This place sucks. I drove through because i was passing by and just wanted a quick taco. I ordered two soft fajita beef tacos and a sweet tea and for whatever reason the person taking my order was very confused, I had to repeat myself about four times. I m sorry do ya ll not sell tacos here?? Why are we confused? Anyway they charged me $15 for meat and tortilla, nothing else comes on the tacos apparently, i didn t know this. And one sip of the tea made me instantly nauseous and gave me a headache it was insanely over sweetened I ended up just dumping the whole thing out I couldn t even drink it. Im never coming back.

Great fajita tacos yet lite on the gauc, not cool when you re having to pay extra for it. And the up charge for the extra fajita taco with 2 strips is not ok. But they have made up for it after making them aware about it. So, not too bad.

Parking: Parking is Fairly easy to find, Unless you are in there on Taco Tuesday. Then parking and Seating both are hard to find. Any other night of week, No Troubles at all. Wheelchair accessibility: It is Wheelchair Accessible. The Doors are a little heavy to open if youre pushing the wheelchair and trying to open doors at the same time, But there are tables for wheelchair and handicap parking as well.

This is the Rosas location that my family and I come to the most. Usually we get what we know we like and we love what we get. For dinner thats usually the chicken enchiladas. Some might ask, well how can a place get chicken enchiladas wrong. Well, you would be surprised. But this isnt about that. Here at Rosas, weve never had bad chicken enchiladas. We even ask for extra sauce sometimes. Because its that good. Well yesterday my wife stops on her way home from running an errand and picks up some breakfast for us. We were undecided at first. But we looked over the menu. Most had photos or some sort of description with it. But the one that intrigued me the most did not. That was the chile verde plate. Sounded good, so lets get that. While youre at it, add a chile verde taco to it. She gets it home and we try it. WOW!! OMG it was soooo good. I mean like (excuse my language) DAMN good. This will definitely be on my must have for breakfast from Rosas going forward. It had eggs with cheese, refried beans (which their beans are always good), and a chile verde made with pieces of beef, potatoes and peppers in a rich gravy (almost like a mexican stew). I highly recommend this to anyone.

Tried this location several times and the food is just not that good. For the price, there are any entree options in the area. The two stars is only for the fresh tortillas. We pick these up often, but don t go inside as the restaurant itself feels like a chain, probably because it is.

Rosas Cafe has a nice variety of foods. Customer service was excellent. I love the atmosphere. The ceramic animals everywhere are amazing. But the quality of the food is not always the same. Our most recent trip gave all of us a bit of excessive gas after eating. It was quite disappointing.

This was my first time ever going to Rosa s . I tried the fajita dinner combo with chicken and steak. The tortillas are freshly made like they advertised but I was so disappointed with their beans, they taste like Rosarita beans from a can. The rice was so-so and the guacamole tastes like it s not fresh but processed. I don t think I will be back. Growing up with an abuelita that cooked everything from scratch will allow you to know the difference. The utensils were dirty too not cleaned well.

Starting with the good things. The restaurant was nice on the outside and the decor was beautiful pn the inside. The service was good and polite. Now the bad. The food was TERRIBLE! I had a beef nacho salad. It was overpriced and underwhelming. Their was an odd taste to the meal and not in a good way. My wife had the Fiesta salad and was incredibly disappointed. It was an incredible amount of lettuce, but had very little meat. Save your money and eat at Taco Bell. Atleast they taste good.

Consistent best place to take a large family on taco Tuesday. For 7 people (one is a toddler) we can eat a big meal (taco plates) for under 40$ Im finding this is actually pretty hard to do at many places. UPDATE: quality has gone down hill and consistency of tacos is disappointing.

Rosas used to be my favorite. Now the chips are always burnt to a crisp. I would get chips there a couple times a week, and about 6 months ago they just became awful. Im not sure what has happened, but they have become inedible. I really hope yall can get the problem fixed, and we can have your amazing chips and salsa again!

This is our favorite Rosa s Cafe and they have consistently delivered great tasting food and service for years!!! I highly recommend this location if you re near the Garland, Wylie, Murphy area. My family and i went to Rosa s tonight for Taco Tuesday. We ordered 3 of the taco plates for dine in and a 12 count chicken tamales to go. We got home and noticed the tamales were pork and not chicken. I called Rosas to explain and they said i could bring them in and swap them out. I was willing to do so until i realized it was already after 8:00pm and it s a 20 minute drive so that s a whole hour there and back. I called back to tell them I can t come back up there. They then argued with me saying they saw the cameras and the wrappers were gold. I said yes they wrappers are gold however these are pork and not chicken. I told them we do not eat pork which we don t. The lady got really defensive then and said well yall don t eat pork but you had rice and beans on your plate. Lady the beans went in the trash but that s beside the point. I ordered chicken tamales and expected chicken tamales. They are not willing to credit me as per the young ladys statement, they get a lot of calls where people call in just trying to get their money back. I explained to her that we both know thats not the case here since i dined in first. I spent money and was happy with our tacos dining in there but highly disappointed when i got home and the fact that i have to go through all of this is ridiculous. She didn t have a care in the world. I will be taking the tamales back tomorrow as well as contacting corporate. People have no moral values or customer service skills any more. This was actually my favorite location which is why we drive far but we will not be visiting this location again.

Ive tried to give this place a fair shake. The food is actually pretty good but you wouldnt know because youll never get what you order. Ive had them manage to mess up 3 simple orders over the course of just a handful of recent visits (theyve had more mess-ups in the past but they were minor). Its disappointing because most of the random orders I have received have still been pretty decent. We had missing plates on 09/02/23 and again on 10/19/23. The 09/02 visit we called and spoke to the manager, Freddie, to ask for a comp for what wasnt included in the order (we are happy to pay for everything we actually received). After a back and forth conversation for 10 mins he finally agreed to refund the missing plate for $7.03. It wasnt much but it was more about the principle. We were told it would take a few days to show the refund on our credit card......here we are over a month later and nothing. We called back and its like the conversation never happened. We gave the place a final chance and they screwed up one last time. Im done trying at this point and cant recommend them. Theyve lost my business and if you decide to give them a try, avoid the drive thru and go inside so you can correct the order on the spot. Otherwise, just assume youll get a different menu item or be missing something by the time you get home. Again, the food isnt bad. Accuracy is about as good as having a toddler take your order, though....good luck! Dietary restrictions: If you say you have a dairy allergy and cant have cheese, assume they are going to lather it in cheese....on more than one occasion.

Love their tortillas, bean & cheese burritos and breakfast tacos. Got their new steak and egg one today for $4.89. I was expecting it to be like their normal steak fajita taco with eggs. Very disappointed. It was mainly tomatoes and onions with two small pieces of meat. Do yourself a favor and get something else.
