I love Wingboss! The combo of the smoke and the fried wing makes for a very solid wing. The Addison location has stellar service, make sure to check the bag but typically I have no problems and they take good care of me. Buyer beware thought. The websites coupon codes don t always work. Sides- Fries are okay, usually under seasoned. Mac n cheese is solid, veggies are freshish. But I m there for the wings. So there s that. Sauces and seasonings are all solid and on point! I typically get sauces on side so I can control the sauce level. I like they offer that option. Overall, solid choice for wings.

I was presently surprised by wing boss! If Im being honest, I didnt even know wing boss existed until I happened to see the place while driving around looking for a quick lunch. I decided to go in, check out the menu, and eventually ordered . What surprised me even more is that this place is a Dickeys BBQ company. I ordered the lemon pepper, dry rub wings. Since I didnt know anything about this place, I figured that was a safe bet, and it was. The service was good, very clean place, and I was in and out pretty quick. The wings were pretty good as well. Ill definitely keep this WING BOSS on my lunchtime options list. Go check em out if theres one near you. #rodpverified

Quiet place to get the best wings! We had the crazy Cajun, bbq and lemon pepper. Omg my tastebuds were so happy. I recommend the bbq dipped in the crazy Cajun rub and juice, amazing combo of flavors. We also had Cajun Mac n cheese and the crazy Cajun fries. All of our bellies left happy and full. Kid-friendliness: They offer color pages and let you color on their walls.

Everything was extremely salty. I like well seasoned food but they overdid it with the salt. Even the blue cheese tasted salty AF lol. I dont get it. I wanted so badly to like the food because it was my first time and I am a big wing person. The manager or the guy at the counter recommended lemon pepper mixed with bbq because I wanted bbq. I also ordered Cajun fries. Long story short I got my order it was completely wrong. The fries also were not Cajun. I was already home by then so I went back up to the store to have my order fixed. I explained that my order was wrong. I was then told the regular fry and the Cajun fry are the same, she said they use the same seasoning which makes no sense to me. She did remake it but it was not good. The sauce was too light and the wings were just okay. So underwhelmed.

Its a fine normal atmosphere but only one person working when you walk in. We ordered ahead for scheduled time and still had to wait almost 15 minutes after we got there to then get home and have terrible food. Would not recommend. Its also a branch of Dickies which I wasnt aware and would have swayed us from trying it in the first place.

First: The delivery person was 30 minutes later than the estimated time of delivery. Secondly, food was cold and hard to eat. Thirdly: wings were very small, dry & flavorless. wings are horrible they was not crispy but seems baked i wasnt aware that they would be smokey wings thought this was a fried wing place lemon pepper taste like salt and the flavors did not compliment each other my frozen rose taste like medicine only thing good after $26 was my cup of ice and fries. Yesterday was my second time going to this particular location. I placed a order online and picked it up. The food was good the chicken was really good the fries were decent the mac & cheese was pretty bland but I guess I understand. The one thing I dont understand and its starting to commr off like prejudice. I walk in literally theres nobody in the story besides workers. No one speaks. I was a bit hesitant to try Wing Boss since I saw it was owned by Dickeys. I personally do not care for Dickeys barbecue. But, Id thought I give Wing Boss a try after looking for the best wings in Addison. The wings are a 10/10. I dont think Ive had smoked wings before, and man, were they good! That smoke flavor mixes so well with the crunchy exterior. The manager told us its all smoked in-house throughout the day. I was surprised how juicy the wings were. They are similar to that of Wing Stop with regards to sauces, combos, etc. I ordered the 6 piece combo with Lemon Pepper Rub. I shouldve ordered more on the way out because they were that good. Service was attentive and friendly. The only criticism I have is that the celery and carrots were a bit dried out. Maybe keep in water or something before serving? Its such a small issue that shouldnt take away from the wings. Id come back again for lunch if I was in the area.

We had the pleasure to talk with the regional manager Bobby Lindsey. Hes a 19-year veteran of Dickies and hes got some great experience with Pluckers. Best of all, the wings are smoked first and then fried. The flavors were on point and of course service was fast. If you want wings make sure you order here first. Placed order online only to pickup and it was wrong they did however fix their mistake and let us keep the wrong order which any other time I would be ecstatic to get extra wings but this time not so much. If youre looking for traditional saucy, flavorful, crispy, well seasoned hot wings, wing boss is not it. We got 4 different flavors and neither tasted like anything other than oil, clearly these were grilled of some sort and a sad attempt at tossing in flavorless oil based sauce. Only complaint would be that the cajun fries had a 1/4 of oil (maybe the sauce separated or something) in the take out container so they were soggy. Ordered delivery from wing boss website. My order never arrived waited for almost 1.5 hrs. I done paid for meal and delivery never got it. Called multiple times and order was still sitting there. Got a truck cant drive in there so the owner of the business where I deliver to sent his wife to pick it up for me. I called again and told them some one was coming thought that I would get something fresh since they didnt do there part on delivery. Wings cold soggy fries the same. My boyfriend and I went to Wingboss for the first time. It exceeded our expectations from start to finish. The parking was easy, we were greeted with a warm welcome and the food was delicious! Came here on a whim on the way to our hotel from a long flight. Nice spot to chill and watch the game and have wings. In our case we just wanted takeout, and Luis was there with his cape to save the day. Soon as I walked in Luis immediately greeted me and asked if I needed any help. I had family with me so I appreciate Luis being patient and allowing me to take the menu back to the car so we can get all of the orders together. I appreciate Luis patience and letting me sample some of the flavors before ordering, which helped me make a decision on what I wanted my tenders to be drowned in. Ended up ordering the Thai Chilli 5 pc tender combo , and Garlic Parmesan 5 pc tender combo. The tenders were average but both the Thai Chilli and Garlic Parm sauce was amazing. And the fries were fresh cut potato fries slightly seasoned was on point. Next time around I would like to checkout the smoked wings. Great late night spot to checkout.

Watch out Wing , there is another wing restaurant in town and their wings are great! I visited Wing Boss in Addison today & was truly impressed by the food, prices & ambiance. The staff, Michael & Terry were so friendly! It was fun to look at all of the art & decorations throughout the restaurant while waiting on my order. Edit: place has gone down hill. New employees weekly, new management constantly, place used to have specials and deals these dont exist anymore. Online specials are advertised on the website but when you try to apply them the price changes. False marketing at its finest. Associates just shrug their shoulders and say we cant do anything about the pricing here or online. For the record, Wingstop is $3 cheaper per combo and has a lot better consistency in the quality of the food and customer service.

I wish i could give it 0 stars. It was our first time trying this place and it was absolutely repulsive. The fries were disgustingly salty, the Mac and cheese was flavorless and watery, the sauce is so artificial and wings were literally raw, i threw up and they still want to argue about giving us our money back. The boneless wings were of lower quality than McDonalds chicken nuggets, made of that weird chicken mush, and cost more. The sprite I ordered was also flat and had no flavor to it. This happens but it was just a horrible cherry on top of the awful order I had. This is the first time Ive ever eaten from this place, my order was delivery placed through foodsby, but I have no plans to go back here based on this meal. The wings were very average. The original BBQ we re alright, tasted like store bought sauce. I am a big parmesan garlic Wing person. I tried one and couldn t finish it. Did not taste good at all. Soon as we walked in Chris had a welcoming attitude. He helped us with the menu & got to our order right away. We came with our 6 year old daughter so she loved the fact that you could write on the walls/table.. He gave us markers for her so that kept her occupied as our food was being made. The fries are better without question. Be aware these wings have a smoky flavor. Similar to a fair turkey leg. Beware as this can be surprising if not expected. The wings have a smoke flavor, which might explain the lower ratings? Definitely sets this place apart from the others. The Cajun dry rub I had was savory. I ll be back to try other flavors. As a wing connoisseur, Wing Boss is a hidden gem. Not sure how the bad reviews were scored but trust me, give this place a try! The wings are smoked giving them a deeper flavor and leaving them really juicy, but not soggy. I ordered a 6 wing combo and chose Buffalo Hot (hot without being overpowering, great buffalo flavor) and Thai Sweet Chili (DIVINE! perfectly sweet and smoky). Both flavors were awesome. Love their fries also. Great HH (happy hour) specials. I had a margarita that was delicious, especially loved the pebble ice. Will definitely be back and have already recommended this place to a few other wing lovers.

I have to agree with some of the other reviews. The wings weren t worth the price at all ($18+ for a 10 piece meal) and undercooked.The buffalo flavor was barely there. The crazy cajun was just okay. I had to put salt and pepper on my cajun fries which were soggy, soft, and flimsy. So much for trying something new as we don t have this place in Houston. Sorry to say we won t be back.

Came to this location a couple of times with my husband, wings are good nice size I always do all flats. The lower score is only because the cocktails suck! We ve came multiple times over a few months and the frozen drink machine still isn t fixed an the mixed drink we had, that were $10 each was absolutely horrible lol completely filled with crushed ice watered down an no alcohol whatsoever! You could definitely tell the lady that made the drinks had no clue! So if you like drinks with your wings stick with beer Considering this was about our third time at that location my husband was done he s wasn t impressed with the fact our total was over $50 for just two orders of six piece wings an two drinks! That price competes with places in the area with way better drinks! If you re only going for wing yes the wings are decent!
