The food is fine, but the restaurant is so dirty all the time. Menus are sticky and have food debris on them. They need to hire an outside company to deep clean the restaurant and implement better cleaning measures before I come back again.

I typically never do this and actually took me a while to figure out how to post a review. I paid over eight dollars for a bowl of soup. I got there size of a cup ordered to go and was not full. Needless to say I m not very happy.

We came around 3-4pm our waiter was kinda rushing us to order .. we ordered our chips and salsa came out first and the chips were all crumbly so we asked for more then our waiter seemed to shift her attention more to the people next to us ! So we could never get her attention again then our food came : .. my husband food was great .. but mine was tasteless and never got my onions for the burger . I get this burger EVERYTIME and it literally had no taste this time was very disappointing wasted my $10 . It maybe a while before I return I NEVER HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THIS ONE ! May have to try the other chilis out this one let me all the way down !

1st off it was extremely loud. And kinda chaotic my server was yelling at us because it was so loud so that was another thing. They had parts of the restaurant closed down so they had everybody jammed up in one section really so thats why it was extra they should have waited to close down some of the other parts and I was there an hour before they closed as well well last but not least the cups tasted like cleaner so I advise to get it to go cup when you order a drink Parking: It was crowded and narrow spots but it was ok Wheelchair accessibility: There was a ramp and The bathroom was wheelchair accessible and the walkway was wheelchair accessible

The place was fairly busy (Saturday afternoon), but we were seated and attended to quickly. We ordered nachos with a side of guacamole, a 2 piece smokehouse special (1/2 order ribs and brisket quesadillas), salmon, and 2 kids plates of mini burgers and ear of corn. Very small guacamole (about a tablespoon) for the extra charge. And there was no meat with the nachos, though I remember seeing seasoned ground beef was supposed to come on 9it. Everything was tasty enough, but a lot of the items were overcooked. The ears of corn were downright soggy! The ribs were dry, as was the salmon. The waiter (Alex) was quite attentive. Im not sure Id recommend this place. The bill came out to about $90+

Not as good as the previous time we were there. No condiments on the table, seemed no one wanted to work The best part of the day, was when the manager told our waiter that we could leave my daughters car there for two days before it got towed It broke down as she parked. Not many managers would be that generous. Thank you Sir/Maam, you relieved some stress off this mama.

Hwy 351 is better. We do a lot of take out, delivery. Weve had lots of mistakes with order. Steaks well done and dry instead of medium rare. Wrong sides. Burgers not fixed right. Meat tasted old, made us sick once, but delivery defaults to here even when requesting 351 which is closer. As I said, 351 much better.

There new additions to the menu are the bomb. If youre a McDonalds big mac fan, you gotta try Chilis new smaher burger its the best burger Ive ever eaten. It puts McDonalds big mac to shame. Its a big mac on steroids for real its out of this world phenomenal. Keep up the excellent work Chilis your doing good food very very very well. Went on Thursday April 11 around 6:30 and didnt leave until close to 8:30. It was hardly busy at all and we had to wait 10 minutes just for napkins and silverware. Ive come to this one Chilis dozens of times over. On busy days, on not busy days. And somehow. Every time. without fail. They mess up our order. We order simple things. Usually plain burgers, with no cheese. Because my family is very lactose intolerant. Every. Single. Time. Without fail. They put cheese on our burgers. I should also mention the burgers are always soaking wet??? To the point where the bun drops water when I go to pick it up. Not pleasant in the slightest. What kinda CAVEMEN put all the sauce and veggies UNDER the patty??? Im tired of overpaying for incorrect food. An overall abhorrent experience.

Dietary restrictions: The employees here are awesome. They usually accommodate any dietary changes we ask for as long as its within their ability. Parking: There is plenty of parking here because this location sits next to the Abilene Mall so there is plenty of overflow parking. Kid-friendliness: This restaurant is definitely kid friendly. They offer coloring/activity sheets with crayons to keep kids busy. They also have highchairs. Wheelchair accessibility: This location has handicapped parking and a wheelchair ramp to enter. The restaurant is spacious and could be easily maneuvered with a wheelchair. I love that there are tables to pull your wheelchair up to and youre out of the way so you can enjoy your meal with friends and family and not feel like youre blocking an aisle. The restrooms are large and handicapped accessible.

i had the santa fe chicken salad when i went in for lunch on 1-19-2024. i was hungry and cleaned my plate, the salad was a tad droopy at the end due to not being drained properly., my server if they can be called that anymore only came to check on me once and i was already finished my meal, not once was i approached as to can i get you another coke?. then came time to pay, on an 18 dollar order the little computer at my table wanted a 28 percent gratuity! , fiddling around i figured out how to eliminate this problem. the fact they almost require a gratuity is astatine.

We had an excellent to-go experience today. We ordered queso, beef fajitas, the salmon, kids mac and cheese, and a molten lava cake. Our sides were corn on the cob, and we nixed the pico and guacamole on the fajitas. I also had the salmon specially prepared according to my food allergies and stressed the need for accuracy. At pick up, our order was ready, hot, and correct. The server was very polite and happy to pull out my salmon for checking. When I checked my salmon, it was cooked perfectly, and as someone who doesnt want to end up in the ER and doesnt want to wait around while an incorrectly prepared order is remade, I appreciate an order that is cooked right the first time. When we got home, the food was still hot and very delicious. We appreciate the staff for being courteous, quick, and accurate. I cant stress enough how nice it is to have a place to get an allergy order right the first time without being snarky about it. The rest of the experience was good, but that made it much better.

I ve never been to a Chili s before. Honestly never had any interest. My boyfriend suggested it because he wanted wings. I m glad he did because I already have a favorite food item. Get the southwest egg rolls! It even says they re a favorite on the menu. The place was busy but not packed. Going on a Sunday I also got to watch the game. The whole place was clean and welcoming.

Went to chilis tonight had kshawn as our waiter. He was a boss. We had no wait for a table shockingly. food was hot fresh and quick. literally got our appetizer within minutes of ordering. Got our food minutes later after getting appetizers he was polite interacted with my two crazy kiddos and my son even spoke to him which he normally makes me order for him so that just shows the level of comfortable my son was with him he wont even order at restaurants. And this time he did. Did i mention i saw this guy serving both sides of chilis as he was like the only official waiter on duty and made sure no one had to wait for our refills. well worth the 27% tip we left him hopefully he has a good night really appreciate good customer service! It means the most to me. Never left our cups empty for more then a minute. YOU KNOW CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HOW TO HANDLE PEOPLE THANK YOU SIR IF YOU SEE THIS!!! Kid-friendliness: My son whose non verbal with strangers actually ordered on his own and made eye contact with him and smiled which never happens anywhere we go.

My bestie took her daughter and her bf out for a bday dinner. We enjoyed bottomless chips and salsa and tcf. Dinner for 4 was under $100 highly recommend for affordable prices, great selections, and good service. Kid-friendliness: The menu is pretty versatile and every kid I have ever taken has had no complaints. From Mac and cheese to grill cheese. There is something for every picky eater.

Everything was perfect until that homeless guy came in cough all behind my partner that was really gross he stood in the entrance.but other than that it was great

The bar person took to long to get are drinks and she was to busy talking to other people and not doing her job but are waitress was great and I dont think we will be back at all because we had to wait for are first beer 20 and 30 minutes after that.

Theres a smell when you walk in. Idk what it was, but I could taste it in the food as well. Really good service but the smell kinda grabs you by the boo boo.
