I have a monthly unlimited plan for this car wash for two cars. Usually things go pretty well and it s a good wash. Today I m returning from a long trip and one vehicle is covered in bugs. Really needed the wash today, but it was closed in the middle of a Saturday afternoon. I really needed this clean. Had to go to another car wash. This is not the first time that they have been closed when I really needed a wash. Seems to always happen at this car wash for the times when I really need it. They should credit me the $20 I spent at another car wash.

In the mornings, absolutely great, they get 5 stars. Fast service, everyone is attentive. For lunch, 0/10 would not recommend. I sat at the window for 15 minutes, watching the staff laugh (I mean have a good time at work but still get your work done) and never even came to the window to take payment or acknowledge me. If you re on lunch break, don t visit in the afternoon, as it ll take up the entire break damn near. Also, I didn t get anything extravagant. I got a breakfast bowl.

You have won me over: best fresh nopales tacos and fresh beans and rice in Wylie.. The hot sauces are very tasty. Your customer service at the drive thru are very welcoming and very nice. I love the idea that Im able to drive thru and order pizza as well. Your drive thru is outstanding and quick. You can tell your team is happy and love their jobs . Thank you Fuel City. An update:: 8-30 fuel city dont play best potatoes on flour tortillas are so delicious a lot better than your competitors . Fuel city women know how to cook:: no need to stop no where else for great fresh food. The chips are hot and crispy . I dont mind waiting for real homemade fresh food.

I mean taco bought the best place of earth! Everything from the donuts to the burritos are pure preference. This place has the nicest staff and even better atmosphere. The decorative vibes makes it feel like you step into a new world as soon as the door opens. I once got so distracted inside that my gas tank overfilled all over the place. It truly is magical. I would quite literally sell my left nut just to kiss the inventor of this place. When I get up to heaven I can only hope there chocolate donuts are up there. 11/10. I m recommending this place to everyone!

Stopped in for tacos, have ate at all the other fc in dfw, by far the worst experience here. Order was taken wrong, corrected, then wrong tacos sent out. Sent back, then they had to come ask what we wanted, then asked if we wanted refund, I said no I ll wait for food. Manager comes out and refunds, with no further explanation. Spent 30 minutes to not get any food or reason why they couldn t make the order. Will not return to this location.

Id give them 5 stars if theyd just turn on news (not fox news, its marketed as entertainment) and sports on the TVs in the taco/bar area. Everything in there is painful to watch. Food is pretty decent though, its clean, and they have a lot of options. Seems better than QT/Racetrac.

I would NOT recommend using this car wash! I have taken my car through many car washes around Sachse/wylie area and this was my first time using fuel city. on 6/8 I went through the car wash and used the vacuums after when I got home I noticed the rubber lining on the windshield on the driver side was missing I immediately drove back up and notified them and they searched for the missing part. Johnny the employee that assisted me had me fill out an incident report and told me the GM would contact me Monday afternoon and that they would replace the part on my vehicle. Yvonne the GM called Monday and stated that the employee Johnny did not tell me that and they would not be covering the cost to fix the part on my windshield I also spoke to Adrian Rodriguez who is the manager over the car wash told me the same thing and neither manager were pleasant to speak to. I understand that my vehicle is a 2017 and apparently older than 5 years so they will not cover the cost however when an employee of your company states two different times that they will cover the cost to fix your car they should honor that and then make sure the employees know that is not policy. Adrian also stated that he could not send me the footage from the car wash damaging my vehicle and they could only send that to the insurance company per company policy I asked him to email me a copy of the company policy and he has never sent that to me. I will be submitting a complaint to the Better Business Bureau as well. The owner has stated on other google reviews that customer service is their #1 priority and that is false based on my experience with the managers on staff.

Use this car wash weekly. Guys are great at getting the gunk off my windshield and do a great job drying afterwards. Friendly courteous staff. Lots of bays for vacuuming with vacuum nozzles on each side, so you dont have to wait for the other person to finish. Very affordable!

Please edit the info on Trucker Path App to include phone number, street number 1800, and amenities; like Parking-but not overnight, as 10 hour parking isnt allowed, bulk DEF, Cat scale-if one is here- I dont remember if one is. Most reefer haulers use trucker path.

I became a member of Car Wash Wylie and entered the automatic washing tunnel to have my car washed the same day. When the car was washed, I noticed that the metal bracket on the left of the windshield was dislodged and broken. I contacted the relevant person and showed the damage. That person gave me a form for the claim and asked me to fill it out, and I filled it out on the same time . They call 2 days later and say that your car has been damaged before. I dont understand how they can say such a thing without seeing a specialist. Even though they are a flashy company, they are a very trash company.

Meats for tacos have been on grill or warmer. Not near fresh or delicious. Kind of meh. Edible and not bad but not good either. Just there. For a munch, ok. Not worth a special trip but if you are getting gas or other things then ok. Tacos are just under $3 each and very small so ok but not really a great value. Outside Elote stand prices are fair but the corn is not really fresh from cob. Tasted like canned corn. So not a good value and not sweet like a street elote stand. I May come back in a weak moment but wouldn t go out of my way to come here. Giving 3rd star because they are keeping the place clean. I havent had Fuel City Tacos in awhile. The last time was when I lived closer to downtown. I picked up some for mothers day. Everything was prepared properly, and they didnt skimp on the meat and veggies. This place is obviously cleaner and has a safer feeling than the downtown location. The drive through is also a major plus. Other than being a bit more pricey than some of the other local places, I really cant complain. I also want to note that the elotes station is separate from the taco place and is cash only.

Was super excited to have a Fuel City in Wylie, however I will drive all the way to Dallas or even Mesquite Fuel City any day! The salsa was watered down and the meat was dry I would recommend going to one of the more southern locations to see what a fuel city taco is supposed to be and taste and to top it off my tacos came with lemon instead of limes! No real street tacos are served with lemons .very disappointed

Im giving the 1 star for the tacos. The rest of the place is just an average gas station. I was super excited when I found out Wylie was getting a Fuel City. Ive been to the Fuel City in Ft. Worth and Dallas and their tacos are great. Not the Wylie Fuel City. Its straight trash. Id rather go to Taco Bell. Ive eaten there a Few times to make sure they just werent having a bad day. Nope, those tacos suck! Greasy tortilla, dry meat that wasnt seasoned even the onion and cilantro wasnt fresh. On top of that 2 out of the 3 times they got my order wrong.

Brand new place and is already building a bad reputation. I was about to make this place my diesel fueling spot until I stopped by, and when I approach to the cashier to ask about their rewards program she greeted me with a (what you need), it took me by surprise and she never give me the information that I needed, she just give me the card and tell me to go to the website. She is the cashier with the tongue piercing. Hopefully the management can train them in how to greet the people who will spend money on their store.

This new location is so nice and big. I enjoyed their sitting area and ordered a peach margarita with a shot of wine. Their service is quick and prices super fair. I was really excited when the place opened, but the food was generally very underwhelming and it made me go elsewhere to get my taco fix. The taste was just not all there for my pastor tacos, flavor was lacking. I really couldnt put my finger on it from a foodie perspective, but the overall vibe was just theres no way this is fuel city tacos as I finished my last bite. The taco rice was also flavorless, I think my favorite part about my meal was the beans. That said, the gas station grocery store Buc-Cees style shop keeps the place busy. Maybe next time I come I go for the Little Caesars pizza.

I had an order of Barbacoa, Chicken and Al Pastor. I threw away the chicken tacos due to the meat being dry and dark brown like it was old and spoiled. The Barbacoa and Al Pastor tacos were mediocre at best, this location is nothing like the one on Riverfront downtown which is the best one in my humble opinion. Nothing special about this one besides the Daquiri bar and the Little Caesars pizza. There are so many other taco locations in Wylie that are better than that basura.

After seeing the reviews and hearing good things, we decided to try the Tacos at Fuel City and got a mix of tacos and sides to try. To start, the (large) sides do not include chips, which seems odd, especially given the prices of Queso, Quac, and Salsa. When I opened the Quac, I had to scrape off the graying top to get the mostly onion & tamato mix. Moreover, it had clearly been refrigerated. We ordered Ground Beef, Spicy Pork, Fajita Chicken, and Fajita Beef tacos. They are def street tacos in size (small)! Out of everything we ordered, I would recommend Beef Fajita and Spicy Pork tacos. Save your money on everything else.

Street Tacos? I dont think so. Good tacos no. After hearing about Fuel City from my co-workers, I was so excited to see a Fuel City coming to Wylie. I hear so much about the tacos this, tacos that. I finally got a chance to try them out. I was so disappointed. Theres better tacos elsewhere. Even at other places in Wylie. My co-workers even said that the other Fuel Citys are better than this one. As for the store in its self, very nice. Just stay away from the tacos and the meats they use.

BEWARE and Be careful what you BITE INTO!!! I ordered 3 chicken fajita tacos, very Bland in flavor and overpowered by the onions that left my car wreaking for days. Bit into one of my tacos and almost cracked a tooth as there was a nickel size piece of chicken bone(I would assume that s what it was) inside my taco. I was disappointed to say the least. Before that even happened the cashier was rude and was rushing us even though there was no one else in line, just a bad vibe from the jump. Didn t even ask for a name like the others before and after us(we sat and watched while waiting for our food just to see if we were over analyzing over experience) For the price, yes tacos are small but then again a lot of food is expensive right now so can t knock on that too much. The store is very nice, that s the only reason one star was given. CUSTOMER SERVICE is why people do or don t come back. That service also includes making sure your product doesn t have stuff in it such as bone that people can break teeth or even choke on. Imagine if it was a child who got that taco??!? I was excited for Fuel City when it was announced. In one visit it was ruined. Thanks for that.

Excited to finally have Fuel City here in Wylie, and was disappointed! Dallas and Mesquite locations are way better. Tacos came out in less than a minute and were cold. Pastor tacos didnt have the same spicy kick and Barbacoa was not the same either. Pizza place wasnt the smartest idea in here either. We have one already. Sandwich and fried pie shoppe are way better! The one plus is the bar!

The tacos here are over rated to the max....they are greasy and not flavorful at ALL. Save your money. The elotes (corn in a cup) are made with frozen bagged corn...not authentic taste to them...just blah and comes right out of you quickly..if you know what I mean..what a disappointment. Fuel City Wylie is great! So close to my home. The tacos are delicious and come with decent meat portions. The bar has many different beer options. $1 daiquiris on Tuesday and Thursday are awesome! Green apple flavor is the best. All I need is one and Im good. Their covered patio is clean and has plenty of room. Staff is very friendly. Come for the tacos, Little Ceasars pizza, the bar with many choices, the daiquiri, the cheap gas, or whatever the reason,.. come and support!

Those tacos are so good. Barbacoa x 10 easily feeds four or five. They re not tiny today. I They seemed smaller on grand opening day. Beats the tiny ones near a certain Shell station I used to go for tacos. I think these are cheaper for more meat. The spicy sauce packet, orange, is actually hot.

First trip to Fuel City today it open this week in Wylie so Im doing a review here Im 100% loved it and I will be back believe me they have a lot more than gas desserts off the chart oh my gosh we have no bakery in this area German chocolate cake, carrot cake, tres leches cheesecake, all kinds of cakes oh yeah I bought a piece of the strawberry cake too it is a little slice of dessert Heaven they have brownies as well and of course donuts and other things they even have Mexican pastries the food and have a Little Caesars Pizza place in there where you grab pizzas or crazy bread to go and I did then they have a Mexican place but of course sells tacos but more like street tacos as well barbacoa and drinks oh my gosh if you cant find what you want to drink in this place just you cant find it thats all I can say a coffee bar, and iced tea station, a freezy station whatever you call those things like slurpees, of course they have a soda fountain as well, and the cooler section is full of every energy drink you could want and more, yes they have all kinds of drinks in there and Im not going to tell you everything I saw today Im going to leave something to surprise you LOL never would I thought I would have seen that type of drink station at the gas station LOL made me laugh anyhow it was my first trip to a fuel City 100% Ill be going back and anytime Im in the mood for a sweet dream I know where to go oh my gosh yummy

Went through drive thru. Workers are very nice. Unfortunately, famous for tacos is an overstatement. Extremely greasy-dripping. And I like onions but not for 70% of my taco. The rice was very bland. The beans were good. If you LOVE greasy onion tacos with a little meat, these are for you. Not worth 10$
