BIG MISS Decided to grab lunch and get some wings. Went at Noon on a Saturday. Not too crowded but Grossly understaffed- 1 person waitressing (def feel bad for her). 10 minutes before greeted- 10 more before getting our coke. Ordered food, but after 45 minutes, we left without getting any food.

Some of the best service i ve ever had. On my recent visit our server Ace was amazing and full of personality. I ve been to this location many times and have never been sat with a server who goes out of there way to make sure our meal is what we want and cares to give exceptional service. We came in hoping to try something new and she recommended the cowboy house burger, which as a bbq lover I decided to give it a try. It was an absolutely amazing burger cooked to a perfect medium well and the onion ring in the middle just absolutely topped off the burger. It was a overall great experience and Ace seems to care more than the past servers and deserves recognition for that.

Came for the 1st time to watch the game, took 15 minutes to get a beer while 1 bar tender sat on his phone and the other wiped an empty bar top. but 2 kids and their dad come in and sit at the bar and gets served immediately. From someone in the industry this is unacceptable. Waiter hasnt come back for another 20 minutes instead talking to the kids.

This place is amazing! The fried pickles, mozzarella sticks, chicken wings, fish and chips, Philly cheese steak, stuffed jalapeños were all 10/10. Normally I m not a fan of the appetizers from bars but this place has it down 100%. We were served by Ace who was amazing!!! Definitely a place to go to for good food and good times. Parking: Easy spots to find and free! Kid-friendliness: We brought Carson he did great!

Ok so let me start. Im picky. I got the clubhouse sandwich. It was so good. They used real ham instead of the cheap sliced stuff from the grocery store. The waitress was so sweet. They made my drink correctly. I love blue Hawaiians and it was perfect. The burger my husband got was good and tasted fresh. The mozzarella sticks were the best Ive had. I asked the waitress why they were dead. She told me because of previous employees. Apparently they cleaned house. New employees-new GM - and new owner. I think I just found my new place! They got karaoke monday-trivia tuesdays-and poker Wednesdays. She told me more stuff but my memory is short. Please give this place a try. It was definitely tasty

They have improved!! Its been a while since my last visit, and Im impressed. They no longer have an additional service fee if you pay with a card, woo-hoo! My husband and I sat at the bar and had a great time. We enjoyed our drinks and the food was good! I was very impressed with the Cowboy House Burger. Check out the pic! My partner and I had a wonderful Saturday night at this place! We ordered a couple of draft Shiners and a Grand Slam Stack. The bartenders, Tracy & Lauren were so sweet and attentive. The best you could ask for. They even let us customize the Grand Slam Stack from fried jalapeño poppers to fried pickles. Cant wait to come back again soon!

Food was amazing! Fresh and delicious!! Its unfortunate they only have 1 waitress for the entire restaurant on a Friday night. Took 10 minutes to get a drink refill and 23 minutes after finishing to get the check. Even tried to walk up and pay at the bar and they couldnt process it there. I guess the bar is on a different POS system than the restaurant?? Also, not a fan of being accosted for money by sales people coming in constantly during our meal.

Would leave zero stars for service if I could. Came in with my husband at the end of a long day. It was karaoke, not many people in the whole place, maybe 6-10. 3 people working and we couldn t get any service or acknowledged by anyone other than the karaoke man. I went here to meet a couple of friends and sing Karaoke. I ordered a burger and asked for it to be cooked medium rare to which the waitress looked at me funny, lol. I told her just to have them cook it how they normally do and it actually came out almost medium rare! It was actually quite good but also very messy. Its got a nice atmosphere but is kind of small. The waitress super nice and attentive as well. All in all I had a good time and would definitely recommend you check this place out.

Firstly, the decision to fire their experienced and friendly staff members has left a noticeable void in the atmosphere. The welcoming and personable service that once defined Tailgaters is now lacking, and its evident that the new staff lacks the same level of warmth and hospitality. Additionally, the attempt to rebrand Tailgaters into something akin to Hooters is disheartening. The emphasis on a more provocative and adult-oriented atmosphere has made the restaurant less family-friendly. Furthermore, theres been a noticeable decrease in food portion sizes, diminishing the dining experience Overall, these changes have detracted from the overall appeal of Tailgaters. I hope that they reconsider their direction and prioritize creating an inclusive and welcoming environment for all patrons once again. I come here all the time and I never fail to have a good time. Do not come to watch sports. Came to watch the fights on Saturday and main event they turn the audio off to play pop music. when I asked to just play the PPV fight audio for just 20 more minutes I was yelled at by the staff who was clearly only catering to her friends. During the Packers playoff game the TV s cut out 4 times for almost a hour of dead air in total. There s a reason this place is always empty.

Tried this place Friday night. Its been several places previously. Not a large inside seating area, but adequate. TV hung in all areas to watch. Bar area, hi-top, and table seating. We opted for the All Drum Wings, mild, and lemon pepper. Drums were very meaty but would have liked more lemon pepper seasoning. Side of Mac-n-cheese was good. Well return again to try more. They do have UFC fights!

Last night, my boyfriend and I went to Tailgaters in Wylie because I had heard SUCH good things about the place. It was our first time going and I understood that things were busy because of a Cowboys game, a fight, and live music playing. We sat at the bar and our bartender was kind, friendly, and very quick to help us. During my time there, a server who was clearly just having a rough time set out to embarrass our bartender, yelling at her for speaking with me. After that, I asked for her name and everything went downhill. By the end of the evening, the server (who shouldnt have even interacted with me in the first place - we sat at the bar for a reason) was saying that we needed to be kicked out and that she was scared of me. This caused a scene that was absolutely blown out of proportion. I ended up spending most of my evening speaking with the superiors and things were handled nicely, but I feel that the way I was treated and the way my bartender was treated in front of a full bar was unacceptable and honestly embarrassing for everyone involved. Editing my review because the only person who was kind to me this evening no longer works there. I dont recommend this place.

I am so disappointed today after placing an order to go 30 mins before my lunch break. I am a teacher and I was hungry but yes I ended up the call and said ok thank you see you in a bit . I didn t know there s a policy of I had to give my card numbers to be able to place an order. I wasted my 30 mins lunch break with no food. We came here with my family. It took about 10 minutes to have someone come to greet us and take drink orders. We ordered drinks and fried cheese. The fried cheese was so good. It came with ranch dressing, which was also good. The menu was large but you had to scan the qr code to see the prices of things. This was annoying. The kids meals were way pricey. $8-$11. I asked if we could substitute a small salad for fries and the server said yes, but they charged us for a house salad. When a burger was ordered, the fries were extra. When the bill came, gratuity was already added. In The bill was $90 for a family of 4 who had waters and an appetizer, wings, burger, and 2 kids meals. To make it worse, you got charged more if you used a credit card. The food was good but man, they sure did nickel and dime everything thing. Even the pool table cost money to play. We won t be back.

Been to many sport grills in my years, but gotta say this one marks the spot. Love the staff, always willing to engage with customers. Food is better than you would think. Great flavors. We had a great experience at Tailgater s tonight with a party of 10 - which I know can be a challenge.
