Very nice park, i go there to walk and relax, but the last time there was a lot of dog poop so i had to be very careful to not step on it ..the park itself is very nice.. also outside theres equipment to exercise that you can use anytime..

They charge towing it cost $322. Would not recommend due to unsafe parking practices. The company used for towing intentionally and storage are city contract and dont offer a dispute process

Idyllic urban park in Addison. A walking trail around the Farmers Branch Creek provides an enjoyable experience and views including man-made islands with bridges and a small lake created by dams. Its a pleasant and relatively quiet place to take a stroll or relax under the trees on the benches. The water is full of fish and turtles and waterfowl are prevalent. Theres a large parking lot with no fee to access the park. Dog-friendliness: This is a popular destination to take dogs for walks. People seem to be respectful and clean up after their pooches. Picnic area: A large seating space with tables under a big tree overlooks the lake.

Beautiful park with pedestrian friendly walking trail, large greenspace, water, restaurants, shops, and apartments in a safe, well maintained environment. We love to see the brightly colored trees lit up during the holiday season. Dog-friendliness: Great place to take the fur babies for a walk! Lead only, no dog park.

This is one of the beautiful parks I have seen in the Dallas area. Filled with lush greenery and a wonderful lake. Arrangement of Amazing and mind-blowing Christmas lights. Some of the beautiful scenic views can be noticed here. This park is Not to be missed. Toilets: They have it near the starting area.

Choose the days you want to visit. If you go from Dec 23-25th youll find a lot of people and no parking space;and the time that takes to drive one block from the corner to the park really test your patience. This is a free, nice place where you can get out of your car and walk around the lit trees. Other than that there is really nothing else. Nice Christmas stroll with your significant others ,your dogs or a group of friends. It is really a have to so you can say you were there.No restrooms that I know.

This is great place to visit for Christmas lights with family has parking lot inside the park . Drive thru is not recommended walking is good for kids and fun . Scenery is beautiful lighting is better than last year. No restrooms available at this place I think place is for apartment or Townes home people. But good for walking cycling and fun at weekends as well.

Traffic nightmare ! Disappointed doesnt begin to cover it. The Christmas lights outside my apartment turned joy into frustration. The traffic gridlock caused by the display left me stranded for an hour. While the festive spirit is appreciated, it shouldnt come at the cost of inconveniencing residents. Its time to find a balance between holiday cheer and traffic management for everyones sanity.

Even on a drizzly day, it was delightful! So many holiday lights to see. Families were roaming the paths and taking a lot of selfies. There were a couple of vendors selling bright lights that you could carry with you. Two residents decked out their balconies and played Christmas tunes. So much fun and better than I anticipated!

Great park to catch tons of Christmas lights. Theres a lot of people out there in the evening so safety isnt an issue. Its a dog friendly park and theres lots of people walking their dogs as well. We took my son out there to see the lights and he loved it.

The park is beautiful with all the trees covered with Christmas lights but don t quite understand why they call it an event and charge so much for parking $15. There are food and trinkets vendors, Santa for pictures and at times a band. If you can find free parking it s worth it.

So beautiful here, especially in December with all of the decorations. It s a peaceful area to walk around. There is a volleyball net and sandpit and plenty of area to walk around. It doesn t offer any type of playground, at least at the time of this post, but it is an excellent area to take your dog and to get some steps in. They have some restaurants downtown as well that look like they are worth checking out! Dog-friendliness: Great for walking around with your dogs. Picnic area: Bring a picnic blanket if you re going to want to bring a picnic. There aren t picnic tables so it s picnic-friendly in the sense that there is a lot of room.

What a beautiful way to be outdoors and enjoy the lights with family or date night! There are so many trees, all beautifully lit! Some surrounding apartments have their balconies all festive, too! Its best to go on a weekday night to get parking and less of a crowd. If you go on the weekend, be prepared for a long line of traffic, no parking, and a large crowd, so its not so great for picture opportunities then. There are pub/restaurants you can go to before or after if you want to get a drink or bite to eat. As you walk, you will find cart vendors selling light up items. Dog friendly. Lots of people walking around with dogs on leashes. Unfortunately, there are some who dont pick up poop so watch where you step. Dog-friendliness: Lots of people walking around with dogs on leashes.
