I came in acouple days back and ordered a Gorilla fluffy with one of my friends. It was relatively late and close to their close time but their staff was very friendly and helpful. What seemed to be the manager with a beard and a tall brunette white kid with glasses made my food fast with good portioning on my order. The quesadilla was very good and the service was excellent. Definitely recommend this, and i will be coming back!

This place was really good in regards to food! It was a little tough to get a vegetarian option but it was worth the confusion. We also ordered their gorilla fries which were so good! We went there for a Bible study and knew what time they closed but when it got close to closing time, the staff made a lot of noise moving chairs around and cleaning around us. It was a little annoying. The food is worth going back for but I wouldnt count on friendly service. Thank you for the delicious food, Dillas! Ordered a lone star with a side of queso and chips and an additional side of guac and another meal, a lone star with guac and chips, and when I got home I realized they didn t give me any chips. Called the store to ask about chips and was told they don t give chips with the sides automatically. I go to other Dilla s locations all the time and I order this exact same thing and they always give me chips. Why would I order a side of queso or guac not to have chips to eat it with? A mystery to me. For $30+ dollars and it doesn t come with chips, I won t be coming back to this location. I d rather drive to the Denton Dillas where they do it right.

We went in for the first time a few days ago, we were ready to order (nobody in line) and we saw 2 registers. The one on the left side had a worker standing there. We were looking at her kind of lost because we were unsure if she was ready to take our order or if someone was coming to the register we were standing at. The girl at the register did not acknowledge us at all this whole time, so I finally asked do we order here? (While standing in the middle of the 2 registers at this point) She finally looked up at us when I spoke up and went on to take our order. I realized the meal came with 2 sides when I heard my husband say the sides he wanted. I ordered chips and queso and so I thought that was considered 1 side. I said, I didnt choose the other side she says each one is considered a side. Chips and the queso is considered 2 sides (you also pay more for it) That would have been nice if she would have said something to begin with to let us know. As our first time here we were already kind of confused with the menu and ordering. Again, we looked lost, so she probably shouldve asked if it was our first time there and helped us out better. There was one table being used in the entire place when we grabbed our drinks and were looking for a booth. Every single table was filthy. We went from table to table, so Im sure 1 out of the 5 employees I saw behind the counter, or the one sitting in the dining area on break, would have noticed that and maybe came to clean one? We really wanted a booth, but we decided on the 1 clean high top we saw. We sat down to eat. Quesadillas had good flavor. Sides were very small, guess thats why they offer 2. Paid almost 30.00 for 2 people to eat and we were hungry an hour later lol. Nobody came to clean any of the tables while we were there. I understand people get busy at work or if it were a busy day, but there was literally nobody there. Kind of makes you wonder about cleanliness behind the counter if the employees dont care what the dining room looks like. Not sure we will be back.

We absolutely love this place! Our family of four can all agree that this place is delicious!!!! Its not often we can all happily agree on one place but Dillas is an exception. I love the Hot Hatch with chicken and the fluffy with steak! Both are seved with a jalapeño ranch and are incredible. My boys enjoy the Plain-o with chicken-just chicken and cheese. We always have to order a large hatch queso and chips to share. Their sweet tea and crushed ice are on point. I am very particular about my sweet tea and Dillas has tea comparable to chick-fila and Caines. Kid-friendliness: My kids love the Plain-o which is just cheese and your choice of meat. They always get chicken and sub the salsa it comes with for sourcream.

Pretty nice mega meal for 28 dollars (including tax), covered roughly 4 meals ($7/meal). The staff were friendly/warm/welcoming. Staff went above and beyond to help with a online redemption perk mishap, so very pleased with the service. I Ordered the Founder quesadilla with chicken, cheese, green pepper, mushrooms, and onions with a side of creamy churri sauce. The food was comforting, savory, and filling. Had a free side of medium sized chips with queso. The chips were seasoned well; however, the chips I ate at 10:15 pm were slightly stale but the time I got home. If you plan to take out the chips consider getting it during at peak working hours or have the bag open to prevent the chips from losing their crunch. Queso was a bit mid compared to some other quesos Ive had from other restaurants (queso seemed like it could use something creamier to have it become less stiff over time). Summary: I would definitely come back here for the quesadilla in the future. The food was fresh, the service was typical southern hospitality. 5/5 experience. Parking: Wasnt hard to find a parking spot. Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly atmosphere and staff. Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair access was present.

Edit: - This review is for their university Drive location and not this location. We go there all the time (2-3 times a week) because my daughter likes their quesadillas. Today was the first time we ever ordered chips with the food and as soon as we came out of the drive through, we noticed that the chips were seasoned/spicy which we didnt know and were also not told while ordering if we wanted plain or seasoned. Even the website doesnt say that the chips are seasoned by default. I parked the car and went back in within a minute without touching the food and requested if they can give me plain chips as daughter doesnt eat spicy/seasoned chips. And I was told that I have to pay again for the plain chips because they have to make again. I was flabbergasted! I asked why do I have to pay again when I just paid and the guy told me because that will be a new order so pay more money. Amazing customer service! This is the first restaurant in my entire life to not make the order right, and that too a bag of chips. You are right. I am at fault for not knowing that your chips are seasoned. My apologies for requesting plain chips. Great job for losing a customer for life.

Wow! The fam was headed to Birdies after an Easter Eggstravaganza event at the PGA, and we made a last minute pivot due to tired kiddo in the car. First time having Dillas. The place was clean and service was good. We showed up 30 mins before closing and they were out of chicken. I got the Lone Star, it was really good however the portions of a regular was small, it only included 2 pieces of the quesadilla. I had to order another one which made it a bit costly. Lesson learned, order the larger size. The chips were good, they had seasoning them and the salsa was good as well. 1st time here. The store was clean. The flavor was good on the regular Hot Hatch quesadilla with steak/ mushrooms added. The topings could have been distributed more evenly as parts had nothing but cheese and others with nothing at all. The prices are confusing. The regular was $9.99 for half a quesadilla the way I ordered it. For those who know about hatch green chili from New Mexico, this was more like Bueno vs. freshly roasted/peeled and not hot to provide perspective (still tasty and added nice flavor). We also ordered the Lonestar salad gorilla style with green chili added. The brisket was terribly dry/small amount of meat, and the spinach was terrible (we removed what we could then gave up). We took it back to order something else. They were going upcharge us even though it should have been less, but it was just not worth arguing. The cost we paid was $15.73. We signed up for the rewards and got free queso with chips, which were tasty but salty where the seasoning was. Overall, its a bit pricey for what you get.

On Saturday, the young lady taking our order was very courteous and friendly. She made sure to note the item we did not want on our order and read it back to us for verification. The seasoned fries here are delicious. We like the Founder as well as the Black & Blue dillas. The warm chocolate chip cookie is a nice little sweet ending as well. The only thing that dropped a star is that the tables were a little messy and the music was a little too loud which made conversation difficult, but otherwise a good experience. Vegetarian options: I would imagine they can modify most, if not all options, to be meat free. Dietary restrictions: I have been able to ask for items to be left off or added onto my quesadilla with no problem. Parking: Parking is difficult at times since there are several eateries lined up together. Frequently people park in the handicap parking space which makes it frustrating to those needing that option. However, Dillas does offer a drive through as well. Kid-friendliness: There is a kids menu available, but its also just as easy to share if you get a meal with 2 sides.

Theres no dedicated quesadilla restaurant so I had to try. Got the founder steak quesadilla and it was surprisingly yummy. Fresh ingredients and they all worked together. Under $10 so decent price. Wow, I have never been to a fast food place that s has had all 3 things that makes you wanna come back. The atmosphere was homey and clean, the food was delicious, and last but not least the customer service from a young man named Tyler was just excellent so kind and patient because my order was just a bit over the top but he was sweet gave me a selection of what tasted good to him and he asked others in line to please be patient while assisting me. I wouldn t have guessed, but parking at the location has gotten worse. Hardly any spots nearby that aren t behind the building or in the dirt field next to it. Not safe to try to dine in at this location after dark as the parking lot is dark and you ll probably have to walk through the unlit driveway to get to the front t doors. I really really wanted to like this place. We love quesadillas. First they got our order wrong ,staff seemed to be preoccupied with not paying attention to customers, tables were dirty and unclean we had to search to find one we could sit at and it wasnt busy at all. I had looked at the menu prior to coming and customer reviews/photos only to get our order and receive quesadillas with little filling. It was mostly just tortillas with some random chunks of meat and cheese on the inside. The fries were way over salted and seasoned nearly inedible. Maybe this was just a bad experience but not being nearby us I doubt well be back at least anytime soon. I ordered online and even with it being delivered. It was super delicious. They were nice and warm and the lone star which is what I ordered was super good having a good brisket flavor with some jalapeño ranch and made the perfect quesadilla would recommend.

I must say the food quality was definitely off tonight. The tortilla was hard, cold, stale crispy and the 2 french fry were wet and cold, the quesadilla had only 2 french fry in the whole fluffy, who does that? I pray they didnt pull those 2 fry from the garbage? Seriously only 2 Fry? This is rediculous & whoever made it is probably indolent, sabotaging the business and should be made redundant! No doubt The CEO of Dillas and the Chef that invented the Fluffy would definitely be disappointed and possibly Hari-Kari themselves out of shame. Nasty Fluffy Picture has been Attached. This will go down with my 26 Million other viewers. Whoever cooked this probably has no food handlers certification. Just Wow! Smh!

Ive been to this place many times and I always order the same regular size, plain o, brisket quesadilla through the drive through because it is so good, however, today I had the worst experience after I got home with my order and found out that half of the weight of the brisket were gross lumps of fat, horrible, its never been like that. They either have a different cook or they are trying to cut cost on the brisket.

I found them by accident. It seemed like something different to me, byena an alternative with those combinations of vegetables, guys, apparently the concept is based on a more Mexican than Texmex atmosphere... follow that line, that will make you better and different than any other fast food

Caution should be exercised as this establishment includes bones in their quesadillas. I recently had a distressing experience where I consumed a chicken and BONE quesadilla, which posed a potential health hazard. This is utterly unacceptable. Beyond this critical issue, the wait time from placing an order to its arrival was approximately 25 minutes. Notably, I was the first person in the drive-thru line. Despite being instructed to move forward and wait for fries, the fries I received were cold, with only a few being freshly prepared. While I considered returning the order upon noticing this discrepancy, I had a prior appointment to attend and thus opted not to go back for a replacement. In hindsight, I deeply regret not returning, as it would have prevented the distressing experience of choking on a quesadilla that was supposedly boneless. In response, I contacted the restaurant and conversed with the general manager, who committed to initiating a refund for the order. On a separate occasion, I utilized Uber Eats to place an order, which took over an hour and a half to arrive. The driver, who had waited at the restaurant for around 30 to 40 minutes, expressed a desire to leave. However, I requested that she remain and even provided an additional $15 tip on top of the original one. This location is in dire need of improvement.

For the life of me, I cant understand why this location doesnt tie, staple, or otherwise seal up a bag for a delivery order. This is 2023. Literally every other restaurant ties, staples, or otherwise seals their bags for delivery orders. Its a sanitary issue. I made this exact complaint months ago they obviously dont care. My delivery order came yesterday, bag wide open. I used to love this place but now I cannot order from here anymore since they cant keep their bags closed for delivery orders
