Such a creative menu and lots of healthy options. My faves are Thai Guy and the Redbull boba teas. Cheap prices and quick service. Vegetarian options: Most of the menu is dairy-free. Any of the entrees can be made vegetarian by swapping your protein for tofu or lentils.

The software on their ordering screen crashed, but the young man there was very nice and helpful. The food is very good, the presentation is also very good, the disposable plates and utensils are of good quality and highly functional. The boba was a tad bit expensive, but also very good. Their daily specials are nice, otherwise their price is very high. However, the per order limit on discounts is an unnecessary and inconvenient hassle. My wife, super smart lady, insisted we enter separate orders to get a better discount - a big hassle, but considering the savings, well worth it. Im convinced that whoever concocted their specials did not think from the Customer perspective. Splitting our order saved us double, but it was an unnecessary hassle. Dont make it hard to get a deal. Summary: Great experience when you maximize the discounts. If I had to pay more, it would be a different story. Though the food is good, the upscale taco market is fierce. Your food has to be good, but you cant charge too much.

Really great experience at this relatively new restaurant. Staff (Ruslana and Jose) greeted us upon arrival which is pretty rare nowadays even in fine dining restaurants! Heard about this place in a Wylie Facebook food group and knew that I had to try it! We went with a group of 6 and Ruslana was super helpful in explaining the menu and offering suggestions. I am a vegetarian and loved that it was so easy to customize an entree which was really delicious! The brussel sprouts and bubble tea are amazing too! Just wish that it wasnt almost 30 minutes from my house but already planning on going back! Vegetarian options: I did build your own bowl which offers several options to add along with tofu! I really wanted to like this place, the concept is great and something Wylie really needs. I think in the right hands it could be executed well... However It s awful. I have now gone 3 times, hoping for a better experience but it s been almost worse each time. I ve had a bowl, the tacos and a few appetizers. The chicken has been absolute garbage each time, bone dry and flavorless, like cardboard. The steak was slightly better. The noodles in my bowl were dried out and chewy, like buffet lo mein left under a heat lamp for hours. I m giving it 2 stars for the cheese wontons and the service. A soft spoken and very polite young woman helped me navigate the ordering process and gave me great suggestions on a couple of my visits. There was an older man, who I assume was a manager he was rude to the staff. He sat down eating and drinking boba tea in a loud obnoxious way and burped out loud, so that was gross and awkward, but everyone else was pleasant. The music was so loud that I opted to take my food to go each time. Disappointing for sure, but I hope they get the right feedback and can improve on their execution.

Have you tried Balance Grille yet? I know it looks like it s a yoga studio, but it s delicious, healthy, asian fusion type meals! I went FOUR times the first week when I discovered it so I could try so many things. Affordable, big win. Healthy (options to go healthier or less healthy if you are so inclined), so no guilt. They have Thai flavors, Indian flavors, traditional Chinese flavors, and some American flare items! I can t say enough good things because it is SO GOOD. All the sauces come on the side and are well marked so you never have soggy food, and for people who love leftovers like me- easy to reheat and eat later! My referral code is 4630 if you decide to become obsessed and join the app like I did. Vegetarian options: Tofu, lentils, lots of veggie options! Dietary restrictions: Meat is halal for those who need it. They have peanuts and a peanut sauce, so if that is an allergy, make sure to mention it. You can see them make the food and everything seems fully separate but watching may make nervous parents feel better. Kid-friendliness: No kid-focused items like coloring sheets or a playground but that isn t what it s about. We decided to try this restaurant because of the coupons sent out for the grand opening. When we came in we were pleasantly greeted immediately by a smiling young man. This employee was courteous and helped us with questions we had about the menu. He made us feel welcome and we enjoyed our experience there because of his excellent customer service. We tried this place twice hoping it would be good food but wow we were dissatisfied both times. All we could taste was salt, lots of salt. Brown rice was not fully cooked. The meat was tasteless. The food was decent but my meal barely had any chicken. It had small chunks of thin chicken with majority brown rice. The Korean bibimbap bowl I ordered didn t come with an egg. I thought all Korean bibimbap bowls came with a grilled egg? I had to ask a girl behind the counter and she hesitated but gave me a hard boiled egg. Or do you have to pay extra for an egg that a Korean bibimbap bowl always comes with at other places? The bubble teas are not natural they are made from syrups and powder. I wish they had natural real bubble teas that are made from real fruit with real black chewy tapioca balls and not tapioca balls that pop. The tapioca balls taste like bath soaps.

This place has a great balance of quality Asian and Indian food flavor, veggies, and meat, with smaller portion size and lower cost. $11 per bowl. Tasty sides and boba. I ve had a few different bowls and love them all. For the price, they cannot be beat in quality. Nothing tastes frozen/fried like cheap fast food. It s all very fresh tasty veggies and flavorful fresh meat. The sauces are restaurant quality spot on. The only caution is the bang-bang sauce is so hot you may not be able to swallow it. This is a new place in town, and it is really good. I enjoyed the quality and freshness of the food. We got a couple of bowls, teas, and some five spice poppers, and everything was delicious. The portions were good. I like more protein, but they are very upfront on the proportions, with amounts listed on the menu, and if you want more, you just order extra. I came in to look at their menu and was greeted by a member of staff who was very friendly and explained their menu in great detail. I really love their menu layout because it goes into detail about what kind of taste it has, spice levels, and even how many calories it has. So if youre watching your calorie intake, I would definitely suggest giving them a try. I got a tiramisu bubble tea (with tapioca bubbles) and it was delicious, its $4.50 and its definitely worth the price. Ill definitely be be going back.

Have to admit, I was quite pleasantly surprised with this restaurant. I had an expectation of another fast food restaurant with low quality of food and flavors. My wife and I were pleasantly surprised on all areas. I got the wiseman and she got the budda. The wiseman had fresh ingredients, food came out quickly, quantity was just right, flavor came in a cup where I can put as much or little as I want, cooked perfectly and overall what the restaurant stands for which is a balance Asian style stir fried meal. We also got the bubble tea which wasn t as sweet and hit all the right notes as well. I ll definitely be back to support and enjoying the delicious food. What a great addition to Wylie among the many unhealthy fast food joints. Well done!

Can I just say Wowza! Visiting #BalancePanAsianGrill in Wylie was exactly what I needed for lunch! Let me elaborate a bit! Walking in, the aura of the place is peaceful and calming. There is not music so loud you cannot have a convo with your friends. The place is clean, I mean sparkling stainless steel clean! Not to mention the awesome artwork on the walls. Then on other walls they have serene and cool looking plants, real ones. Our table ordered several different items; but I can only speak on what I enjoyed because I am the only weird one that does not eat meat LOL I got a veggie bowl with brown rice, corn, broccoli, red peppers, and tofu. For the drink I had #ChocolateMilkBubbleTea and can I just say OMG! It was so good! Not too sweet and not thick like chocolate milk generally is. For a party of 6 we were shocked by the attentiveness of the workers. There is a self-ordering kiosk when you walk in the front door and of course I did not know what the heck I was doing; but the young lady was happy to help me along the way. She was explaining the different options and ways to enter the order, which did not make anyone feel stupid but more in charge of the ordering process. A few things to point out; when the orders are brought to the table the sauce is on the side in little cups. I love that idea since not everyone loves as much or as little sauce as others. Out of the three employees I saw working, they were all smiling and joking with each other. This made the atmosphere very calming and happy.

Food, service, and staff were all amazing. When you walk in, you order at the kiosks. If you need help, someone is standing there to answer any questions. If you aren t hungry but craving something to drink, they have a Boba station in the back. We had tigers blood, sour patch, and green tea with popping kiwi. We tried the Teriyaki bowl and Thai Guy bowl, both with chicken. The food was excellent, fresh high quality ingredients, you can see them cooking everything which is something I love. The bowls were so filling, perfect quantity of each item listed in the descriptions. Would come back again. Kid-friendliness: They have a kids plate and lots of fun drink options for kids.

As a Toledo, OH. native, I was excited when I heard Balance was coming to Wylie but also a bit apprehensive. My wife s daughter had worked for Balance for years and I was leery a startup could match the originals. We traveled to Wylie and ordered the Bang Bang Tacos, Mongo Tacos, Fried Rice (very underrated) and two bubble tea s. The food was delicious, bubble tea was as good as Ohio and the staff was extremely friendly. Very highly recommended.

Ordered the teriyaki bowl and loved it. Fried rice, yum. Very easy ordering experience. I love the setup with kiosks that allow me to customize my bowl exactly how I like it. Splurged on some Creamy Wontons and was blown away by the flavor and crispiness. The little ones loved the wheat noodles and veggies. My one suggestion would be to take it easy on the black pepper that is put on the kids steak, which was also a little tough and chewy but overall, amazing flavors, fresh veggies, clean facilities and very friendly staff made this is any easy choice to add to our restaurant rotation. Also we tried the Sour Patch and passion fruit bubble teas which were delicious. Welcome addition to the neighborhood! Kid-friendliness: Great kids menu with lots of protein and veggie side choices. A great place to give your kids a healthy, flavorful option!
