This law firm is a joke! The office staff is rude and disrespectful! My son had to defend himself before he even went to trial for domestic abuse that he was never convicted of, charges were dropped because there were 2 witnesses that were NEVER interviewed by the police department till after he went to jail and bonded out and paid 6 months probation THEN Travis had those 2 witnesses give statements to the police department. My son originally hired Mr. Ware for his divorce and ended up hiring him for his domestic violence case as well that he got arrested for. I dont know how he stays in business and still has his license to practice law. Every time there was a hearing set, my son had to refresh him and his staff of everything that had gone on since day one, over and over! There was a Google file shared with the attorney, his staff, myself and my son.... every time there was new evidence or screen shots, text messages or documentation, they were shared in this file, which him and his staff had to be reminded of when my son spoke to anyone at his office. My son and I were told Mr. Ware was a good attorney and he was the best divorce attorney around, sadly that was not the case with my sons divorce. My opinion has nothing to do with the final judgement because Mr Ware quit less then 4 days before my sons divorce hearing. I would not recommend this attorney or his firm! I dont know what type of attorney he was in the past but we were treated disrespectfully and rudely, we would have fired him but hed been given alot of money and my son just wanted the divorce finalized.

Travis ware is an excellent lawyer with all the power and credentials as his disposal. Hes the former district attorney of lubbock which elevates his knowledge of the system. He is a very detailed oriented lawyer and has enormous Pride for his craft. His partner mr. Garcia is an excellent lawyer as well and works very hard for his clients he is also very detail-oriented and a great lawyer. Together they are awesome team to be reckoned with.
