Did my friends wedding Oct 2023 and it is now July 2024 and they still havent heard back from her. She is ghosting them. Horrible person for taking their money and now not even responding to them for the most precious of all days.

If you want to pay and never get your photos back- this is your girl!! You hire someone to capture moments from the best day of your life and you never hear from them again. Enough said. Look somewhere else.

I am part of a wedding party from a wedding we attended in Wimberley, TX in October of 2023. It is now July of 2024 and Kristina has GHOSTED the new couple and also the wedding planner. She refuses to send ANY photos, much less - the raw photo files. Kristina s business prices are not affordable, therefore the financial investment in selecting her as a photographer was very expensive. For any couples looking into this photographer, please do not disregard these negative reviews. Find yourself a legitimate and reputable business. The work on Kristina s website may look great, but it s not going to look great when she doesn t provide you with ANY photos. The newlyweds have been referred by law enforcement to the Texas State Attorney s office to file charges for theft of service.

My wife and I were married 08/26/2022, its now 03/03/2023, and havent received our photos. Most photographers will at the very least send a couple within a couple weeks of the ceremony to use in thank you card or otherwise, we are working on 7 months and not a single photo has been provided to us. Despite incessantly requested these photos weve gotten nothing but excuses when/if you can get her to answer. At this point we have begun legal steps. Do not use Hello Darlin Photography / Kristina Boyd or there is a chance your when you tell stories of most joyful memory, you will finish with a horror story and may have nothing but the memory of your wedding to go off. Thanks a ton Kristina Boyd. Heres a photo of our empty picture frames where our wedding photos should be.

I loved the photos she took of us. However, she was late to our wedding, we were waiting for her to arrive start the ceremony. We don t have any getting ready photos. After the ceremony we took family photos. She says she lost them all on her hard drive. I m devastated, we won t have any photos of our family or grandparents from our wedding day. She also was not great at communicating. After all of this she didn t offer any type of refund or apology. It s unfortunate because I spent hours searching for the right photographer and loved her style!

I cannot say enough nice things about Brianna and Hello Darling Photography. From the very beginning, her level of service stood out to me. She is incredibly responsive and personable and really makes the process feel special. This was all before we even started doing photos! During our engagements, I knew we had made the right decision because she made us feel so comfortable and ourselves. Then we got the photos... WOW! The same for my bridals, and then the day of the wedding she really showed why she is in this profession. Her level of service is only outmatched by her talent! The photos are so beautiful and EXACTLY the aesthetic I was hoping for. If you are looking for a wedding photographer in the Hill Country area, I cannot recommend Brianna enough. She captured our day so beautifully, and for that we are truly so grateful.

We have worked with Hello Darling three times (wedding reception, newborn photos and this Christmas) and she is wonderful! We re not the most photogenic people but we always get beautiful pictures from her. She s easy to work with and all 3 times have been stress-free. I love her editing style. Her work is beautiful.

During our photo shoot Brianna made sure I was comfortable and made sure I got everything I needed, when I got the photos I cried they were absolutely amazing she did an absolutely amazing job. She is very kind and funny she made sure I liked the photos. You can see how hard she works because of how well the photos came out. I would recommend her for all my photo need. Thank you Brianna :)

We booked with her back in August and paid the deposit. I never heard from her after that so I emailed (twice, and sent an IG message) a couple days prior to our session to find out where to meet her...never received a response! She stood us up and now I m requesting my money back via PayPal.

Brianna did an AMAZING job at our wedding. She also did our engagement pictures which turned out great!! She was super easy to work with and the sweetest person! I received sneek peaks super quickly and as soon as I got them, I had them printed out and have already hung some up in our home. I look at them and am mind blown by them. They are something we will forever cherish. I cannot wait to see the rest and I know they will be amazing. Brianna is the best! Book her! You wont regret it:)
