I would ve given this place zero stars if I could, but you can t so it gets a one star I am a paralyzed veteran and I called because I could not move my legs and it was too far for me to reach my wheelchair a young man picked up and he hung up on me immediately causing me to have to physically try holding myself up after falling and no one was in there so they couldn t help me i m disappointed in what this society has come today. especially that young man.

I placed an order online 40 minutes ahead of time, I arrived 2 minutes past the time I asked for my food. As I walked in the place was empty, there was no line in the drive. Threw multiple people behind the counter. Looked at me not 1 person acknowledged that I was there. I couldnt find the area for online pickups. And when I finally found it, it was hidden and empty. I waited 6 minutes before anyone talked to me. I told them that I had a pick up and you just said OK and walked away. Then I had to wait another 8 minutes for my food period I dont see why we do online orders for pick up for a specific time that they cant hit, especially when theyre not even busy. And even more frustrating that everybody saw me standing there and not one person even acknowledged me , not great customer service. And I noticed while waiting forever that there was a spot saying please join our team with a basket.Does this even have any applications in it. This place really needs a manager who cares about customer service

All the food was cold. The fries were the worst as they were hours old, stail, and dried out. The cheese sticks were solid hard pathetic excuse for mozzarella sticks. The chicken bacon swiss was one of the worst I have ever eaten. The chicken patty wasnt even warm enough to make the cheese translucent, let alone melted. This location was a trash order. Total waste of money.

I had the French Dip. It was good. Its not the best I have ever had, but I would get it again. The woman who took my order was friendly, yet professional. There were no issues with the staff. Vegetarian options: Arbys is a roast beef and chicken restaurant. I would NOT recommend it to someone who follows a vegetarian diet. Wheelchair accessibility: There was handicapped parking and the building was wheelchair accessible.

By far, the best all-around Arbys I have been to. The staff is super nice and helpful! It also is beyond CLEAN, unlike the one in Royse City, which is covered in mold. The food was made fresh and tasted great, not like it had been under a warmer or anything.

Worst food ever. What the heck happened to Arbys. Order was missing items and incorrect items went back to get corrected. Roast beef not the same, crinkle fries stale, bits of curly fries, I wish I left the missing fish sandwich there(it was horrible undercooked nothing crispy about it). Crispy soggy bread peeling off processed chicken sandwich was also terrible. Smokehouse sandwich was so gross had the person nearly throwing up afterwards. I now see why others would say dont go to Arbys.

BEST ARBYS PERIOD!! I got my food and The manager Caleb caught me before I drove off to make sure I checked my bag. He thought i was missing a sandwich and he was correct!!! He made sure to walk it out to me himself too. I dont go to this Arbys a lot but when I get a cheat meal its usually Arbys because they never mess up my order like the chains across the street and its always hot and fresh. But Ive never had anyone stop me to make sure I had all my food then bring it to me themselves like today. Arbys has the best food and will forever have my business..... and they have the meats!

They mess up my order every single time. I always ask for the Beef & cheddar everything on the side. I like to build it myself because I get it before work, to eat after work, so I don t want the sauces on the bun because then it s soggy and disgusting. And once again, they failed to listen they put extra sauce on the bun. So there goes my money and my sandwich in the trash very disappointed in this location, they ALWAYS mess something up EVERY SINGLE TIME. And I literally get the easiest thing for them to make. They don t even have to assemble the sandwich they just have to throw the ingredients in the bag. But somehow that s too hard for them to do.

Came in at 2:25 and was charged more for my food than was displayed on the happy hour food marquee. It was $1 for each slider during happy hour last week in Plano. Nobody seemed to care. The marquee stated 1.49 and they charged me 1.99 each. One employee stated,inflation. Wont be back. The one in plano has twice the customer service. These sliders are not worth 2 dollars a piece either. i dont blame anyone for the price increase. When i stated, however, that they need to change the pricing on the menu in the store, no one seemed to care either. Very odd, i might say. Took about 30 seconds to get my food which means they were pre made and probably sitting for at least 5 to 10 minutes in the back. Arbys is a wonderful restaurant! The customer service is absolutely fantastic! The roast beef sandwiches are so fresh you feel it was cut and prepared right in front of you. Their lemonades are so good, and if you are a less ice person like me...they get that and deliver every time. Their cookies are to die for! They warm them up and its like eating homemade cookies at home! The customer service they give you is what you wish all restaurants would give , and just ask for your condiments they will absolutely give you those!...Enjoy Wylies Arbys...its a great place to eat whether inside or drive thru!!! I just wanted to give a shout out and tell the entire night crew at the Wylies Arbys yall are amazing. The other fast food places around you guys (yall know who you are) suck, theyre slow, they all have an IDGAF attitude and act like people going to them to get food is a giant inconvenience. Meanwhile I went to yall on two separate occasions (both times at night) and yall were on point, polite, made sure everything was right and did it with a smile. So THANK YOU WYLIES ARBYS NIGHT CREW! Paid 16 bucks yesterday for the new brisket bacon french dip med value meal, which is the same price as going to a real smokehouse and getting some brisket btw, only to realize they put all roast beef on it. I didnt see or taste any brisket, if it was mixed in it should not ever be sliced thin like their rb. Better than most locations, but not as good as the one I had last year. They had the best curly fries, the meat was so juicy and the soda was mixed perfectly, that location had it on lock. Its the one with the big sign up high, windows on the front and a drive thru around the back. Anyway, this one is close to as good as that one, but closer to work, so I can get it often.

The food is ok, not great like all Arbys use to be. Service was slow and there was only one person in front of us inside and just two cars in the drive thru.

3/19/2021 Food handlers refusing to wear masks and yell at customers who ask for someone else to handle their food. ITCELL was the manager and couldnt control an employee. Refused to give me the number to corporate.
