Dang, I wish I had a good experience. Lost 80 sum bucks. Ordered online and food was here pretty quick, with major blemishes unfortunately. My steak was delivered, so theres that. But all I could taste was straight Seasoning Salt. Horrible, ruined my appetite. Then the baked potato seemed like a just picked potato with literally 4 little chive slices. Absolutely a bummer for me sadly. Spent hard earned good money, for a spoiled night. Family Dinner fail. Sad but true, theres a top reviewers experience.

Always a great experience the moment you walk in. Dannae is continuously one of the best servers at this location. You can tell they are very attentive to each and everyone of their customers. Dannae was even kind enough to find connections within me and her customers as they noticed we were both from the same area. It was nice to find familiarity to my hometown. It s very refreshing knowing your server goes above and beyond to get to know you in a personable way to best accommodate your needs as a customer. Ask for Dannae for the best experience!

This is the best Outback anywhere!!! Everytime we eat at Conroe Outback we have some kind of issue..not here! Food was amazing!!! This is the best experience my husband and I have had at an Outback Steakhouse in over two years. We ve been to locations all over the country, and experienced a slight decline following the COVID pandemic. We hadn t been here in months and tonight, noticed a complete transformation. Logan, our host, opened the door for us, took us to a table promptly, and went over the seasonal menu, introduced our server Chris and the managers of the evening, Courtney and Susan. Chris greeted us immediately afterwards, went over the menu, grabbed our drink order and it came out in less than two minutes. We took our time ordering and were treated to a joke by our server. I got the Filet Mignon & Lobster combo with Steakhouse Mac n Cheese and Brussel Sprouts, which was cooked to a perfect medium rare, and the expo server even waited to make sure the steak was cooked correctly before leaving the table and took our appetizer dishes away. The food was incredible, the service was phenomenal, and the managers introduced themselves and checked on us during our meal. A complete turn around, and we were very happy to see it! Had a great time, will be returning regularly!

Since we had a great experience at the Outback Steakhouse on Hwy 99 in Spring, we decided to try the Woodlands location. The host was friendly, the server friendly, the manager, etc...all the staff were friendly and inviting. The food was terrible. It started with an odd tasting sweet tea that my husband ordered. The manager quickly remedied the situation by replacing it with a different beverage. Then the food came out: my NY strip, that I ordered medium, came out very rare in the middle, which is easily remedied by putting it back on the grill for a minute. Except after our server took it back, I sat and waited almost 15 minutes for it to come back. It was, of course, cooked well done. But I didnt say anything, because I also complained that the asparagus was mushy and inedible, so they took that back and were supposed to bring a replacement. So I ate the dry, flavorless steak, because I was hungry, and I was tired of complaining. Oh, and thats not all. The coconut shrimp my husband added to his steak were mushy and undercooked, so he did not eat them. The server didnt seem to notice that all 6 of his shrimp were still on his plate when she took it away. Right! Huge waste of money.

Soooooo.........first of all my family and I go out to eat quite often...And I leave mostly great reviews.. Every once in a while I have to leave a bad review, even though I feel bad! But...here goes, It took them over 15 mins. To have a waiter come see us.....then 15 more mins. To get water and bread!!! Our waiters tablet wouldnt work....ordered a chids cheese burger meal w/ broccoli.....burger was pink, almost raw, broccoli tasted like it bathed in salt...returned a cooked burger, forgot the cheese, brought out a single slice of cheese, it broke into pieces trying to pick it up....lol....waiter never offered to refill my water, not even once! I mean he was nice but.....guess he was new? They had very few servers.My wifes filet she asked for medium well, just a little pink inside had to be returned, it was bloody.left her the plate with the blood , brought it back well done ....lets see, what else....and trust me this hurts me more than it hurts outback..lol...I so wanted a great steak......well, my wife did...my 16oz. NY strip was pretty good, salty but cooked right. And honestly, we never look to get ANYTHING for free, but if I was the Manager and I had a table that was consistently having issues, Id of comped SOMETHING or offered a free dessert......Id of thrown some sort of bone!! I guess the bone left from my NY strip will suffice...lol....so we will be doing other steak houses in the future because honestly, this place was terrible ALL THE WAY AROUND!!! wait time, waiter, food, everything pretty muck stunk....But the owners are rich and dont care so...........I actually run a business and these reviews are answered by a robot, not a real person...crazy huh? Just want the humans reading this to beware....may have just been a bad night for them.....thats all I have. P.s.. had to ask bus boy to remove our dishes!!! And flag down our waiter each time we needed someting....Id of been ashamed to be in charge....ALSO....I noticed most of the negative reviews are RECENT!!! Looks like some things need to be addressed...

When you want a steak, Outback is the place to go. The seasoning on their sirloin, is what makes it. Although, I have to say that this visit wasnt as expected. My steak was really tuff for me to eat, so had to give it to husband along with cold mashed potatoes. Hopefully our next visit will be a better experience. One that weve come to know and love about Outback.

I ordered food online. My receipt said the food would be ready at 2:30(ordered at 2). Got there at 2:40 expecting food to be ready, not wanting to wait around with kids. Arrive and they say the food isnt ready yet. They dont even give an estimated time that it will be complete or offer to make things right. Sat inside with my kid and it was handed to be at 2:52. So it took over 50 minutes for 1 meal(steak cooked MEDIUM) 1 appetizer and 1 dessert?! I then open up my food to check it and its not even HOT. If I had to guess, it was probably sitting there,no one wanting to help bag it up because its not their job or management doesnt have enough staff per shift.

Jason the manager was amazing This restaurant and another restaurant was the only restaurant open after the hurricane hit Houston and surrounding areas! He made sure all the tables were sat and accommodated everyone! It after midnight and people are still at the restaurant eating! Outback has kind of lost its flare with me. The drinks were just okay, and the food was just okay. I had the Alice Spinhs Chicken. I did have a little issue with my drink, and the manager took it off my check, which was thoughtful. This bad experience started as soon as I walked in the door. The young man that served as the host clearly saw me walk past him to enter. A waitress had to go and tell him to end the conversation he was in to come and seat us. He tried to seat us at a booth but I am a big guy so I asked for a table instead. He took us to another booth, so I then asked again for a table. Then I tried to order something on the menu and was told they did not have it. I should have left, but I didnt. Then I ordered an appetizer, which arrived cold. Management offered to correct this, but the item did not arrive before I finished my meal so I told them to just take it off my check. I gave them 2 stars only because the waitress and the manager were friendly and offered to give me the app for free. Otherwise, it would have been only one star or less.

Well we were welcomed inside but after sitting down, no one ever came. I came in because I have been at home by myself for the last two months. Sat at the bar in hopes of having a conversation with another human. The bartender dark hair long piney tail, pretty short man said hello and took my order but never said anything to me. His only comment was that there s too many carbs in Outback food. It was just sad and miserable. Going to Outback isn t an experience like it was 25-30 years ago. Now it s just a reminder that America is dead and all that is left is the bacteria feeding on her corpse. The food was bad. I had fried Mac and cheese balls which tasted awful. Salad was just okay. Alice springs chicken and fried were okay for what they were, but no wow factor. The one thing I enjoyed the most about this experience was the traditional Chicago rail around the bar. Other than that it was awful and left me more melancholy and morose on exit than I was upon arrival.

Have not been in a while. Received a $10 off a $60 or more meal, that was a good reason to go. I must say the service & welcoming staff was on POINT. I figured they were ready for those coupons to come in. But maybe not because the waitress had to go check with the manager about the coupon. We both ordered a steak medium & they were excellent. The menu is different from the last time were there & prices were also, but expected that. The only complaint I had was something I have been checking on the tickets. More & more places are calculating the tips with the tax amount included & that increases the tip amount even more of course. So will keep watching for that. (I am a good tipper, but its the principle of it)

Highly recommend Steve, never seen anyone break international law with such efficiency and grace as a peacock screaming on the streets of New York, he is an expert money launderer and only the second worst thing to happen to those orphans, there should be a page of the Geneva convention dedicated solely to him, he makes the beaches of Normandy look like a family vacation, and what he did in 1978? Very nice dinner place. I always enjoy a good steak! Service was great, not too crowded for a Friday evening. You can pretty much count on. Always getting a good meal at any local outback steakhouse. We had no weight at all. Server was perfect, offered the specials menu and asked if we had any questions. We ordered a blooming onion to start which was piping hot out of the oven and perfect. I had the filet mignon 6 oz medium and again perfect! Quick refills on the drinks and no delay in closing out the tab. I will definitely be coming back hopefully for a long time!

This is my go to eating spot in Shenandoah. Very friendly and courteous staff. Atmosphere is very welcoming. I have been dining in and doing take outs. Food is awesome chefs kiss. Shout out to Chris from takeout.

Have been to outback twice. I remember when they had first opened and how good the food was, especially the blooming onion. Have been disappointed twice now. Steak was okay, baked potatoe was small. Blooming tasted burnt and dipping sauce lacked flavor. Not the same. Service wasnt the greatest either. Waitress was not as attentive. Waited a while after being sat to get our order taken. Had to ask for bread. Not a great meal.

i came here tonight for my birthday dinner.. our server was great nothing against her at all, however i had ordered a filet cooked medium.. and it ended up being rare. my husband ordered his steak medium rare and my filet was more rare than his steak. i ended up not saying anything because i didn t want anything bad to go on our server but i was very disappointed at the steak i ended up getting. i barely ate 2 bites of it because i couldn t finish it.

So I really like the outback and I go there probably once a week to grab something to bring to work, the only problem I have with the outback is they put the cold food and the hot food in the same bag. Everybody knows the cold food goes in a separate bag but these people dont seem to have the common sense God gave a rock
