and ran into the complex parking lot next to mine. I climbed the fence since it was the only quick solution, and my delivery guy went out of his way to drive around the block to come help search for my cat at 1am!! These guys are so hardworking, please don t forget to tip your delivery boys!

Order a pizza around midnight , Sunday morning. The online tracking page said the pizza came out of the oven at 12:24 am. The pizza sat in its box in the store until it left the store for delivery over an hour later. When it arrived, it wasn t hot, it wasnt warm it was COLD. According to the driver it sat there because they didn t have any other delivery drivers . Delivery driver was nice enough and failure to arrive timely was not his fault. The manager should never let a pizza that has been sitting there for over an hour leave the store. I fled a complaint and I am curious to see how they respond, if at all. l will report back here if they ignore me or if they make some effort to apologize for the poor customer service. All I know, is that this is the last time I will order a pizza so that I can Throw it away when I get it. If I don t get some assurances there won t be a next time, I ll just order from Gumby s .

I ordered from here on Super Bowl evening, arguably one of the busiest days for pizza places. I felt like the wait was reasonable, the staff was really sweet, and my pizza was amazingly cheesy and delicious (like seriously, the amount of cheese they gave made my family and I super excited). I can understand that the industry is bad right now, but that should not be an excuse as to why Domino s driver did not call to get directions or let us know that our pizza has been delivered to the wrong place. We placed an order around 9AM for delivery for a business meeting, to which we were told we would have our pizza about 5:15PM. We gave them the benefit of the doubt. Fast forward to 5:45, no pizza. Called domino s, I think his name was Mitch, answered the phone. My coworker was given the options to resend or refund, of course we wanted it refunded. At that point, my coworker was asking why the driver did not call or notify anyone and Mitch decided that a non-friendly attitude was a good choice for this business he ended up hanging up on my coworker as she was still talking. Very rude and need some serious practice with customer service. That was unacceptable. Don t get an attitude for YOUR mistake. Would not recommend this location.

I ordered from my local Dominos pizza last night. (Sunday, June 13, 2021) Worst experience ever. I called the store after my pizza did not show up for nearly an hour. The manager told me I was next on the list and my pizza would be delivered in the next 20 minutes. I told the manager that I did not want pizzas that had been sitting on the shelf for over an hour. I told the manager that if they would remake the pizzas I would drive to the store to pick them up. The manager told me that they could not do that, they could only cancel the order and I would have to reorder for take-out. So I had the manager cancel the order and reordered for pick up. When I arrived at the store I watched the manager take my pizza out of a delivery bag and give me the now 90 minute old cold pizzas. He refused to show me the receipt. The manager also refused to show me a receipt for the canceled order. I started to call my credit card company and walk out of the store when one of the employees started yelling from across the store, We remade that order! The manager mumbled something like, Since they remade it, you can have it. However, he still refused to show me a receipt for the canceled order. Some of the employees were wearing masks, the front desk person was not. The employees frequently pulled their masks down to speak with one another,

Look, the pizza at this place is good. Its classic Dominos, exactly what you want. But if youre like me and at risk for Covid (or any concerned individual who doesnt particularly want your share of the plague) this is NOT the place to go. Dominos promises contactless curbside pickup, but if you sit in your vehicle in front of this store they will never bring you your pizza. And inside theres not enough room for the number of guests to social distance while waiting. Not to mention that some of the employees were either improperly wearing their masks, or none at all. After Covid Ill reassess since this is really the most convenient pizza place in my vicinity, but for now some of us will just have to choose to do without. As much as I love it, Pizza is just not worth my life.

Ive been a loyal customer with Dominos for a long time now. Whenever Ive had a midnight craving, this was the place to go (no, I wasnt inebriated). Tonight, I was disappointed. I wouldnt blame Dominos for it rather this particular employee. When I asked him his name, he said Anthony but I doubt that was his name. He was working the register on October 10th, Thursday. He had me wait for 10 minutes in the front of the counter when I had already ordered beforehand and my pizza was sitting out just waiting to be picked up. He came multiple times to the counter and simply ignored me. I havent faced any racism till date in the 4 years Ive lived in the US but this Anthony (bearded, long face) had the nerve to completely ignore me while he attended to other customers who were clearly a more important color. I usually never write scathing reviews but tonight, I am truly disappointed. I had made specific requests as to what I needed on my pizza and when I asked if he was sure that he had gotten it right (I know how my easy order is supposed to look like) all he had to say was, sure. That kid needs some customer relationship training, if not, fired for his attitude. Im probably never going here again. Sorry, Dominos, racism is one thing I will not accept. Had he been rude, I would have ignored it since everybody has a bad day but this - NOT ACCEPTABLE.

I used my dominos app to order and waited for an hour until I decided to call and check on the order only to find out there was going to be another two hour wait for delivery so I decided to pick it up myself. When I went in they had canceled my order and wanted to charge me up front. after I had already paid on the app. I don t appreciate the very un professional customer service. I was treated as if I was a bother because I showed up to check on my order. Bottom line, IF you should be desperate enough to try this location, do yourself a favor and go in person and wait there for your order. Using the website, or calling your order in will get you NO WHERE! Papa johns would never do this BS

Best pizza (if you love loads of cheese): Handmade pan Wisconsin six cheese pizza About this place: The food delivered from this place has always been hot and extremely fresh. Usually, thats not the case with home delivery from other restaurants. In terms of freshness and quality of the ingredients, I dont think any other pizzeria is as good as this place. Hell...I am craving for a Domino pizza while writing this review at 4AM! Suggestion : Please start making medium sized gluten free pizzas!

I ordered online last night at 8:15PM, I never received my order. I tried to call them for an hour, they never answered the phone. I tried to contact them till 11 PM to at least cancel my order and get a refund, but no one was answering the phone. I felt sleep hungry. Please do not order from this store, unless you want to stay hungry!

Honestly horrified by the experience I received. I knew going into the order that this is a college town and to expect a while for the pizza to be delivered. An hour and a half later the dominos tracker said my order had arrived, but I definitely did not have it. So I waited a minute to see if they were gonna call me, but they didn t, so I called the store and got Junior, who had an attitude from the start. I tried to be polite, cause I m sure the guy had received other angry calls. I asked about my order and he said that the tracker had been messing up all night and that my window was 2 hours, but when I placed the order, it had said 45-56 minutes, I let him know that, to which I got no, it s 2 hours, it will be there soon . Which really upset me that this was the level of customer service I was getting. So I then cancelled my order and went to whataburger instead. From now on I ll be using Hungry Howies for my pizza, they definitely don t treat me like Dominos did.

My fiancé ordered a pizza, the bites, and some soda from here to be delivered. We waited and waited for it to be cooked and the check to happen and finally we were excited to see that it was out for delivery. After almost an hour later, it said it had been delivered but we didn t have any calls (he put call when they get here because our apartment complex is fobbed and people can t get in) and definitely didn t have any pizza. We even called the front desk of our complex to make sure they didn t deliver there because we would ve went and grabbed it. My fiancé called the store and spoke to Junior who was very unhelpful and rude. We asked if there was an update because it said it had been delivered and he said there was a glitch. We asked to cancel the order since nobody knew where it was and we would just go grab food somewhere else. He offered no apology, no help to figure out where our pizza was, and was not helpful when my fiancé asked about how he could get his money back. He claimed the tracker was messing up, but they were VERY quick to change the status to cancelled . Should ve stuck to my Hungry Howie s!

This Dominos has saved me many times when I needed something to eat after a late night of studying or even some pizza when I was hanging out with friends. I lived in a dorm right across the street so it was always really convenient when I needed a pizza. It was easy to call in my order ahead of time and then walk to the Dominos to pick it up. Each time I was there the emploees were always really polite and happy to help me. They generally had the pizza ready in a good amount of time, and they always had special deals that made ordering pizza that much better! Also I wanted to point out the fact that after looking over the other reviews it looked like someone from the Dominos staff had replied to all of the review. This is something you dont see very ofter on Google Maps, so I respect them for that!

I never had an issue with any dominos, however this location is by far the WORST. every time I place an order it takes over an hour, the food is burnt, not correct, or cold, and the people working there are terrible. They never make it right and I never get what I actually paid for. It s like no one at this location cares about their work or their job.
