Lupita was so professional and so helpful. My son didn t smile in his school photo and she went out of her way to setup a meeting to retake it. I appreciate her kindness and I recommend her business.

I purchase the pictures for the memories for my daughter. But photographers dont even try to help the kids with even the smallest details to make the pictures look nice for the parents. They could easily assist with fixing headbands or asking them to smile. But for the past 2 years I have yet to see any progress in the pictures. I understand there are alot of students. But we are not getting them free. We are purchasing them with hard working money.

Friendly people, very attentive. Will work with you! I was not very happy at first as I made arrangements to go in on a Saturday at a certain time to get there to find out it would open at a later time. The customer service i received once they got there made up for my wait. Now I am a very happy customer.

Customer service sucks I waited over 15 mins for someone to attend me and thats that I was the only customer there, the ladies were to busy talking to each other in the back that they didnt hear me come in.
