My idea of how to prepare a hamburger and theirs are very different. I did like their burger and fries, but have had better at other places. Will try other menu items on next visit. Service was very good. Real nice bar tenders. Very clean restroom, and bar service area. This restaurant and bar is not a very big place, so I would not book a big party there with more than 30 people so as not to over crowd it.

The bartender/server was very abrupt and not personal at all. She was attentive but rude at the same time. We felt she was judging base on our age which I will always protest against. Food and drinks were good.

Andy has personally destroyed this bar with the food and multiple other variables such as horrible karaoke, personal interactions with customers, diminishing atmosphere with the chairs/building/bathrooms falling apart everyday and limited food options. Overall it s just not being managed or maintained. I hate seeing such a staple of the neighborhood let go down hill.

very strange and hostile servers here. i think our bartender was new to checking ID s because she turned it into a baffling spectacle of forgetting we had just been checked, bending all our drivers licenses like crazy(she was very confused by their bendiness) and then blowing up and swearing at all of us. still got our drinks but holy mother of god this place is a mess.

Just a heads up if youre coming here for Trivia on Wednesday nights, its completely packed, the patio outside is a wall of cigarette and cigar smoke, and the trivia is verbal only, no screens with the questions. The servers and bartenders didnt acknowledge that we were there. Just so you know what to expect prior to coming here.

If you love passive aggressive bartenders, stale chips, swarming fruit flies and a boring atmosphere, this is your go to place! I went there during my last visit to Dallas with two friends, and the bar tender Jessica came in with a bad attitude. She decided to throw us out for no reason, because she apparently didn t want to be at work that day. We spoke with the manager, and she said she had to close out our tab because it was easier to have us leave than to lose her only bar tender. This seems like a bad way to run a business, and we definitely won t be back anytime soon!

Pet sitting in the area and saw this place so I figured Id stop by and I was not disappointed at all. The bartenders there last night were super nice and made sure all the customers were well taken care of and the food was really good. If youre looking for a good hot ham and cheese Id recommend theirs with the tots. Their tots are AMAZING! Just know that it says the mayo is on the side and it wasnt for me so if you hate mayo dont forget to have it removed. Even with that I still feel great giving 5 stars. Will definitely come back sometime to try something else!

This was our first time here and I want to like this local pub but I m a little annoyed that their menu online does not reflect their current food options. We ordered a pretzel and a couple of pub clubs. When you think club it s some version of deli meats or carved meat in either single or double decker style on white/wheat bread, right? No this was a warm sandwich on a pretzel roll. When we called she said oh our website has been unable to be updated for over a year and umm we changed our menu a month ago. This was perplexing because when my husband went in to order the person never mentioned hey our menu has changed. The sandwich was ok and the pesto aioli saved the sandwich. I don t think we ll be returning until their menu can accurately reflect what they have on hand.

A surprisingly good experience. We were recommended this place over lion and the crown by friends in the area and enjoyed our food and the overall bar atmosphere. The bar was attentive and playing solid music at a tolerably loud volume. It s lit like most bars and is clean on tables and floors. The service is fast and consistent. The food was surprisingly thoughtful and generous. I recommend the fries and burger.

We went in the afternoon for happy hour but the happy hour only really applies if you are going for beer ($4 draft). We order margaritas and they tasted pretty off, quite salty actually and not very much lime. We when went to pay we were charged $13 per drink, which we thought was crazy but we paid our tab of course. The ambiance is okay and our server was fine but I don t think it s for us :/

I usually come here just for a beer or two. It s a nice spot to just hang out with friends and they do have live music sometimes. I went on a Saturday night around 9ish, there was 2 ladies working at the time, it wasn t super busy but it was busy enough for them. Those ladies killed it, they were hitting every table and were very attentive. I ordered Queso, wings and a pretzel, food was good! I also ordered a green tea shot and I had 2 beers. I m going to keep coming here.

Went there for food, ordered a chicken sandwich took a bite there was no flavor other than over used oil. Looked at it the sandwich was about 5 shades too dark completely dry and absolutely disrespectful to serve to a paying customer. The waitress seen I took two bites of the sandwich asked if I wanted a box I said no and she walked away quick and brought back my check even though it was clear I was unhappy about the sandwich.

Second time coming here and have ordered food both times. I thought the food was just really good the first time because I had a few drinks. Went back again and had the food early on and it was just as good - best bar food around. Great selection of beers and the bartenders are always very friendly and quick. Classic pub atmosphere with good music that is loud enough to hear but quiet enough you can comfortably hold a conversion. Great place to get a drink and /or food.

I went to Mucky Ducks with some friends last weekend and they double charged my credit card.Once I noticed I called on Tuesday and was told the manager would call me Wednesday morning. No one ever called me so I called again Wednesday afternoon and talked to the manager who told me she would call me later that night. AGAIN no one called me so I called again this afternoon and was told I would be called back once the manager got in, yet AGAIN no one called me. This was the most unprofessional experience I have had with a place of business. You would think they would help me correct a mistake they made with my payment..

If I could give zero stars I would. So I called in an order and I was told that it would be ready in 15 mins on May 2, 2021. When I arrive not only am I told that my order was placed, my order cannot be completed because the kitchen is closed. When asked why my order was not place when called in I was simply told idk followed by what you want me to do about it . Not only was I offended by his action, I was token aback, as a repeat customer, I have always been treated with decency but the person work on May 2, 2021 on the night shift. Not only was he rude but it was obvious that he had no respect for patrons. I just hope this establishment has better for paying customer and this one employee was not a reflection of this company.

Just left from there, like 5 min just left, security guard is awesome, we sit down for a few minutes..bartender is cleaning, cool, place wasnt even busy like ive seen it. The other day i went there, the lady bartenders were awesome, i tipped them super well...my advice? Dont go in there possibky on sundays or when the guy is working...RUDE.

I happened upon Mucky Duck during a recent trip to Texas. This neat Addison spot offered a friendly, clean, and safe environment to comfortably enjoy tasty cocktails. The service was also top notch! The bartender, Jack, was beyond kind, attentive, and had a great sense of humor. This undoubtedly made for a fun night! Definitely worth a return visit if I ever find myself back in Dallas.

Poor service, for the price of your drinks you get very little if your passing for a non alcoholic drink the young dude gives you very little like the bar is going to lose money over a Little juice back. He was a horrible host in embarrassed for the owner of the establishment.

One of The Worst Service . I ever saw Indy lifetime. Dude I am a customer paying money. This is not the way you treat customers talking so rude and shouting without patience.
