I highly recommend Matt Deluca if you are in need of a criminal defense attorney. He is very knowledgeable in criminal law & kept me up to date through my court hearing. He got my 2nd degree felony case dismissed & I can t thank him enough for his determination & hard work he put into my case & for believing in me. Mr Deluca is the best lawyer I know hands down I ve had 3 cases within the passed 2-3 years hired Mr Deluca for all 3 and he had them dismissed. He is very effective and his communication was flawless throughout the cases. I never had to reach out to figure out what the deal was unless I had a question, then he d pick up or text me back even on his days off. He always contacted me directly. His prices where very reasonable and he works with you if you can t make the payments on time or the entire thing at once. Ima put it like this I hired a different lawyer and paid him 8,000 to take care of a case, he was difficult to deal with and procrastinated the case for 1 year so I fired him and hired Mr Deluca in his place. Mr Deluca 2 months later dismissed the case. Thank you Mr deluca for all your help and hard work.

I ve read the reviews prior to me posting this, and I agree with them completely. Matt is a genuine human being with high skill in his trade. I feared I couldn t afford the process, he worked with me. I feared I would lose my license, he worked for me to keep it, and had a back up plan if it hadn t worked out. He is attentive and undistracted when reviewing the case with you in person, and never failed to timely respond to messages I sent. I had been warned by friends and family not to spend too much on a lawyer. Luckily, Matt is not only affordable, he is also highly effective. My case is now on its way to being dismissed, thanks to Matt and his knowledge.

Matt DeLuca gave me exactly what you would want out of a criminal defense retainer: reasonable price point, open communication, and competent representation. The details are different with every case, but Matt was the only lawyer who could have made such a positive representation on my behalf. I remained out of state as Matt appeared on my behalf in person. My case was handled competently and the legal counsel I was given was in accordance with how the case was eventually handled by Harris County. Matt was correct in his original assurances to me about the procedure and his relationships at the Harris County DA Office. Most importantly Matt was able to secure the outcome he has assured me based on the facts of my case: dismissal. Hiring Matt was the sole reason for the success of my case. The details of the developments of the case were made clear to me, as were the options along the way, and with the eventual dismissal, it was the perfect resolution to a wrongful case brought by the state. In the end, the best decision I made was to retain Matt DeLuca, as he was able to represent my innocence without compromising any of my rights.

DUI = nightmare, or so I thought. It is a difficult situation that requires hiring an expert with knowledge specific to the circumstances. Unsure of what the future held for me, I chose to put my trust in Matt. He has extensive experience with DUIs and knows how to work the system. The process is long and involved and requires a lot of patience. Matt never left me wanting for information. As soon as he had an update, he contacted me. Always available by text, he was quick to respond to my questions and felt more like a friend than my attorney. Because of Matts expert knowledge of the judicial system, my case was dismissed. There is no one else I would trust more and I would recommend him without reservation.
