The price per hour for three people was reasonable, and the work they did was undoubtedly worth the price. I would hire them again if a needed a move-in/move-out clean, or for general cleaning services.

Around 3 hour cleaning costed me 360$ (2people) came to clean. I felt disheartened watching one of then aged women trying hard to clean the place. I feel a some professional service can be chosen rather than this one. Their service dont include cleaning mirrors from outside, they didnt clean the nets on windows and some corners were left uncleaned which I had to point out and felt so much uncomfortable to ask them because of the vibe they created. The walls wont be cleaned if they have stain and some spots will remain as it is as they dont try hard to clean the surface. There is nothing like deep clean which I felt. Garage felt uncleaned as well which I pointed out but no action was taken but rather I was told that dirt is coming from outside :) I also asked them if they can remove dirt from in front of door for which they told me times up and they stopped the timer. I genuinely believe the cleaning could have taken less than 2 hour but it is what it is now :) Overall 0/5 for my money :)

BEWARE!! Firstly they wanted to send 5 people to clean a standard size house that would ve cost me over $700 for a basic standard clean. I requested 2 cleaners as that is what my typical cleaner sends and they do a great job. Instead of being upstanding and still doing a 2-3hr clean they spend over 5hrs cleaning to make sure my bill was over $550. After making the cleaners leave to not rack up more charges, we noticed they had scooted our coffee table across our floor instead of picking it up. This created deep scratches in our floors and My Maid Day was not willing to take responsibility for this. They sent a manager out who determined the coffee table was too heavy for just one person to move and required two people this is why you scratched my floors because you didn t do this. They are dishonest and now I m spending close to $1,000 to get my floors repaired. The best part is you can still see their foot print under the table from the cleaners, because we don t wear shoes in our house.

Absolutely fantastic! They cleaned the entire place to be completely spotless! This one room Ive attached a picture of is only a small sample of how awesome they made the entire place. If I ever need someone to clean a place again, I will definitely call My Maid Day! It should be noted that they sent 2 personnel and they worked for 7 hours. Thats pretty impressive, however, I also had to sit there with them for 7 hours in an empty house. It was boring, but they did such a fantastic job I really didnt mind. They also set my expectations up front and told me it was going to take them that long before they started but after they arrived and saw the place for the first time. Understandable and reasonable for that to happen that way and for them to take that long. Overall, I was really happy with the results and so were the owners. Recommended!! Also, Alicia and Areli were fantastic! Highly recommended team!

We are SO pleased with the services provided. We did a move out deep clean and it took about 4.5 hours in total. We are so grateful since we had a last minute decision to find cleaners. I sent in an inquiry on Saturday and within an hour or so I got a call back with an estimate and booking secured. I also requested an early cleaning and the ladies were prompt, arrived early and did an amazing job. Alicia, Areli and Hilari was our fabulous cleaning crew and they were very thorough and efficient. We are SO pleased!! Thank you also to Jorge for great communication, calling us with an estimated ETA, gave us the run through of our pricing and was very communicative with what to expect. They also texted arrival time ETA as well. Thank you all so much! The portal is also great, with a breakdown of cost and record of copy to keep.

I dont know what happened to this company, but the quality of service and customer care have gone down so much. Weve used this company for move-out cleaning at least 3 times in the past since 10+ years and have not had any issues. Their cleaners used to be professional, polite, on time, and did excellent jobs each time. However, this time it was a total mistake, will not be using it again, and would not recommend it at all. First, the cleaning crew was 2 hours late. Second, I called for 1 person crew on the phone and 2 people showed up, asking me if I want 2 people, even though I made it very clear on the phone, AND in person that I only wanted 1 person crew. Thirdly, they spent 3.75 hours in the unit and we still found dust pile on the floor, stovetop with watermark, and some baseboards left uncleaned. I contacted the customer service and they are very dismissive and hostile about what Ive shared with them. Their response is laughable at the least, and outright unprofessional. They imply that I should be grateful that they didnt charge me extra for 2 people working in the unit, despite I made it very clear on the phone and in person that I only wanted an one peson crew. They claimed that they did research and that there were items left in the unit, even though the cleaner didnt tell me that was a problem at the time of the service, and those items were not left at the spots where they skipped cleaning. And we also picked them up while they were still cleaning. They also claimed that the crew was given a time limit to stop cleaning, and I dont know where they get this from? Completely made up. I never said anything to the effect of you must finish it by X hour. I did ask if they can finish it in 3 hours? The lady said maybe 3.5 hours. Also, are you telling me that 2 people cleaning in a 1 bedroom apartment cannot finish the basic task like cleaning out the dusts from the floor in 3.75 hours, and that we had to clean after the cleaners? The bottom line is, they did a very unprofessional job and the companys customer service thinks their loyal, returning customer is the problem. Maybe they think they are so important that they dont care to lose a few old customers and clearly dont lack any business. What this company used to represent, the quality of service, the professionalism and the customer service are nowhere to be found now. Its disappointing and will not use their cleaning service again.

Used them for several years, but after this last time, well never use them again. We paid $1500 for a move in cleaning in Jan. This was a move in clean and the previous owner had moved several months earlier without cleaning so even tho it was vacant, there were some spots that needed more attention then others. All this was explained over the phone!!! They showed up 2 hours late, then quoted me for 8 hrs instead of the 6 I was quoted over the phone. Since i was in a bind and renovations were scheduled to start the next day i reluctantly agreed. Then the started cleaning skipping cleaning out cabinets, moping bathrooms, dusting blinds, etc. The cleaners were rude and left food trash that we found a week later. We have been attempting to get a partial refund or reclean for over a month and nobody has called us once. Only periodic emails (1 reply for every 3 or 4 we send following up). They did finally offer $83 with no explaination of what that was to cover or apologyor even acknowledgementof yhe poor service. We havent posted reviews yet trying to give them time to resolve this. But now I guess their silence and $83 is thier final response. TERRIBLE company and we will be reporting to the BBB!

booked them and gave them square footage and bedrooms/living room/bathroom count for the day we were moving out. 3 women came and didnt speak English - someone that doesnt work for the company called me translating saying it would be 6.5 hours to mop/vacuum/clean bathrooms... we have 1 cleaning lady that comes every other week it takes her 3 hours max and she charges $100 our original quote for 2.5 (they say 2.5 minimum) for $350+ then I said too expensive they gave me $30 off then 10% off so clearly their upfront rates are inflated. after the women just left without saying anything I got a call saying they wont be able to clean and theyre sorry but the ladies had a different job. how can you quote me 6.5 hours then have a job? terrible customer service + so unprofessional. left us hanging the day we moved out and got us fined with our landlord. wouldnt recommend to anyone.

This was the worst cleaning company I have ever used. Extremely unprofessional. I would never use this company ever again. Extremely disappointed in how they handled things. I was quoted 3 hours for a deep clean before any cleaning started. the cleaner took over 2 hours to clean the bathroom while talking on the phone and mucking about. I had to call the company while the service was occurring. The cleaner legit lied in front of my face over the phone that she said 4 hours knowing fully well she said 3 hours. This same cleaner tried to do a side job by stating that she will close the ticket out and offer to do a service cheaper if I paid her directly. Her supervisor asked to speak with me on her phone while she was there. It was so unprofessional and just absolutely disgusting. 2 Year Update: My review below about the cleaners still remain the same-excellent crew! The issue I experienced today is with Enrique/Osmaro Galvez Flores-unprofessional and impatient with a greedy attitude! Cleaning crew starts at 1:02pm, that guy shows up here at 2pm to quote me 4.5 hours to deep clean an empty rental 1/2 duplex and to collect payment BEFORE the job is even completed. Fine, and out of good faith I send him a Zelle payment. The payment shows pending and under review because there is a Zelle outage today July 1st 2023 and per BoA, its on high security alert to verify every Zelle transaction before authorizing. I was on hold with BoA for an hour before I finally got to speak to an rep, right when Enrique gets impatient, demanding whats taking so long, its been over an hour and that payment should be made upfront. I corrected him by saying NO, the cleaning crew are halfway through the 4.5 hour job and youre here collecting payment early. Im doing you a favor by paying you early as you requested, when its supposed to be collected at the END, when the job is completed. I am here at the house with the cleaning crew, so obviously Im not going anywhere without resolving this, while they clean. The Zelle issue was out of my control. Google it! My Maid Service, make sure you get the funds from him, I have the receipt I demanded and unfortunately, this is the last time Ill be using your services. Did not have an issue with you the previous 2 times. Your payment process is unprofessional, untrustworthy and archaic. Setup an online payment system like any other business! Review from June 2021- Very thorough, friendly and professional! They come 20-30mins before the scheduled window so be prepared. The crew did an excellent job!

They did a pretty good job on the deep clean! There were some spots I had to have them do over after they finished a room (dust under the sofa) but they were happy to do it and very honest about what spots they did and didnt do. They got all the spots off my stainless steel microwave and fridge. They were clear and upfront about the hourly pricing and how long it was likely going to take, they ended up going under, and they cleaned until the very last minute of the timing so I wasnt being charged extra. The price is pretty steep for a deep clean but it was much needed for my home and they got it done.

We got this along with the AB moving service we used for moving into our home. There were 3 maids that came by. The charges were around 105$ per hour with 2.5 hours minimum for a move in clean. We asked them to focus on particular areas like kitchen etc. I was particularly impressed by one of them where she really scrubbed and cleaned the soiled oven grills from the previous owners. One thing to note is that they start their clock when they step in the house. They take 5-10 minutes to evaluate and gather their stuff. So actual cleaning time is 2 hours 15 min

They were 3 hours late, as they were stuck at a place before us. Fair enough - this happens. When they arrived, they were tired and didnt want to work. They were supposed to work for 3 hrs, they only did 1st floor in 1:30 hrs and started packing. We asked them to do the 2nd floor, and they said sorry and left. Did not clean the tubs, the bathroom walls, front door. We were not at home at the time. After the job, the cleaning lady called and said they cleaned all above items when they hadnt. The two ladies worked together to insure the areas that needed extra attention got it. Window seals, blinds, walls and corners and ceiling fan blades all dusted by hand, and I didn t get a deep clean! They were magnificent. Cost was 89.00 an hour two hour min. You decide for yourself if your house needs cleaning and how much is your time worth. I could get other things organized in my house while they were working. It took stress off of me . I could put things in order that needed putting up.

After booking with them for a move out clean PLUS the extra carpet cleaning portion, I can confidently say that I would never recommend this company. The guys showed up to clean - no professional equipment. All just equipment they purchased themselves, I assume. They were friendly and I had no problems with them, but there was no carpet cleaner in sight. I asked about it - they informed me that there was no carpet cleaning included. I called My Maid Day, and their resolution for their mistake was to send someone else today - but ALSO that meant I had to pay another hourly minimum when it should have been included in my service yesterday. Had it been my own error, that s one thing. But this was very clearly an error on My Maid Day s end. Today, I get a text confirming the cleaning. I responded to ensure it was for the carpet cleaning only. The response I received was it s not a professional cleaner, it s a Walmart one.
