This morning I stop by racetrack and it was a spectacular looking one. Lots of pumps and need to wait. And the staff working inside were very friendly. Everything is very well stocked and neat. I highly recommend this racetrack!

Came to pump gas and my daughter needed to use the restroom. She goes in and im in the stall next to her. When my daughter is done using the restroom she opens the stall door she sees a guy and i hear a mans voice. I asked my daughter who was that and she said it was a guy cleaning the walls. Do they not ask if someone is using the restroom before a guy goes into the womens restroom?

Fuel prices advertised on Google Maps were false. Didnt realize until I finished pumping and saw my receipt. Thankfully I didnt need a full tank, but it still cost me $3.50, and thats after my member discount! I was at Exxon where it was $2.82, but checked the price at the Race Trac where I get a rewards discount, and it said $2.83. I recognize that fuel prices fluctuate, but $.34/gal in 3 minutes?

Stop to buy gas, all the pumps say pay inside. Go inside, theres a note on the door saying pumps are down. Ask the employee, can you not put signs on the pumps so people dont have to walk all the way inside? No. Absolutely ridiculous! Guess theyre too lazy, or theyre just jerks who enjoy wasting peoples time.

A BIG thank you to James who came to my rescue by airing my tire up. It was late, I had my two children & I couldn t see what I was doing. He went out of his way to make sure my tires were good to go before leaving. I can t tell you how much I appreciate the going above and beyond. Stopped in because they are advertising a new cheeseburger pizza so I pull in to get some and they only had pepperoni. Was told they dont have any. Dont advertise things if you only have limited amount you just leave a bad taste in peoples mouth. Wont be pulling in to any racetrac anytime soon.

This location says its 24 hours on the website however almost every other time I come up here it is closed but no signage describing the hours. Then theres other days which are random and the place is open. So theres no consistency with the schedule of being open to the public. Some clarity would be great to have getting out and driving up here at 2 in the morning and theres somebody mopping the floors telling me that theyre closed. If you have a stainless steel service slot at the front window then why is it not being used? Isnt that there to service customers after hours (even tho you are supposedly a 24 hour location) or in the event that you are short staffed? (Which apparently you have been for several months but havent made any changes to address the issue. Like a roaming associate cause I know you have them) gotta be better than that if you want to keep my business. I usually fill all 3 of my concrete trucks here multiple times a week. Youre losing money! And customers....

This location is closed every night that I come by, just like a few minutes ago. It has absolutely nothing to do with safety concerns per the owner. Its the only place that I can safely enter and exit with a big truck late at night in the area here and it would be nice to be able to grab a cold drink, just like the two other truck drivers that had stopped by at the same time as well.

Be aware of the scammers I had a scratch off lottery ticket that I had clearly won $30 on but the guy only ring it up for $10. I was puzzled trying to figure out how that happened because the lottery system does not make mistakes. I never thought that it was their fault. I did a little investigating and come to find out that it was their fault and they stole $20 from me And again, BE AWARE OF SCAMMERS

Had two $20.00 winning lottery tickets. I verified them twice on the txlottery app prior to going in. Went in to exchange them, the girl tells me only one ticket is a winner. When I can clearly show her it was a winner. Then another clerk comes up and tells me it doesnt matter what it shows. I scan it again, now it shows its paid out. Be careful at this location.

Gas pumps go out a lot. I have to constantly go back inside to switch payment to another pump. Then they don t mark them as out of order. One hose had a hole in it. Gas sprayed everywhere. I was not given a refund or even offered a drink or roller item, something for all the problems. I ll never go to a Racetrac again

This Racetrac is directly across from my house and me and my family go in there everyday...most if not all employees know us. We go in together all the time to buy cigarettes and have never had a problem. The person buying cigarettes gets IDd but not everyone else who is not buying cigs. Well Wednesday night my sister (23), her bf (29), my younger sister (19) and i (21) went in to get cigs except my older sister who only got a coke. The 19yo goes up to buy her pack while us 3 go do our thing and the lady named Trevida said she wont sell to her because we all walked in together...we were not aware of this so when we went up there and asked for a pack she was very rude and started yelling at me saying like i said before i cant sell unless i see ids...so im like if you just calm down and see that im trying to show you my id and she says (rudely) i need all 4 ids. Well what do you know the only person without her id was the one who wasnt even buying cigarettes so my sister walks all the way back to the house for her id and when we go to check out my sisters bf starts to ask a question and she cuts him off and yells. i dont have time for this. Im not going to lose my job over you. I refuse to sell....like what do you mean lose your job..we did as you asked and got you 4 ids...she obviously wasnt planning on selling to us in the first place so why make us walk back to the house for no reason. She was extremely rude and what she did was unnecessary..we go in there multiple times a day but i will never go back and im calling corporate. There are multiple rude employees there not just her. Please teach your employees some manners and make them id everyone all the time not just when they feel like it. Although the I.D. issue is what initially upset us, the way Trevida treated us is what made us mad. If your policy is to I.D everyone at the same time then okay, thats fine... but to talk down to us is NOT okay. She had her mind made up from the moment we walked in the door, that is not okay. I consider that to be prejudice, considering she told us no from the get go. I was told this is a training store, they should be setting a good example... not being completely rude like she was. You need to teach your employees some respect, customers is what make you money. Why treat them that way?

Pretty store which is why we would go in there but tonight my husband went in to buy his cigarettes and since we were in my car forgot he left his wallet in one of the other cars so I went in to buy the packs and in front of me were a couple if kidds buying beer and cigarettes amongst other various items look in real nerve the kid paid and quickly went out the door so I proceeded asked for my cigarettes and was rudely intrupted with a no. I will not sell to you. I asked y he said because I was buying them for my husband. Okay. I understood that aspect of the situation and pointed out that he didnt even card the kids in front of me and they surly didnt look over 40 and the bought beer. As well as Tobacco but he wasnt listening or ignoring me as he was talking over me saying no he would not sell to me. So we spoke to manager I understood that they couldnt sell to me but if their going to be head strong about the rules thats good but card EVERYONE who looks under 40 not just the you feel like just because there is something about them you dont like or you dont like their appearance my husband works 3 jobs round the clock and them love him at all 3. I work 2 and we have kids we know what work is they. REALLY NEED SOME ONE WITH A BETTER ATTITUDE AND MROE RESPECT AT THAT FRONT DESK. after all their the first faces you see when you walk in
