We can not say enough about the care my father in law received from everyone at Hendrick Hospice. Every person we came into contact with was the most caring.

The staff was very kind and caring. Special Thank you to Nurse Savannah. She was so professional and very caring and respectful during my fathers time at Hendrick. I was so glad she was the nurse on duty when my father transitioned from earth to glory. I will never forget those few moments and how she handled it. She and the entire staff made a very difficult time more bearable.

Prior experience (during covid) left us grieving in the worst way. But had my sister Here recently and I gotta say the staff went above and beyond for us. Nice clean facilities and great staff... we couldnt be more grateful for the hospitality here the little time we had to spend here

My mom passed away 4 weeks ago today. Her stay here was awesome!! Even when she was unresponsive, they still dope to her like she was awake. That is something Ill never forget. They are caring, loving & kind to all who walk thru the doors. They have sent several cards & even called to check up on me. They also offer grief counseling for the entire family. I wish I had millions to donate to them.

Its been almost a year since my Mom died in Hendricks Hospice. Unfortunately, coping with her death is more difficult now than ever. Dont even think about it but the sadness somehow creeps in especially all alone. I cry now more than ever. Hendricks Hospice provides excellent care under difficult circumstances. Working in such an environment must be extremely difficult. The staff at this facility was very kind and caring. Thank you.

At the end of May beginning of June my daughters father and I placed our Brianna Nicole Hill in your care. We couldnt have asked for better care. Your care team was excellent with her and keeping her comfortable. We really appreciate how awesome yall were.

Drove an hour and a half away and the receptionist told me i couldn t visit without an ID . I asked if a picture of it would work but she said I couldn t. I had to call in to the corporate office just so they could tell me that they could in fact let me in and enter manually the info and let me in. I went back and she accepted the picture of my ID we shouldn t have to be dealing with this.

We were sad that my mom had to be transferred to hospice. No one wants to hear this. The first few days there everything was good as far as staff and concern for my mom and family. The doctor at facility came in the next day saying that her body was already starting to show signs of shutting down and needed to prepare for her not to be here by Monday, was over the weekend when mom started talking a little bit, still some confusion and us trying to feed her some liquid formed food got a little burst of life back. We were excited. On Monday they were going to reevaluate her and talked about maybe moving her to a nursing facility but under hospice care still. That she would get the same care they re providing. This is not the case. Restrictions will be limited on visiting as well as her not being able to eat or drink or move from her bed on her own. Stating that her insurance(Medicare) is saying she has to leave. They want to charge us $500 a day to stay there! I thought when we moved her here, which was recommended by Hendricks Hospital that this would be a wonderful, caring place. What it s sounding like or turning out to be is concern over money! I would not recommend moving quickly to here, do your investigating first when they even mention a hospice care facility!

The nurses and staff are so caring and helpful during this tough time of loss. They make sure that your love one is as comfortable as possible and also show such grace for the extended family. I have been blessed to have their help and caring through the loss of both of my parents, an aunt & uncle.

This facility and the nurses were absolutely amazing during the time my mom was there. They were caring, answered every question we asked and made us feel at home during this difficult time. Everyone treated our mom like they were family, I will always remember the comfort and peace we had during this difficult time.

This Hospice Company is horrible. We have a resident that has been suffering for days. They refuse to give her anything for pain. I would not hire them to take care of my dog if he was dying!

Hendricks hospice was absolutely wonderful in helping us with home care after we brought my stepdad home. The nurses and healthcare givers that came to our home were great. We could not have taken care of him without their help. We are so thankful for Lana, Robert and the rest of your team. Hendricks home hospice went above and beyond. They treated my stepdad and family with respect, and provided top notch care. Thank You!

After five months of treatment, hospitalizations, along with good days and not so good days, my husband was transferred from the hospital to Hendrick Hospice. It was difficult because he had begun to rally in early May. He was a patient at Hendrick Hopice for six days, and the entire staff; nurses, Dr. Templeton, and Brett, the chaplain were so wonderful and kind. They treated my husband with the utmost care and respect, and were especially warm and kind to me, and our family and friends. I would recommend Hendrick Hospice Care to anyone who must face such a decision.

I will NEVER use these services. These people were great til my dad passed away on January 4th, they came to pronounce him and stuck around til the funeral home showed up, told us someone would be in contact and they d be there for us. But yet since then no one not his primary nurse or any of the people he came in contact with during his time with home hospice have contacted me or my family in regards to offering condolences or even offering any kind of grief counseling. This is horrid experience they befriended our family and made us really believe they d be there for us and then in the end once they walked out the door after his passing the family no longer mattered. The day of his passing his primary nurse was talking secretively to him and did not bother to say anything to his WIFE about what was talked about and my dad had been on morphine for awhile and his memory wasn t the best at this point in his progression. So we can t help but wonder what was said, he was doing good there was no reason for him to have passed that night, he was improving he was getting about as good as he could get being terminal but he had no pain that morning or afternoon til after the nurse showed up and left, then all the sudden he had an excruciating pain in his left arm and back and passed about 1am in the morning on the 4th there was no sign that was coming. It s hard on my family and it s the complete disregard of the people that are supposed to be around to bring comfort to people in his condition and worse and at times when he was with hospice they were trying to dope him to point there was no comfort there was no feeling at all he couldn t even function or eat on his own. Their solution to everything he was going through pain and discomfort wise was morphine. I will NEVER use this facility or any like it if this is the way they treat their patients or the patients family . This facility needs to re-evaluate their standards. My dad was terminally ill due to his heart condition he d been having problems with for over 10 years, and they kept pushing for him to take morphine (advanced pain killer and relaxant) to maintain his discomfort, and to me though me and my family had attempted to try and get them to provide something different cause his heart was already weak and his projection percentage of his hearts ability to pump blood was extremely low, they wanted him to continue to use morphine over and over we maintained it as best we could. I think the morphine relaxed his heart too much. But the nurses and faculty wouldn t listen to us.
