Ordered two medium pizzas and some root beer a couple of days ago. It was a good thing I was checking the time because our door bell never rang and no one knocked. I finally checked outside and it had been left on the doorstep. Pizza was not that good but probably would have been better if hot.

Stars based on service, cant wait to try the food. Somebody on the phone was explicitly explaining to me that the delivery driver was at my hotel when he was not even in the same city. Update: Ill keep them at 2 Stars because the crust really is good. I got the Detroit style, but they went really Chicago style with the heavy sauce on top. The quality is there, and Im sure the locals love it, but I wouldnt recommend to travelers from the north.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with my order from the Wylie, TX location on May 10, 2024. I placed my order at 6:33 PM and called at 7:30 PM to check on its status, but the staff could not confirm when it would arrive. When my food was finally delivered at 8:15 PM, it was cold, the 2 Liter of 7UP was missing, and the Cin Stix were raw dough. I attempted to resolve this issue by speaking with the manager, who promised to call me back but never did. The food was not only unsatisfactory but also posed a health risk with the undercooked dough. I requested a full refund due to these concerns and the overall poor service, as I find vouchers or coupons inadequate for the level of inconvenience and risk involved. Unfortunately, my issue remains unresolved. I cannot recommend this location based on this experience.

Simple place. Fine pies. Taste is good, cooked just right every time I go. And they are always so sweet and pleasant when I go there. They always have good deals so give em a shot if you like to support local owned businesses. Its a franchise, so some mega corporation isnt getting all the money.

If I could give negative stars I would. Paid approximately $25 for a large Nacho Styx pizza at the Wylie location. Half of the pizza had no chicken on it and the other half had one piece the size of a quarter. Never again! Ms. Green reached out to me and sincerely apologized for my order being so poorly prepared. She assured me this order did not meet their standards and was a one time incident. Ill order again. Their pizzas are excellent and I do appreciate Ms. Greens efforts and commitment.

Ive been to Mr Jim s twice, and both experiences have been good. The pizza is the only thing Ive tried, but it was awesome. One thing I appreciate is a good coupon and they always seem to have good coupons available (im a cheap-skate...lol). Thank you, Mr Jims! Update as of February 4, 2022: I had a bad experience. The pizza was burnt, and I didnt get the dipping sauces I ordered with my breadsticks. I also forgot to apply the 20% off coupon code to my order, which is my fault, but, when I called to ask if I could apply it, I spoke with the owner, who was very nice. She said that she would call and have her manager to apply it. It never happened, which is fine, since it was my fault that I forgot to apply it. She, however, should not have told me that she would have it corrected. Over all, it was a frustrating and discouraging experience since the pizza, itself, was not very good. I probably will just stick with Pizza Hut, or Papa Johns: they usually have better deals anyway.

The pizza was trash and I love Mr Jim s. First time ordering from this location being that I just moved to Rowlett. Most definitely not like ordering Mr Jim s from the South side of town, it was more like ordering a Hot n Ready from Little Caesar s. I guess it all depends on which location and who s running it. We just moved to Wylie and were very impressed with our pizzas! Every slice had every ingredient (which was AMAZING), cheese on top was perfect, crust was amazing. These guys are great. They actually take the time to perfect your pizza. While alot of places just kinda go through their routine, these guys read and give you what you want according to your requests. If you want extra they give you extra. This Mr. Jim s has regained my business; after a terrible experience last week the owner reached out to me directly to make things right and he did just that. My wife and I will continue to dine here after how well the owner handled our run in with a terrible employee. The pizza always tastes good and, almost more importantly, the order is always correct. Like most locations, they are generous with the toppings. There are also regular deals that bring the price down quite a bit. They seem to be low on staff fairly often so peak times might take longer than normal but I havent noticed significant slowdown. I cant speak for deliver but I highly recommend pickup!

We live in Sachse but Mr. Jims is worth the drive! Always a fair price for some seriously bomb pizza; I dont know why anyone would rate them less than 5 stars. Takes a little longer than bigger chains but Id rather know Im getting quality ingredients and that time was taken to prepare my food carefully. This was my first time eating Mr. Jims Pizza. I received a coupon in the mail for a buy one get one of equal or lesser value so that made it an easy time to try. I got the X-Large Bedder Cheddar Burger and the Meat Eaters. I made this order online which was very easy. One of best parts about Mr. Jims is that you can change one topping of the pizza for no extra charge. I thought that was awesome. I also love the crust flavor options. The garlic Parmesan crust is my favorite because they put a lot of parmesan on the entire crust. The amount of toppings on the pizza was great and the size of the pizza is respectable for the price. The two people that were there when I got my pizza were super nice so the entire experience was great. I will definitely have to try it again.

I use to order Mr. Jims back in the 80s, and only recently started ordering again in the last year. Back then they were the only pizza restaurant to offer Canadian bacon and pineapple. These days its thin crust and hamburger and onion. The pizza has always been great! Now if the ease of discount coupons, they are our pizza restaurant in Wylie!

Ordered a pizza this past Friday and it was super tasty and delicious. The crust was the best, the toppings went all the way to the top so you could eat the whole pizza leaving nothing behind! Will definitely order again.

This was our first time to try MrJims.Pizza. It was a simple and easy process to order online. We liked the crust and the pizza was very flavorful. Had to wait longer than expected when picking up the order but the staff was very friendly. Will be getting pizza here again.

Good pizza. Crust is perfect, cheese is gooey and delicious, and sauce is good. About the only criticism would be the sauce could be a bit spicier but thats probably just the Chicago in me coming out. Been there twice since the new ownership and its much improved service also. Met the owner last time and she were very nice.

We have neen looking for a really good pizza place on the DFW area and finally found one with this CHAIN OF PIZZA places. OUR PREFERENCE is the old style of PINOCCHIOS PIZZA when they advertized years ago a television ad that quoted and the cheese several times in a row in the same commercial and they called the pizza PIES. This place SOMEWHAT resembles them taste wise though their crust isnt as thick. THEY ARE THE BEST AVAILABLE IN CHAINS and the pizza places that we have tried in the area so far in almost 10 years. They would score a 5/5 if they came up with a thick pan crust and delivered to ROWLETT since APPARENTLY the one HERE CLOSED . I heard that their pizza wasnt as good and it wasnt as clean there andthe OWNER/MGR. did not take pride and make the best product POSSIBLE either. So i guess we wrre lucky we did not try that one while it was open because it probably would have ruined my opinion about MR. JIMS pizza. The first one we tried was at my Sons house in GRAND PRARIE with the gradkiddoes and it was very good TOO . SO TRY IT --- YOU WILL PROBABLY LIKE IT . Oh yeah the pizza/marinara sauce is excellent FLAVORED.

I ordered the Large Sticky Fingers pizza and the Large Beddar Cheddar Burger Pizza today and I thought that the crust was quite tough to chew. The toppings were great on both pizzas, but my only complaint was the toughness of the crust. As a result of the tough crust, I do not think that I will be ordering from Mr. Jims Pizza again.

I have ordered the sticky finger from here a couple of times and it isn t like I remembered it to be I have only been able to count 6 toppings on it plus the cheese and sauce . The crust was chewy . Now for the cheese. Pizza I ordered I was disappointed in the thick layer of grease on top of it . I always check my pizza before I leave the store and I showed it to the shift manger and she explained to me it was the sauce seeping through the cheese . Well I don t like my pizza like that she said she could run it through the oven again . Don t know how that would help so o said no. The store needs some repaired to because the roof was leaking and it leaked on to my pizza box as I was handed my pizza. This store needs to be shut down . I will defiantly be going back to dominos for now on . This place gets. Negative star.
