Buyer beware. This location and the hwy 78 locations are shorting people on meat. Over the last month the amount of meat is almost paper thin and mostly bread. Hardly any of the extras are put on either. I dont know if this is because of pickup or the owner telling then to cut the meat down on customers who use promo codes. It is definitely no longer worth the price and have told others the same. Actually, its false advertising. You offer bogo and 12.99 deals, but youre actually cutting the amount of meat in half without telling people. Go to another sandwich shop that has more ethics or go in-person so you can watch them make it.

Ordered online from the Subway app, first and last time doing that. Would ve rejected the burnt bread that they served us. It s unbelievable that the employee making my two foot-longs didn t trash the burnt bread. Instead they prepared two sandwiches for me. Picked up my mobile app order, left, and found my food to be not edible. Poor service on Subways part!!!

Avoid. Better Subway locations available nearby. The staff kept talking to each other in Spanish which is fine but their discussion while ignoring waiting customers is not. No acknowledgment of not only me but other arriving customers during their discussion, no wait time given. Untrained and understaffed. Food quality questionable considering the appearance (lettuce old and yellow).

Walked in to this location and was ignored for good 5 minutes before I was even acknowledged. Food is good, but service at this location is terrible. Every time I come back to this location I am always disappointed. For starters they do not accept coupons, which is understandable. However they do not have that advertised anywhere in the store. On one occasion I had already had my sandwich made and when I went to go pay for my food they told me that they would not accept any coupons. I was not aware of that at the time. I am a student and make minimum wage at a part time job. Needless to say I cant afford a $15 sandwich without a coupon. That is 2 hours of work before taxes. So I left the store without my food. Today I placed an order for pickup. I arrived at the store about 2 minutes after my pick up time. They had not even started making my order yet. I had to ask one of the workers to start my order. I was on my lunch break and purposefully ordered ahead so that I would have plenty of time. But by the time my order was ready, I didnt have time to eat my lunch on my break because of this.

I was there to pick up an order that was ready and behind the counter. Elizabeth was mopping the floor and would not stop to hand me my order. It was 642 pm Wednesday March 20th. This store is garbage. The other employee ignored me too. I was not rude and simply asked for my order. Subway is dead to me.

Went with my wife and ordered two sandwiches and we requested a cup of water. Once we payed and looked at the receipt I saw I was charged for a bottled water for 2.99. I mentioned the mistake to the worker and she said she didn t know how to do refunds and that it was only 3 dollars and I had to deal with it. I pushed back saying no, it s 3$ I didn t want to pay. She said there was nothing she could do. Very upset that a worker in customer service didn t know how to do a simple POS transaction reversal. She blamed my wife for not confirming the order which is NOT the customers job. Very unprofessional and disappointed in this subway, we will not be returning to this location.

Hispanic lady there was so rude and impatient. Made the three sandwiches all wrong. Doesn t speak English very well. I still tried to be nice and she was so rude. She wouldn t provide bosses name. The customer service at this place is appalling. I ordered two sandwiches online today and they were both made completely wrong. I paid money for extras that didn t get put in the sandwiches. I called to see about a refund and nobody answered the phone until an hour and a half later. They told me that they were busy so they couldn t answer the phone, that is not how you do things, you answer the phone and ask if they can hold. Then when talking to whom ever answered the phone, I was rudely told they don t have the time to deal with me because they were busy. Overall this is the worst Subway I have ever been to in terms of customer service. If I decide to do business with Subway again, it will be at a different location.

I placed an order today for two sandwiches, 1 salad, 1 bag of chips and 4 cookies. Our order arrived via door dash with no cookies and a sandwich made completely wrong. When I called the shop the woman said she made a mistake on the sandwich (used the salad instructions instead of what we ordered). She apologized and said she would remake the sandwich and deliver it plus the cookies. Never showed up. I text her asking if they were still going to deliver with no response just the managers name and phone number. Frustrated that I pay for a service and its not correct.

I placed my order online and paid for it at 11:23 am with a pick up time of 11:40am. I arrive to the store a few minutes after given pick up time only to find out it hasn t been made. I am very understanding when it comes to lunch rushes and there was only 1 person working the counter at the time of my arrival, so I waited until 11:50 to check back to see if my order was ready. By then, another employee was already helping the rush of people who kept coming in one after the other. Again, my order was pushed to the side to help those that were coming in. At this point it s after 12:00 pm and I m slightly irritated that I had to wait 20+minutes for an order that I already paid for while watching people who came after me leave before me with their order freshly made. *My complaint here: why is there an option to place an order online and pay for it IN ADVANCE if there isn t a sufficient amount of workers to tend to customers?* I wasn t the only person waiting for an online order but I was definitely the person that waited the longest. **This complaint is not against the employees but rather the general manager/corporate and the lack of time management there is for scheduling.** This location will not be a lunch choice in the future until there are enough workers to tend to customers. I suggest anyone that needs a meal in a timely fashion (especially if you are on the job) to go elsewhere.

I placed an order online and when I called the store, they had no record of it. They gave me a number to the store manager but unfortunately it must of been his personal cell phone and I never received a call back. Once I arrived at the store the person on duty was still baffled as I pulled up and showed her the order on my phone. A few minutes later after looking at the receipt on the counter, she found it. I personally would advise going elsewhere if you enjoy Subway. They seem to be disorganized at this location. Food wise it wasnt anything special. The store is terrible! Not only do they not follow your mobile app order but even if you have a problem they never answer their phone! My girlfriend always goes to this subway, mainly for convenience because its right up the street from her job. And there is always this older Hispanic lady (I do not know what her name is because she never has her name tag on) who is always beyond rude to her. I only had to witness it once to get my fill of her. But yesterday she went into the empty store to get a sandwich and the employee was sweeping and without being acknowledged she walks to the front of the line and stands there waiting to be served. Assuming there must be someone in the back since the woman is ignoring her and refusing to even acknowledge her existence. After a little more time passes my girlfriend finally ask can she get some help and without a ounce of care, she causally puts the broom down, walks to the counter, without an apology, what can I get you. Her response should have been a written excuse to my job explaining that you are the reason why I returned late from lunch with a sandwich I could only afford to eat half of due to lack of time. Great customer service. She should apply to be a mechanic.

To start our evening Subway would rank 1 start because, we initially went to the Subway in Walmart in Murphy. They employee there was just flat out rude to my husband and child. My kid cried because of the way this employee spoke to him. So we left and came back to Wylie and went to the Subway across from Wylie High. The two employees there were so nice and understanding to my childs wants. They spoke very respectly. My son read the doors How are we doing? sign. He asked if he could go tell the nice guys how good of a job they did. The guys came to the counter and respectfully engaged in a conversation with my son and let my son compliment them on their awesome work. These two young gentlemen made up for the Murphy Walmart Subways complete ignorance. The two young gentlemen made our family dinner, especially for my kids, one of the most pleasant meals. Because of these two young gentlemen is why this Subway (in Wylie across from Wylie High) gets the 5 stars.

Never had a bad experience here, just some minor annoyances. I usually go during lunch hour so it gets busy, theres this constant atmosphere of rush; especially when it comes to them asking you what you want on your sandwich. I waited patiently like everyone else, no need to get me through the like like the chow line at a military dining facility. I wouldnt suggest going during busy hours but the ingredients and portions are legit.

The staff were extremely rude! Their welcome for the customers sounded annoyed, no eye contact, not even a hint of smiles, they spoke Spanish in front of the customers (p.s. I dont speak Spanish). I simply did not feel welcome, and instead of feeling refreshed after a meal, I was agitated and stressed. I will never go here again. The quality of the food was okay, but not worth the ordering experience.
