Honestly disappointed - this had the makings of a good meal if it was fresh. I ordered the Southern Style Sandwhich with fries and a peanut butter chocolate pie. The pie is really quite decent, super rich and not too sweet. The sandwich and fries however, were really oily and borderline stale tasting, especially the fries (which were also overly salted). I did a pickup and it was just a 10 minute drive back so it couldnt have really affected the taste if made fresh. This sadly wasnt - and I can definitely say if this was made fresh it would taste good. Price-wise the food costs more than fast food but the portions are bigger so wont complain about the cost. But what a letdown on quality, especially on a Friday night where they are crowded and are likely cranking out the food fresh regularly. Maybe I just got unlucky and got an old burger and fries. A pity

I love the Dirty Fries. My favorite way to have a little of everything is to get the Chicken Cobb Salad. You get deviled eggs, chicken and a salad for the price of one. The food is a unique spin on classics. The sandwiches are good but can sometimes overwhelm the chicken which is good enough on its own. They have monthly special sandwiches too. So you can try new things regularly. I will get takeout. But the food deserves to be eaten in. Otherwise, it loses the crispy edge. Parking: The least awesome part is that it shares the costco area which means it is a pain to get in and out of. Kid-friendliness: This is a bit of a louder type restaurant with tvs going. All hard surfaces. So you dont have to worry about messy hands. The kids meal is good. Good mac a d cheese. There is an outside patio area with games too. But most importantly food comes out fast!

My first time eating here was a great experience!! I came with my son, the server was very friendly and helpful explaining the menu and different sauces. I got the chicken tenders at a regular hot level, the spiciness was perfect and the hot honey & ranch dips were both fantastic. My son absolutely LOVED his chicken tender& fries, and he is very picky about his chicken tenders to be sure they are crispy enough. But this place definitely passed the test! Also the chocolate pecan pie was AMAZING will definitely be back!

I went last night with my boyfriend we had ordered prior to coming in we were just gonna grab and go then I remembered I needed to run to the store so I decided well let s eat here so I asked if we could and the lady at the front said we could she asked if we wanted a drink so we got one I had a $30 tip for whoever the server was gonna be I know when you eat out you tip so I was prepared but we sat there for over an hour and no one came to help I made eye contact with 3 other servers and still nothing. I asked for a manager which he didn t seem to care himself. I didn t want anything free I wasn t trying to cause a problem but to bring the issue to light . I understand I ordered online so if we couldn t they could just said no and we would ve just brought it with us. I don t think it was right for them to not ask at least once. I m not a Karen i just don t like getting treated like that. I have work in the same environment and never have I ever experienced this. Just not a kind environment to be in. The location in round rock is fire though so take the drive to that location if you want better service.

I would give a zero if I could. I went in and there were a few people in front of me. They were seated, and the person that seated them looked right at me and didn t say anything. I stood there for 15 mins and 4 staff members looked right in my face and said nothing to me. I was there to pick up an online order so it would ve been simple. The original person that looked at me who also seated the people in front of me came back to get straws and completed ignored me until I asked for assistance. She reluctantly went to check the order and gave it to me. This was the worst experience I ve had ever. I order from this establishment a lot and would never write a review but I had to vent about the terrible service I received. Management please train your employees better.

The food was amazing. We got two chicken tender reals (three pleces) along with a side of fries and macaroni. The first order of chicken tenders was painless which means there were zero spices on there. This is a really good choice for those who dont like any spicy, the tenders were larger, juicy, crispy, and very filling. For the second order of tenders, we got mo hot which was three out of six on their heat scale. The tenders had plenty of seasoning, had a nice heat and kick to them. Will be trying the next heat level next time. Regardless of the spice level you get, the tenders were really good. The kids enjoyed the 12-piece chicken bites and was plenty of food for two kids since they enjoyed the fries and macaroni as well. The fries were really tasty and crispy, the macaroni and cheese (was cold) were really delicious, and the kids loved them. There was plenty of parking and seating inside the restaurant. The service was really good. Definitely will come back to try the bone in fried chicken and boneless chicken thighs.

I have ordered delivery twice now. First time the pie and chicken were great hence the reason for more than one star. That was a 5 star experince. But this last experience is listed below. It was absolutely a one star experience. So bad I wont be ordering again. I ordered once when I didnt have my girls and the chicken was great. It came served on top of cheap white bread so it wasnt soggy when it arrived. The chicken and the creamy buttermilk pie were fantastic. However. I just ordered a second time and let me tell you... every single piece of chicken was soggy. No crisp to enjoy. Talking squishy. The meat was a little dried out as well. I also ordered a piece of chocolate pie and it was so spicy myself and the girls took one bite and threw it in the trash. Burned our mouths. And I like spice. Ive had better frozen Marie Callendars chocolate pies. The Buttermilk Pie was also horrible and nothing like my first experience. It was almost gritty and you could tell it was separated. To pay $80 for a 12 piece of soggy chicken and two pieces of the worst pies Ive ever tasted in my 40 years of life was disappointing. All of it was so bad I wont ever be ordering it again and I am leaving a two star review. The only reason it was two star and not one is because the first time I ordered it was great. I think the difference was no bread at the bottom to keep it from getting soggy during delivery. What that tells me is this place is inconsistent and thats not what Im looking for when I spend darn near $100 to feed my family. I hope the restaurant reads this and reflects because theres so much potential. Overall. Disappointing restaurant.

Chicken unevenly seasoned (wing had no flavor to the meat, breast was seasoned fine), but tasted like they were fried at too high of a tempt or in old grease. Placed an order to go (salad) and arrived well after it was ready. No one greeted me but that was ok because to go orders are taken/picked up at the bar. I go to the bar and the bar tender/waiter is having casual conversations with customers and doesnt even acknowledge me for at least 10 minutes. Finally get acknowledged and I try to explain my food may already be ready. They dont even hear what Im saying and just reply ok let me know if you need anything and proceed to continue the conversation with other customers. Very bad customer service. Ive never been disappointed by a Tumble22 chicken sandwich. I always order extra pickles x2 because these folks are as good at pickles as they are at fried chicken. But, a bit stingy about the pickles! I also always order a couple kids meals for the pups as this is a rare treat for all of us. They prefer them over Chick-fil-A kids meals which are massively overpriced anyway. I only have two disappointments: I swear their fries used to be parmesan encrusted or something. They were the best fries ever, but now theyre just good, nothing special. And their white queso seems to have been replaced with some ick yellow stuff, so its no longer included in our order. Im not removing a star, though, because this place remains tied as one of our favorite local restaurants.

THE STAFF HERE WAS FANTASTIC! Okay, so like a dummy, I ordered my food to the wrong location, and when the manager (I wish I caught his name) found out, he jumped thru all of the hoops to help me get a refund on my order and place a new one at the right location. Ordered the Korean chicken sandwich on 5/9. We placed the order online at 7:18, with a pickup time of 7:30. When we arrived at the drive-thru at 7:40, we still had to wait another 20 minutes to get our order. Once home, we discovered the chicken was raw and uncooked. We called the manager, who seemed indifferent to our complaint about the raw meat. Despite this, we decided to give them another chance on 6/12 because we enjoy their food. Unfortunately, the same issue occurred. We ordered online with a pickup time of 8:05 but waited until 8:30 while the staff ignored customers waiting for online orders. Tumble 22 - Cedar Park- catered our rehearsal dinner and did a perfect job. Scheduling and ordering with leadership was easy and casual as could be. The food still tastes the same, with zero complaints. They have delicious choices, and I have yet to find something we didnt like. The issue is the large dirty mac that cost me 10.00, had four tiny bits of chicken, and maybe a cup of mac. I just think they should consider a different ratio for something that costs as much as their largest sandwich. This was our first time trying Tumble 22 and we showed up around 11 am for an early lunch. Definitely a chicken place, and overall, the chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Even the breast meat tenders were juicy and not dry like you get at other places. We ordered the O.G. Chicken Sandwich, the 1/4 Dark Korean Style, the 3 Piece Jumbo Tenders, and the 3 Chicken Bites Kids Meal. The chicken sandwich was large, and the toppings did not overwhelm the chicken. We got the chicken Mo Hot, and it was the perfect balance of flavor and heat. There is no doubt that its a large sandwich, but it does cost $11.95, and if you want fries, you have to pay an additional $2. Same with the chicken tenders. Three tenders will cost you $11.29, and you again have to pay an additional $2 for fries (or another side). The tenders are on the larger size, but are they really worth $4 a piece? You add in a sweet tea or soda for $2.75, and each meal is up to $16 or $17. Im sorry... I know there are some great reviews, and I agree that the chicken is good, but I cant get around the cost. Im glad we tried it, and if cost isnt a factor for you, then definitely give them a try.

We had the potato salad, Mac and cheese and collard greens. The deviled eggs were delicious! They come 5 to an order, so I ordered an extra. It didn t have bacon on it. Not sure why. I have eaten here like 6 times so far in 2024. It has never disappointed! I love their dang hot chicken sandwiches, and their fries are always crispy and perfect. They also have some really good ranch! When eating in person I would 100% recommend their cokes as well, idk if its made with real sugar or what but the drunks are delicious! They also have the good ice! Enjoy =)

I typically go to the Burnett location bc they rock on everything and it took a while for this location to get up to speed on making the food and most importantly the pies just as good. I can now say they make the food and pies just as good as the Burnett location!! The service has always been outstanding, and this location is still kind of a hidden gem, it doesnt get crazy crowded like it should but Im ok with that. Lately Ive been getting the OG chicken sandwich, Dang Hot style and it hits the spot for me, big piece of chicken with perfect amount of spice on the chicken. Any heat below Dang Hot is just a dry rub, which doesnt do anything for me bc throwing dry spices on fried chicken is no fun. I would compare Dang Hot to prolly serano chili spice level. The slaw I got on it could prolly be a little less wet next time. Had i gotten it to go, my sandwich would have been a soggy mess. Still my last 2 visits were great, loved the service and the food. The chocolate toffee pecan pie is the bomb here now, tastes like heaven, you gotta try it even if you dont like pecan pie, this is something else. Prices are pretty good, plenty of options under $20. Give this place a try, totally worth it in my book!

Nut allergy friendly, I didnt even ask. Review is for take-out. We ordered the O.G. Sandwich (Painless level) and Dirty Fries. It was ready pretty quickly. O.G. Sandwich (3/5): A huge, decently flavorful sandwich. Id normally say its a 4/5 - just too much mayo, but otherwise it was big enough that we split it among two people. However, we found some browned lettuce in it that didnt seem so fresh, which didnt help my enjoyment. Dirty Fries (4/5): A hefty amount of shoestring fries, pulled chicken, two pickles, and queso. The menu online notes that its hot chicken but it certainly was not. There was a lot of queso, making the fries soggy very quickly. Overall, 3.5/5 rounded up for the value.

Visiting Austin for a vacation. The restaurant had a cold shelf filled with slices of pie. I tried the 2 piece chicken with beans and Mac N Cheese. The waitress was a bit bummed out when she had to list the types of pie slices to me. Since it was our first time here, we got a nice little treat from the store. Will be back if I visit again. At least next time Id know what kinds of pie are available in that glorious shelf.

Great Nashville chicken spot. I had the boneless thighs, broccoli salad and ranch beans. The broccoli and beans really stood out and the chicken was juicy and spicy. Or server was friendly and checked on us plenty.

-1 for being a bit pricey for chicken and not allowing more than one spice level like their competitors. But at least its high quality and juicy. Excellent sides, and I never bother with other than the sweet ranch dipping sauce. Depending on the day, Mo Hot vs Dang Hot would cover most. Somewhat difficult parking lot / Costco maneuver (not their fault).

First visit to Tumble 22 and it did not disappoint. You ever have a cake, and thank wow, that is a rich cake!! Well, thats what I thought of their chicken. I got the 2 piece fried (leg & thigh) which comes on a piece of bread with 2 bread n butter pickles on top, along with mac & cheese and collard greens and it was delicious! They gave me a free blueberry mini pie (first-time customer) and a $5 coupon for future use! They have different levels of heat for the chicken. Being my first try, (I dont like anything so spicy it over powers the food) I did just the Hot and it was on the money good. For my future visit, Ill try the next hotter version! For the price, the chicken, sides, flavor, and quantity, this will be a favorite stop for the family and I in the future. Nice clean place and the gentleman who served us, did a great job of making sure we were having a great experience. Thanks Tumble 22!

I really like this place. I love the atmosphere. I love the food and the people are awesome.... The chicken is excellent.... However.... I do have a complaint that I hope was just maybe a bad round but it seems to be consistent.... Your french fries...C- minus at best... Whatever fries youre using needs to be reevaluated from corporate because it is really affecting the overall quality and this is not just coming from me. This has been a consistent complaint from anyone I know that has eaten there. Your french fries, which seem to be a staple are very very subpar

So first time customer. Went through the drive thru, young girl stated it was her first day. Ordered Southwest Chicken Sandwich, dirty Mac and cheese, ice tea. First trip around she forgot the sandwich, honest mistake. I ate the Mac and cheese while waiting, nice and creamy. Got the sandwich went home took one bite and the sandwich was inedible because of how nuclear hot the sauce was. Such a shame I didnt order nuclear burn my face off sauce, I was so hungry. 5 star service! I really appreciate when a business makes me feel like my business is appreciated and that is exactly how Tumble22 made me feel. I stopped by because I kept hearing that their salads were amazing, so much that I had to try it. So I ordered a salad and drink to go. Once I got home I realized that the restaurant had forgotten the salad dressing. So I called to let them know and would you believe that the Manager, Ray Kirk said that he was going to bring me the salad dressing that they forgot! I have never had a business exceed my expectations but Tumble22 in cedar park definitely did! I appreciate the accountability they took, and now they have a customer FOR LIFE.
