This company is amazing. I just had an inground pool built and didnt know my builder wasnt going to do the chemical start up. They immediately came out as soon as the pool was filled (literally the day after I called them) and took care of everything. Their staff was so kind and walked me through everything I needed to know as a first time pool owner.

Lazy lazy lazy workers. If you want to pay $200 a month for someone to spend 8 minutes each time they are here to only brush your top step, and toss some chemicals in, they re your company.

Update 2 years since original 5 star review. Called on a Monday with a pump issue and was told someone would be out the next week. No date or time, just next week. Waited 10 days and called after not hearing from anyone. Was told they had a family emergency which I totally understand, but they did not offer to make it right by sending someone out quickly (or at all actually). And a bit rude. My pool literally looked like a swamp while waiting for them and they clearly do not care about customers or their desperate situations. Had to scramble to find someone else. Will never depend on them again. Old review Cant say enough about how much I loved this place (Wylie location). I have used them previously for filter cleanings, and they do a great job. But recently I needed my vacuum repaired. It was memorial day weekend and everyone in the area was booked up. And my pool was becoming a mess. They took my vac and got it fixed and returned the same day!!! They were backed up too, but they just made it happen. Also the store had really cute things to buy inside. It was my first time inside their store. They are SO friendly and want to make customers happy. I am a customer for life!

They held the warranty in our pool so we just continued service with them. No communication, skipped service appointments, broke our equipment, stained the bottom of our pool using cheap chemicals with heavy metals. We couldn t be more disappointed.

If there was a negative the stars 1 is being super generous. They carry our warranty on pool so why not let them clean 2nd in 4 months our Polaris broke Part on back order. Then our pool which we pay for has not been serviced Or cleaned. Multiple calls either not replied to or ignored Algae all over my pool & green. On July 4th weekend Their customer service is terrible If you cannot handle b honest so we can get another company!!!

I had them do my weekly pool service (used them for 6+ months) and in that time one of their guys cranked the lid down on the chlorinator to much or over filled it so it built up to much pressure (before or after the previous employee quite I dont know). When the next guy came and went to crank it off it wouldnt bunge. Another guy came out and it exploded on him. He stated it was over filled which in this case was one of the employees who did it. I agreed to pay for the replacement since the price was basically the same as online, but was not explained I would be 115 dollars in labor to install it. If you are familiar with a chlorinator it is 2 tubes that are plugged into it. One slides on with a clamp and another on the flow valve at the top. I could and would have done this if I was told it would cost me 115 dollars for such an easy install. Would not recommend them for service or maintance personally. Shop around is my recommendation.

I ve bought chemicals and other pool equipments in the past, dealt with younger lady who was very pleasant and helpful. I d go here over leslie s hands down. 5 years later, Came back looking for a part as one of my airbnb pools needed a part replacement. This older lady with glasses was not pleasant and acted like I was bothering her. Hope shes not the owner because if she is I d suggest running a different business, it shows you re not loving servicing people. Sorry to bother you, will do you a favor and won t be coming back.

Awful!! Don t use these people. They replaced my skimmer and it leaks. I lose hundreds of gallons every few days. They give excuses and won t make a permanent fix. I will now have to spend hundreds (possibly thousands) with another company to fix. Small claims court is next for them.

My pool has been turning yellow for three weeks. I assumed that the guys who are paid to clean and put chemicals in my pool would take care of it. When they did not, I called on Tuesday to make sure that was taken care of this week as my pool is cleaned later in the week. I was assured that it would be taken care of this week. It was not. I spent my one week of vacation unable to get in my pool because it s now green. This company allowed my pool to turn green twice last summer. This time though I specifically called and asked for them to take care of the yellow algae. I was assured my file was pulled and that it would be taken care of. Apparently the full service does not include the pool guys looking at the pool and acknowledging that something is wrong when the pool water is yellow. I tried to call now even though they re closed to leave a message and the mailbox is full. So my guess is that I m not the only one with these issues. Communication is TERRIBLE!! We had our pool resurfaced in February and are still dealing with them trying to get a mistake fixed. The whole experience has been a non stop headache. Edited... one year later. Color is faded and you can see streaks. More disappointed than ever. Looks awful!!!

This was the worst experience we have dealt with in Wylie. Hired this company to clean our pool weekly, what a joke most of the time they didnt clean it worth a darn and never put correct chemicals in . Pool started looking horrible within 2 weeks, fired this company hired a better company, assessment was made that our pool was never treated with proper chemicals. There was always an excuse from the young girl who answers the phone and you can never talk to any type of manager. It was always one excuse or another from this company. Stay away unless you want to throw away money for services not rendered.

We are very thankful of Grants knowledge and quickness with his repairs. He is very professional and a nice guy who does a great job. He has replaced our pool filter and had done miscellaneous work on our heater. We are always satisfied with his work! The only problem is that everyone wants him at once. If we could only clone him everyone would be thrilled! Thanks again for all that you do guys!

I called Year Round Pool and Spa to fix my pool pump. They kept pushing my appointment back, without notifying me. I would call each day asking if they made it by the house and they would say, oh it will be tomorrow. This happened three times. I finally cancelled my appointment with them and went with another company. I found it very rude not to at least notify your customer about scheduling changes. I had to reach out to find out why they werent coming. Very unprofessional.
