Good prices on most merchandise! But, there seems to be issues with inventory and/or lack of employees to stock shelves... I find that I have to run between 3 or more stores before I can find merchandise, showing in stock online, but none on the shelves when I get there... (Another issue is, if you order online, it shows not available, but you get to a location, and there is the product(s))... Good thing we have 5 locations within a 60+ radius...

Unable to shop at 9pm because whoever is in charge decided it was a good idea to move several isles in the grocery side of the store before close. I recommend you shop at a different walmart, completely disorganized and chaotic. Some lady who seems to be supervising ever has her dog with her around all of the food! I am sure there are health and safety issues around having animals near food...

I went to Walmart bout 6:30pm, Aug 30th. Just to grab a few things I needed. While I was there, I had 2 males being suspicious!!!! I was on the aisle by myself. One guy was behind me playing on his phone. The other was at the end of the aisle with an about 8-year-old boy. The guy behind me acted like he was on the phone with his mom, cussing her out! He walks to the other side of the aisle where I cant see him. As soon as I look back to the other end of the aisle, there is the little boy and another male hiding behind the rack with a camera on me! Recording me. I screamed, get away from me. Stop recording me! I am calling the police! Once I did that, the cameraman and the little boy ran off. The other guy that was behind me came out and tried to say they were recording his audio. He pointed at a not mic on his shirt by his neck. I told him I didnt care. You and them need to get the hell away from me! Stop recording me! I am calling the cops! They all take off running. (In my opinion, why would you have a mic on and get on the phone with your mom and cuss her out, then walk off. An they are still there watching me! It was bullshit!) When the cop shows up. ( it think his name was chuny) He tells me nothing he can do. He does not offer to walk me out. He just walks around the store to find them, then leaves. Does not look at the cameras either. I left and called walmart to let them know what was going on because I was scared for myself. An I want people to be made aware!!!! They said they would watch the video and go from there. So not sure if anything will come out of this, but I want the public made aware there are 2 males walking around walmart, videoing you with a camera, and a mic deal on the top of it. Then another that will walk behind you. Not sure what they had planned to do because i yelled and called the cops! Women that are alone, please be safe!!! Because walmart apparently does not care!

Walmart on fourth Street is a nightmare I do not care what time of the day you go. It is awful the employees that shop for other people are rude. Horrible experience, as a former Co-Manager Im appalled by the actions some of these Associates took. For 1. You can add money to your One Card at any Walmart register. 2. If you didnt have the knowledge to do so, you should of asked your management team. 3. Dont lie to a customer, its not in Mr. Sam, nor Walmarts Philosophy. My best advice is drive the extra distance to any other store in Longview, this one is very unprofessional. SHAME!

Ordered curbside pickup for the first time and they screwed it up. I can not get in contact with anyone so I can return the products for what I order. These arent the replacement products either, its similar boxes and by each other on the shelf. Zucchini straps arent potato skins but the boxes are similar. Cant stand lazy trash people!

Update to my review for the Loop 281 Walmart: I just had a terrible experience and my last straw at this Walmart. I went to the bathroom with my two girls and as we finish we go to wash ours hands and a full grown male walks out of the stall that was right next to us. He casually is rearranging himself in front of my little girls so we bolt out of there. I m furious because not only is there a male in the bathroom but he is also an employee! I go to the manager a she tells me there is nothing she can do about it which then I call the corporate line and they tell me something completely different. Saying employees should be using their own bathrooms to begin with. This was a violation of a space that I don t feel comfortable sharing with grown males and will not be back to this Walmart. Original review: So my daughter just had a birthday party and we were given gifts that we already had so I went to return the duplicates. I had both the duplicates and two organize baskets that I didn t have a receipts for. People don t give you receipts when giving presents and I don t blame them at all but I do blame whatever is going on with this Walmart craziness. The employee said that she can t let me return the items because it is over the allowed refund amount. What since when?! Then I told her then let me just return the presents and she told me she can t do that either because they came in with the baskets. Never have I had trouble returning a present or anything for that matter without a receipt. The sheer incompetence or lack of work ethic that these employees have is extraordinary. This isn t my first major problem with this Walmart but this is starting to become really frustrating and making me want to find somewhere else to shop. Worst part is my mother went in with the same stuff and returned it just fine. Really!!!

I left film to be sent off and developed at this store. It took quite a long time to develop. I received an email finally that indicated it was ready. Nope, no pictures. It took me several days to get back to the store in order to hopefully pick up my pictures. Not only was my pictures not there, the clerk said, oh, we probably threw them away. Then a manager came and explained that the pictures were probably not thrown away but just taking longer than usual to develop. She said to call back tomorrow and ask. I did so, two days in a row. No answer, no matter how many times I called and in any department....no answer, call ended every time. If it were an emergency, tough luck. They neglect answering their phone. Its poor business practice to not answer the phone at the business. Were in some sorry times with this being more and more common at these large stores. Theyre too busy, understaffed, or just dont care anymore. I miss good customer service. For the most part were all faced with this dilemma and it is sad to see. They even took my name and phone number, but never bothered to call me at all. I for one will be seeking alternatives to do my shopping period.

This is the second time I have came to their service dept. To get a tire balanced. The time to get started was almost 2 hrs. Watching them work from the window in the waiting area, the gentleman working on my truck looked like he was walking on lead loaded feet moving at half the speed of smell. I will admit this should not be the first choice when getting tires or work done, hell not even a third or possible fourth. But lets be honest, the way this economy is going right now you have to make some sacrifices. But 2-4 hours for a balance and re-mount is a little absurd.

The last two times I ordered delivery, I have had two additional charges to my bank account. This time one for $102.00 and one for $76.00 I have since put a stop to any charges from Walmart and will under no circumstances vorder from you again.

While Im new to Texas again I am not new to Walmart Ive lived in Cali where Walmart standards in Modesto CA Are lower in every way Here in Longview Walmart standards are upheld and being followed WITHOUT FAIL this Warm and friendly WalMart was one of the cleanest and most organized I Have ever been in And The friendliest knowledgeable staff I have experienced Im so HAPPY TO KNOW THE WALMART STANDARDS ARE UN FULL FORCE HERE IN THE LONESTAR STATE GOOD FOR YOU LONGVIEW THANKS FOR THE GREAT EXPERIENCE .
