I recently visited Hot Pancakes and decided to try their new rice bowl. It was absolutely delicious! The bowl was packed with flavorful ingredients like tender chicken, corn, grilled veggies, beans, and a drizzle of sour cream that tied everything together. The service was friendly, attentive, and quick! I highly recommend stopping by this spot not just for their pancakes but for their other dishes too! You won t be disappointed.

Husband and I had the 3 menu breakfast plus he had a side of tomato which was 3.00 and the toast was 3.00 extra our meal was 52.00! We do not pay that at Salt Grass!!! Not one waitress came to our table to see if we needed anything!!!! I was wondering why noon on Sunday and the place only had 2 tables occupied!!! Now I know why

Great Food and Service! I had an amazing meal at Hot Pancakes. The Philly Cheese Steak was one of the best I ve ever had perfectly cooked and full of flavor. Our waitress, Daniela, made the experience even better with her friendly and attentive service. Highly recommend both the food and the outstanding staff. Would recommend for new comers!!

1st time visiting this location and our last unfortunately. Once you arrive their is no sign that I saw that stated seat yourself, as we waited for someone to greet us or sit us we here someone by the kitchen say sit down anywhere, once waitress arrived no warm welcome, she went right to, what do you want to drink, food was okay nothing crazy, once we received our food, we got our food incomplete, my wife had to get up and ask for her food, once I got my food I never received my pancakes, 25 min later pancakes came out due to wife was not pleased with not having my complete meal. Servers really dont come around to ask you if you need anything, how was your meal? NOTHING! but kudos to the gentleman asking if you want more coffee. He was on top of that. We may try again down the road, but for 1st impressions, we were not happy with the overall service

I found a hidden gem!! I love the variety they offer, I really appreciate Emily for being so helpful and patient with me! I will definitely be back!! Parking: Parking is not a problem here.

I hope they make it. The place has potential, but they need to work on work ethics. Not their fault, but getting into the place from the main road can be challenging and I believe will hurt their business. Parking: No one in the parking lot. Difficult to get to the parking lot.

The food was good. But I people telling me that they posted a pic of saying this guy doesnt pay his bill. This is crazy and even if you think it why would you post something like that when youre not sure . If this is how management handles things I will never be back. I did pay my bill as always. But of I came somewhere and they said I didnt pay I would probably pay them anyway dont want cheat anyone and dont want them thinking I did .

We came when it was pretty slow. We were told to sit anywhere. Server forgot my coffee creamer, had to ask twice. Food was brought out separately so my husband had to wait on my food to come out before starting on his. Food was pretty good. No one told us that we had to pay at the counter so we sat and waited for a while after finishing. Food was descent but service could use some work.

Delicious breakfast, great service and very reasonable prices! Ordered from the Build your Own menu which has any 3 items for $8, then additional items were $2 each unless otherwise stated on menu. Birthday boy had Eggs Benedict, which he said was awesome. Only con would be no itemized ticket for meal. You go to the counter to pay, which is no big deal, but it would be faster if you had your check in hand instead of ringing up each of the items ordered and then paying..... Otherwise, a great place to eat and would definitely recommend and return!!

Love this place. We go at least a few times a month. We had a lil incident today, but it was properly handled and all was good. My toddler asks to go to hot pancakes almost daily.

I loved the place! The pancakes were delicious, the fruit was fresh. All the food that my family and I ordered was very delicious, we congratulate the cheefs for their work. Food portions are sufficient I really advise you to try it, we will definitely return!

Went for breakfast food is good , but $ 3 for a x small coffee is a bit much seeing no one ever came around to ask if we needed more . It says pick 3 beware of that because when you do they put extra charge on the bill not sure what that was about , so yes they nickle and dime you a lot . No receipt brought to table so you can t see what your really being charged for until its paid for !

Had an amazing breakfast here! Greeted the second we walked in the door. I ordered an omelette and husband had the CFS breakfast. My omelette was so big I couldnt finish it! The ham, onions, and bells were perfect. Husband said his meal was excellent all around. The atmosphere was nice and the service was fast and friendly. We will definitely be back!

We went here for lunch. We had to go to the counter to ask if we seat ourselves. There was not a single person who acknowledged or greeted us. We then waited like 5 minutes for a waiter because all the staff were on their phones. Our waitress was not very nice. You could tell that she hates her job. We both ordered different burgers and fountain drinks. One of the fountain drinks was flat. We were never given or asked if we wanted refills. The waitress took our order and literally never came back. Someone else delivered our food. One burger was quite raw, and they both had that cheap fake Swiss cheese on them. The texture of the cheese turned to a mayonnaise type texture once on the burger. It was off-putting for sure. The fries had no salt or seasoning on them. When we were finished, we waited for our bill, and no one brought it. We then saw someone go up and pay. The girl who cleared our dishes never spoke to us or told us to pay at the counter. Then she hovered over the screen as we tipped. I always tip good, but we didnt even see our rather rude waitress after ordering. No one was nice there. I think the environment would be ok if the staff was friendly but that was not the case. Most of the meal the staff were talking to each other and on their phones. I would not recommend going here. Between the food and the staff, dont waste your money.

Went here for brunch with the family and the food was awesome! the price was really good for the portions of food we had. We definitely will come here again! We fed 6 adults for under $100 including tip!

I wont be back. Portions were OK. Food was not good. I had sweet tea which was actually water. I changed to a flat soda. My bacon burger had fake cheese on it. I asked for well done and it was pink. If all the wait staff were not on their phone and I mean every front end person, they could have asked if everything was ok but that did not happen. We had to ask if we needed to seat oursrlves.i left a good tip because thats just me.

My husband and I wanted to try something new and we were pleasantly surprised with this place. This place has a diner feel, the food, price and portions are great. We had an awesome first experience and appreciated Luis customer service. I think we have a new local spot. Well be back!
