We ordered Black Bean Grilled Cheese Burrito and we were served meat in it. Being a pure vegetarian, it was a horrible experience and trauma for family. When we went back to the restaurant to show the mistake, they were not even able to understand the problem when explained in English. We are never going back to Taco Bell.

The manager Allissa will give you part of your order in the drive-through and then wants to not honor your order you paid for. Then shell argue on the phone and refuse to give her supervisors number or contact onto. Never had a problem here until I dealt with Allissa. Who knows if she even gave me a real name. Supposedly shes the manager on staff at the Rowlett, Tx location at Rowlett Rd and HWY 66. She refused to let me talk to anyone else or give me contact info to her managers and then hung up on me. TRASH! TRASH! TRASH!!!!

MULTIPLE COMPLAINTS! I don t understand, usually from this location the food and service are both top tier. UNTIL today, It was nowhere near closing time and I put a mobile order in for pickup. I then had to proceed through drive thru to collect my meals. 1. The drinks were wrong, I ordered a coca-cola and a rootbeer I ended up receiving 2! Rootbeers. Secondly, I ordered 2 Chips and queso but I received 2! Twisted cinnamon chips which were BOTH STALE. My meals weren t completed correctly, the taco shells seemed like they are pretty old or have been sat out throughout the day, my whole meal in general was just a disappointment, my guacamole was watery. It was like these workers knew what they did and just went with it, I hope this turns around quickly. I attempted on getting the employees attention to get things fixed and maybe I wouldn t have had to do this review BUT instead they looked, and ignored me. I had to reheat my meal in my own microwave, I don t understand how things went downhill inside this location. Again I hope this situation does not happen again because I do enjoy coming here.

Its Taco Bell - food and prices are pretty standard. The service, however, was VERY slow. I went inside and ordered from a kiosk (not an actual person) & it probably took 10 min plus to get my food (to go) for 1 person. Then, they forgot to give me a fork, so I had to go back inside to get one.

Unwrapped it and it was all there, the beef, the veg, the sour cream - no skimping. The beef was hot, sour cream cold, veg and shell crunchy. Just perfect. I live 40 mins away but.. Ordered drive-thru. They got our order and it was correct, but the taco shells and chalupa shells were stale. The 5 layer was assembled weird and the fountain machine needs calibrating. WORST experience I ever had at any restaurant Ive ever been to the, I went through the drive through to pick up food for me and my friends and the women was so rude she said she can only give 1 order per person, my friend was at the hospital so she wasnt able to come pick up her food herself an i let the women know and she ended up repeating her words with an attitude, my brother then ended up going into the store to get the food and she slammed it on the table and left, I then called the store to make a complaint with the manager and he didnt do anything to resolve the problem instead the same women got on the phone and continued giving me attitude, if I could rate this place any lower I would but overall this was a terrible experience and I am looking to sue in the future

This was my 4th time attempting to come To this location because it is right by my house after 3 previous instances where my order was screwed up. This time I was attempting to order a steak breakfast burrito which on the screen their menu states Is $5.69 for the combo but the woman taking my order was ringing me in for sausage or bacon and upgrading it to steak for another .70. 3/14/2020 placed an order for four people $28 worth. Only received two thirds of the order. And no receipt. Service at this location has continued to be substandard and getting worse everyday. This is the third time that I arrive to pick up an order and their doors are locked. They have a sign and tell you to come in through the doors but because they re locked often you can t. Twice I ve been told to back out of the drive thru because they ll just unlock the doors for me but there are already cars behind me and the drive thru curves so it s difficult to just back out. Not much went well I ordered online to pick up in the drive through so I didn t have to get my little one out of the car. Arrived to a sign that said I had to go in to pick up my order. An hour and a half after I placed my order online and waiting in the hot sitting area for approximately 45 minutes, I finally received my order. Of course it wasn t correct, missing toppings, and not the quantity of ingredients that I typically get at other locations. No one knew what was going on, the manager said she was training ALL NEW STAFF on a Saturday night. Though she was apologetic, it would have been nice if they had at least started my order when I arrived as opposed to after I inquired how much longer my little one and I had to wait. If you want to order, I don t recommend doing it on line for a while and would also suggest you allow yourself a solid 30 minutes wait time after you arrive. Hopefully they get everyone trained up and efficient in the weeks to come. I however, will not return to this location

I see people rating due to slow service, which I experienced last night. So why am I giving 5 stars? The young lady that served me had the BEST customer service! I was really annoyed and almost left before I was trapped in the line, but decided to wait it out. I get to front and ask if they are short, the young lady explained it was her and a person in training, this she said with a smile. My food was not perfect, but I ate it without complaint, because I knew they did the best they could, it was not bad, but it was not the usual. The Rowlett location is never open on time. I have gone almost every day for the past week and only got breakfast twice. Today I got there at 8:50. They said they had nothing available. every time I go there, there is always something that is not ready. I have to wrap around the building twice. They never have sweet tea available and they say its because they are short staffed. There are two people there every morning but yet the doors are never open. I dont know whats going on with the route location but they are in need of a reminder of breakfast or dont open for breakfast. I asked the young lady what time they closed, she Proudly said 2am, however, it was 11:45p. The last couple of times was that There Was A Flood . That was a couple of months ago. Since sitting here, MANY VEHICLES HAVE LEFT EMPTY HANDED (Its 12:06a now). ITS A WONDER WHY MCDONALDS ALWAYS HAS A LOADED LINE OF CUSTOMERS.. Im sick of wasting my gas for nothing, and leaving hungry still, because I DONT eat McDonalds .

No idea what happened but this location has turned into an absolute JOKE. Placed an order on the app and all seemed well, even when we pulled up to the speaker. Get told we need to cancel the order because they were out of the nacho fries but thanks to their system, we couldnt. Went inside to try to see what we could do. Every single employee inside was rude as hell and got told no several times when asked if we could sub something from our order.

I dont know why I even bothered. I ordered on the app and when I got to the drive through, they told me they couldnt make it. Okay, a chalupa, a bean burrito and cinnamon twists doesnt seem possible, but maybe they didnt have the box? They told me to cancel my order, I asked for a different order and that I would pay the difference. They seemed to say they were going to work with it, I could not understand the speaker, so I rolled up to the window. The tint on the window is so reflective that you could not see inside, like you can normally to see the staff working away. After a minute, I realized no one was coming to the window. As I pull out, I see someone in their car parked on the other side of the building with a drive through headset on. REALLY? Is it better to pay staff than to put a piece of paper on the menu board? This was 7 PM! Every time I go to this Taco Bell, I leave disappointed.

Worst experience weve ever had. Out of taco tortillas and cinnamon holes. Ordered 12 taco supremes, get home to a bag of 11 tacos with barely any filling. Def no sour cream or tomatoes and every single taco broken. Had to cook something for dinner after we ate chips. 4/5/22 gave them another chance and they f*cked it up again. Same order and I should of eaten dog food because it would of been better. 30 bucks thrown in the trash. Mngr on duty lied and gave me a bad phone # for district when I asked to speak to her mngr.

8:40 PM on a Sunday. This Taco Bell isnt open on the inside for delivery drivers. I even called them ahead of time and they didnt bother to tell me they couldnt complete the order. I got in line and they said they were unable to complete the order. Then I was stuck in the drive-thru because of this joke of a restaurant.

There are certain items you have to order from the app only can t order at the window. Black bean quesorito is one of them. I placed the order and when I get there to pick up the order, they tell me they are out of black beans. I couldn t cancel my order or even change the item to something else. They told me I had to just do the substitution because it was already paid for . Sounds like a lazy answer to me. So the only option I had was to accept the quesorito with their regular beans. I get home and the burrito is burned on both sides. Worst Taco Bell EVER.

The management and staff here at night are the worst. On 3 separate occasions in the span of 3 months i received slow service, limited menu (why are you shutting off your fryers at 8:20), and some of the most poorly made tacos ever. Skimped the hell out of the protein and the taco were falling apart cause it was mostly lettuce and tomatoes. On top of that the staff is rude as hell.
