We love Mooyah burgers but this location is constantly dirty, tables not wiped down, trash can has lots of old ketchup on it. Windows and doors a dirty. So how clean is the kitchen ?? We won t be back to this location

I went in around 7:30 last night and placed an order to-go. The service was friendly enough (not great though), but when I got home and started eating I discovered that my burger was completely raw in the middle! This kind of carelessness is dangerous. Kitchen staff is going to get someone sick or worse. Staff needs a refresher course on minimum internal temperatures for ground meat.

I love the food here. But as a location this place has been falling off for a while. The food is still very good. Love the burgers and the fries, its the cleanliness of the restaurant that has taken a nose dive over the past few months. The past 5 or 6 times Ive been in here, its been between 3 and 5pm. Im the only one in the dining room every time. If the tables dont have bits of food on them then theyre sticky. The floors in front of the register is ALWAYS sticky. Not too mention many other spots in the dining area. Im an amputee with a prosthetic leg and my foot sticking to the ground almost caused to me fall. None of the 3 guys behind the counter did anything about the stickiness until 20 minutes later when an older man and woman came in and commented at the register about how disgusting and sticky the floors were. And instead of getting a mop and cleaning the whole dining area, one of them just grab a spray bottle and a paper towel and spot cleaned where i almost fell and the woman was standing. There is so much food under every booth you could build another burger with it. Its no wounder theres always flies flying around in here with the amount of food on the floors. Its probably scary behind these booths. I shudder to think what the kitchen looks like if this is how you present the dining room. On a side note, every time i order food for pick it, they put the fries at the bottom of the bag and by the time i get home i have flat soggy fries. I mean, come on guys, that one should be common sense. 2 stars only because i like the food.

Pretty high price but overall it was good experience. The server was great very attentive and fries were fresh. Only complaint is that the booths can be further apart so people dont feel squished and the burgers can be hotter in temperature. Taste is really good though. Update: Today 7/31/24 Greg packaged my to go burgers perfectly and did such a great job!! Thank you for caring so much and amazing customer service! This was an old post im editing it now. Mooyah is a family favorite. This was our first order at this location and it was to-go. When I saw the size of the burger i was like did we order a kids size? Well they mashed the foil so tight it looked like a biscuit. Please dont mash the burger together when wrapping. Thanks!

About 3or 4 months ago there was a complete change in crew and management at this location. Since then the quality of the food, the staff and the customer service have all gone from 5 stars to 2 at the best. Front service needs an order repeated at least once every time we go. On the last visit they got an order wrong. When the server took it back the setup person in back could be heard yelling at him from the front of the place. Then the server came back complained about the people in the back are not very nice. Think I will bypass this one on the way to the Southlake location or just forget about Mooyah and go to Twisted Root.

What a Fantastic Place to get a Vegan Burger and a regular Burger. The Manager was so friendly, helpful, just a great super guy. Highly recommend this place. Food was presented so nicely, and large portions, a Win Win. Too bad it s not close to where we call home, but I d travel just to eat there. First of all, I normally enjoy eating at this location & prefer it over any other Ive been to. That said, my experience yesterday afternoon 3/29/24 made me very uncomfortable. I was there for a late lunch between 3 & 4 pm. There was another family in the restaurant when the incident occurred. Evidentally the cook made a mistake on my order of chips to go with my burger. When my burger was delivered I was told by the woman who took my order that she was going to have to remake my chips because the cook messed them up. The cook - an older Hispanic lady - was loudly dressed down by the younger woman when she returned to the kitchen. She was yelling at the cook telling her if she wasnt going to do her job she just needed to go home. I dont know if there have been a series of mistakes by the cook, possibly a language barrier, but it didnt warrant the treatment she received in the hearing of those of us in the dining area. It was very disturbing and uncomfortable and unprofessional. If someone makes a mistake you take them aside and correct them. It was totally inappropriate the way the younger woman handled it. The cook came out and tearfully apologized to me for the mistake. She was obviously quite upset. Evidentally this was not the first time she had been yelled at. When the chips were done the cook brought them out. The younger woman looked out into the dining area a couple of times but never came back out, except to take another order. I will be back but wanted management/owners to know what happened. I hope I never experience that kind of thing again!

Food is good. But what I ve noticed is they don t wash their food trays they serve the burgers on. The cashier takes the tray from the top of the trash can, wipe it with a towel, place a new wax paper on and it s ready to be used again. Seems like the same towel they use to wipe tables too. Seems very unsanitary.

We walked in and we greeted warmly by the gentleman behind the counter. We asked questions. He walked us through the menu. He ga e us suggestions. We each got very different burgers. The burgers were cooked to perfection and huge. We spil an order of fries. The regular fries were more than enough to share. The Oreo shake is thick and tasty. The restaurant was clean. Parking was easy. There is a childrens me u that offers smaller portions. That menu includes chicken strips, burger, and grilled cheese. We would highly recommend this place for a great burger, fries and a shake. Vegetarian options: They have a meatless burger option. I have my go-to when it comes to burgers. I never had Mooyah burgers, but heard plenty about them. Unfortunately, it was a disappointment. For the amount of money spent, you dont get your moneys worth. Our burgers were plain and boring with no flavor. I should have stuck to Whataburger or Braums. We had the mushroom/swiss burger and the signature sauce burger. Literally bun, meat a piece of cheese, thats it. The only thing good was the fries. I actually got full off those, not the burger. This was my first visit to MOOYAH Colleyville this evening (8/31/23). I was extremely impressed with the food, service and clean atmosphere of the restaurant. In particular the two gentlemen working this evening were amazing. I ordered two Paleo burgers this evening, and both were made with LOVE. Yes, love! The chef must ve been the owner because the burger was perfect, picture perfect in fact, and tasted as good as it looked. If the chef was not the owner, I would implore the owners to please keep this man and give him a raise. Have him train everyone else. The food was amazing. Horrible service. Normally it is well below subpar but today was even worse. Walked in and waited for five minutes, no employees in sight. Other people had food and drink. I walked out and will never return. Get staffing in line if you re going to attempt to run a restaurant.

This place probably isnt going to win best burger in the metroplex or anything like that but if you take into account: -the quality of the food -the consistency of the experience -the friendliness and helpfulness of the people -the price -the quickness i.e. how long from order to eat -the customizability of the entrees -the kids menu Then this is hands down the best burger place in the area. Shakes are great too but for gosh sakes how much do we have to pay for them? This isnt just you guys mooyah Im just basically ranting about inflation. Back in the 90s Vincent Vega complained about a $5 shakes price in a trendy sit-down place. Now we gotta pay ~$7 for a shake in a plastic cup from a fast food place. Oy vey. Dietary restrictions: They have lettuce buns and veggie patties I think. I dont know I just order proper burger with bread and meat for greatness of USA. Kid-friendliness: Good kids menu, try the hotdog kids!

Havent tasted it yet, but lady next to me says they are good and it looks & smells yummy. On second look I wanted to say wheres the burger because it was soooo small. And the fries, well, I asked for NO salt because the top of my tongue is cut up from having a broken tooth 2 years ago. If it wasnt salt, it was something I could wipe off with napkins ... each fry, one at a time. The chocolate shake & chocolate chip cookie was great though.

I was excited to try this place out but my expectations did not become reality. I ordered ahead, got there a few minutes before the actual time I had set and already when just opening the bag in my car the fries were super cold, no salt or seasoning and soggy, not one fry was crisped. I dont think they gave me the right fries either since they tasted and looked like sweet potato fries.. The burgers were really small too, they tasted okay, but not worth the price imo..

Please read the posts on door dash and Uber eats. I continue to have issues with this store sending the incorrect order. I have ordered from this store no less than 10 times. They have only gotten my order correct twice. It s not even a complex order. Sometimes it s missing major parts of the meal, other times it missing add on like dessert, shakes etc. I ve even called and spoken to a manager Veronica of Victoria, can t recall her name. However they continue to allow this to happen. A mistake every once in a while makes sense but not 8 out of ten times. I never have issues like this ordering from other stores. If you review other complaints you will see it s a pattern. If delivering is too challenging for these stores they should likely just put a pause on it as it s very frustrating to constantly get the wrong order.
