My daughter and I were so fortunate to have Margie Valles represent us. She went out of her way to make sure that every detail was completed to our satisfaction. Her job was even more difficult because of the selling realtor Rene Cruz who lied and was only interested in the commission. Rene did not follow through with any of his promises. Whats worse was the company he worked for, Mario Ayala Real Estate, denied Rene did anything wrong. Mario Ayala called me and played cheerleader for Rene. Avoid Mario and his team at all costs. On closing day I found out that Margie paid out of her own pocket to complete some problems with the house that Mario and Rene were responsible for. Earlier I gave Rene $1,000 for earnest money and he forgot to turn it in to the title company. Unbelievable!! Margie wasnt just our realtor, she became our best friend. God bless Margie and her family! She is one special lady.

The worst company ever. Trying to charge me $10k for buyer commission for a piece of land that is $75k. That is over 13% in buyer commission. What a rip off. Communication is absolutely horrendous and very unprofessional. Stay away!

My realtor, Michaela, is absolutely the best! She was very knowledgeable and resourceful. I though the whole home buying experience would be ridiculously stressful but with Mica by my side it wasnt. She explained everything and broke down each step, which helped me understand everything. She even helped me resolve a utilities issue with the previous owner way after closing, which saved me over $400.00. Lastly I absolutely love her energy!!! Whatever you do do NOT trust Micaela to be on your side in the home buying process - I trusted her to give me a fair assessment of a home that I viewed remotely - she avoided showing issues with the home such as unfinished floors, bad paint jobs, shoddy and peculiar DIY repairs as well as a refrigerator plugged in by means of an extension cord - had I viewed this home in person, had I chosen to make an offer at all, it would have been 20% or more BELOW asking - she that I offer 20% OVER asking - lesson learned - will NEVER view a home remotely again. Thanks Micaela! Now I am stuck fixing up a home that was presented as gorgeous and move-in ready in order to not lose money on it

Avoid this place. Had an appt with Jeremy at 1pm, he was a no-call no-show. At 1:13 I called the office number locate to see if they can locate Jeremy. Lo and behold I get forwarded to Jeremy. He lied on the phone about being at the Starbucks we said we would meet at. Highly unprofessional and unfortunate for them as I was ready to start investing in properties. Not even a courtesy to call to say he was late. No phone call to locate me at Starbucks as we were meeting for the first time. I know for a fact Jeremy did not show and then he bold face lied to me about it. Do not do business with these folks.

Micaela Rangel was the realtor who assisted me. She responded immediately after I sent out the first message to view a piece of property. After that, each response was quick and she was always so kind and helpful. I spoke to a lot of realtors over the last few months but she has by far been the most helpful. Y all Brian and his team are simply amazing. They are thorough, thoughtful, honest, patient, frank with their advice and analysis I can t say enough good things about this real estate company. I am military and had to do this transaction from afar. I ve closed several houses and never had my realtor send me a 3D interactive walkthrough of the house without asking, or automatically have the house cleaned before closing as part of their services! Brian Burds home selling team is an excellent and professional organization. I am a first time seller and did not know what to expect, but Brian and his team exceeded my expectations during the selling process. I sold my home in El Paso from another state with very little issue. Not only did I sell quickly but for much more than I could have ever expected! Keep in mind you will be paying a little higher but peace of mind during the selling process is well worth it. The one downside was communication. I did not get very many updates from the team after the contract was signed and never heard anything from them during or after the closing. However this could be a side affect of the current market and am sure they are very busy. Overall though, I highly recommend them.

My husband and I have been looking to buy a bigger home for a while now but just haven t found the one . Finding a home is not easy for a woman. I have been around a fair share of home sellers that try to sway my scorns about a house and try to persuade me and voice what they think is best for me. My brother once went with me to a meeting, the seller only directing his attention to him, despite him not being the buyer. My experience with Brian Burds team was completely different.
