I am only giving one star, because my daughter went on the zip line and smacked her leg on the railing. She got off limping and has a purple bruise on her heel now. The park is okay, but has a lot of tape holding things together.

Only teenagers work here and honestly there lazy and rude and not wanting to work. Ive came here a couple of times and honestly they need to update the workers. Theres one that her name is Amber and my daughter went to the bumper ride cars and she didnt check if she had her seat belt buckled in, that girl didnt care when I told her my daughter was scared that she was gonna fly out and probably die or get really bad injured that she needs to do a better job because of us she is getting paid she just smiled and said I dont care I said thats not cool .... She needs to be eliminated out of that job because we dont need people like that working and not caring for our children.... I was truly upset I dont like complaining but when it comes to my childs life this isnt acceptable.... please whoever is the owner try and have people that care for the kids and not these teenager gossiping about oh who like me and looking bothered when we ask for help that we want to use the machine .... oh thats another thing I paid extra to play in the back for my daughters and everything was broken the only things that they were aloud was climbing and bumper cars .... honestly Im very disappointed of this place i wouldnt want to come back becauseof these teenagers.... it deserves 0 stars

Awesome park, filled to the brim with entertainment. Staff are very helpful and watchful. The only nitpick I have is there is no bilingual translator but that can always be fixed by a person or Google.

Horrible costumer service. We came here on the weekday and we have platinum membership which is the highest membership they have and in Rockwall location you really have 2 extra attractions for platinum. Anyway the membership is coming with a pizza and snack every visit. But they don t have pizza on the weekdays and we eventually pay for it and they don t offer it. So one day when we complained one of the employees here offered us an extra snack instead of the pizza. But the other time we came in that was another person working here and he didn t give the kids extra snack and was so so rude and disrespectful. September 9 th, 2024 at 5:45 if the manager wants to know the employee, he has dark brown/black hair. So so disappointed with this place and their horrible costumer service. I have on year commitment for the membership or would never come back.

We had my son s Birthday party here yesterday and it was amazing! Booking the party online was easy step by step instructions. Our party room was clean and fully decorated upon our arrival, our party host Mallory was very nice and made sure we were taken care of. Deanna was also great! We received everything that was paid for in the package and most importantly my son had an amazing time!!!! Thank you Urban Air Rockwall!!

Great experience, The staff have a good sense of humor. I went there and got the gold band, bumper cars arent available for that, but everything else is. Trampolines are well-maintained. The zipline and sky course are fun, but the little kids need some help with directing the rope. And the zipline has a little bit of a rough ending. Overall great experience.

I honestly love this place, so its kinda sad that I have to give 1 star, but the safety of my kids is my #1 priority. My son is 3 (almost 4) and autistic. Today was his birthday celebration. This is 1 place where I can go in and be confident hes gonna play, and I dont have to worry about him escaping... at least thats what I thought. Today, while the kids were playing, I noticed both back doors were wide open. No employee in sight!!! The next 5 minutes were pure panic until I found him playing on the trampoline. I asked about the doors, and a rude teenager said, Theyre working on something. They have to be open. Absolutely ridiculous answer. An employee should have been standing guard at the door, or an announcement should have been made!!! Im not sure Ill come back.

Kinda typical jump place. I absolutely loved the massage chairs, and I stayed in one the entire time. So yourself a favor and just put a $20 in for the hour. Thank me later!! Bathrooms, pretty clean. Staff, friendly and pleasant..surprising for a bunch of young adults!!!! Please , please, please check the padding. My kiddo fell on his back on a pad, and I had to take him to urgent care.

This place is absolutely disgusting. We got there when they first opened so there s NO excuse. There were literally Cheetos on the trampolines. The ball pit was falling apart (you could see the bottom coming up) and SO filthy. The so called basketballs were missing large chunks out of them. The hoops were falling apart. The bathrooms were terribly dirty as well. I will not be back.

This place has truly gone down hill. There is no supervision, kids getting hurt in dodge ball, kids climbing the top of the warrier course. When you notify the front desk they look at you all puzzled. I will never return. BTW this is not a day care please dont just drop off pre teen kids and expect them to behave!!!

This place is great! Great place for the kids to get out their energy. Very fun and active. Tons of different activites, from a zipline/skyrider, climbing walls, basketball and dodgeball. Theres always something to do. Not to mention, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Check in was very easy and the food was great! Will definitely be returning.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the conditions and service at your establishment during my recent visit. My family and I visited your facility on June 3 2024, and unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. Firstly, upon entering the eating area, I was appalled by how dirty the floors were. The trash cans were overflowing, and the smell was unpleasant. Additionally, the restrooms were in a deplorable state; they were so dirty that it smelled like someone had urinated on the floor. This lack of cleanliness is unacceptable for a family-friendly entertainment venue. Furthermore, I was taken aback by the demeanor of your staff members. Not a single one of them smiled or seemed friendly; in fact, they all appeared miserable to be at work. This created a negative atmosphere throughout the facility and made our visit very unpleasant. To make matters worse, my children were looking forward to enjoying the zip line activity included in the all-day pass that we purchased. However, they were informed by staff members named Sam and Ej that they were not allowed to go on the ride anymore because they had supposedly ridden it too many times. Even though To add insult to injury, Sam and Ej even threatened to fight my kids if they didn t leave the zip line area, which is completely unacceptable behavior from your employees. When I requested to speak to a manager, a young staff member pretended to not know where the manager was at. She advised me that she was the same level as the manger and that I could just address my concerns with her, it appeared that she did not take my concerns seriously at all. It was clear that the issues raised were not being addressed properly. Due to these multiple disappointments and unprofessional conduct exhibited by your staff members, my family and I decided to leave Urban Air prematurely. Which was a complete was of money to get the all-day-pass I urge you to take immediate action to address these issues and ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future. As a customer who expected a fun and safe experience at your facility, I am deeply disappointed by the lack of cleanliness, professionalism, and customer service displayed during our visit. I hope that you will investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate steps to improve the overall quality of service at Urban Air.

This place needs a serious overhaul. Everything is wrapped with duct tape. Wasn t enough people working to keep all the activities open. Springs were missing from the trampolines. First time visitor with my grandkids. We bought the family pkg. The kids had a blast. Just a couple of things. The lockers are a rip off. After so many openings it will charge you again. With the family pkg came two soft drinks and 3 icees. However I had four grands with. I was the only adult so wanted to trade up the other soft drink for another icee and the girl wouldn t let me. I had to pay for another icee for $4. Felt like that was a rip off. Then she took the soda back on top of it! Other than that the kids enjoyed the variety.

This place was AMAZING! Great value for the money. My son went crazy hard for 3 hours and still didnt want to leave. I am very impressed with everything they had to offer and the place seemed clean and safe. Was about $30 for him to be able to do everything except the bumper cars and VR. Thats the only difference from the top package and the one under it. I think the lowest one was about $25 and included everything except the ropes course, Zipline, VR, and bumper cars. Bumper cars seemed really cool, but VR was kind of meh. Not a must, but I do recommend the Zipline. My kid went on it over and over. I bought him the summer pass half way through our visit because I was so impressed and he was having so much fun. The drinks and snacks were reasonably priced as well. I very much appreciate it when a kids place doesnt try to rip off the parents. Seems so rare these days. I definitely found it worthwhile and a good value. Definitely recommend.

Most expensive trampoline park we ve ever been to. Made us buy their specific socks even though we had jump socks. Signs everywhere about DoNot Do all hand written. A film of yuck all over everything. Ropes course needed greased as was difficult for kids to get guide rope through course. Bathrooms gross. Hard benches for parents to sit. Was not worth it for price and will not return.

Hosted a party here. Selected the earliest slot (opening time) and the place was dirty. The floor of the private room you have to pay extra for was sticky. The bathrooms were disgusting, this is at opening. The room was too small for a party of 11kids and their parents. This is a complaint because you pay extra for the room. It should be clean and have enough space. The bathrooms were also dirty (keep in mind this is at opening time). The host served huge slices of the cheesecake to kids and left the whole bottom of the cake, the crust on the pan. The foam basketball for the hoops was in tatters. No equipment for the kids to play with should be broken. To top it off, many teenage employees were visibly hating being there. I tried to contact the venue about my concerns and none of my calls were answered, my voicemail did not get a return call, and my txts were not responded too. Completely ignoring my concerns purposely. She responded about booking the party, but did not respond at all when I had a complaint. Which is why I will never return. And also why I waited a whole two months to write a review, I ridiculously thought they would respond to me, but they didn t. But if you are going to host a party, my suggestion is: first don t go there, but if you do: Don t rent a private room: it s not big enough for 10 kids and parents. Everyone will be squeezed in so I wouldn t waste the money. Just be comfortable with space on the tables in the open space. The food is not good but you don t have any option to bring any so you don t have any other choice. The place will probably be dirty, so just accept that. To management: it is unprofessional to not respond to a customer trying to voice a concern.

Fun little indoor trampoline park, playground, zipline, and bumper cars spot. Perfect for ages 4-13 in my opinion. Membership is cheap if you use it regularly, but is a contract if you dont. They have wifi, but its slow. Depending on what Im doing i can remote work. Way too loud for calls.

Very clean and well maintained trampoline park. We went on a Saturday and they were adequately staffed to handle the crowd so it wasnt too bad. Staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive. It was over $60 for two kids and a pair of socks at the ultimate entry level (one below the top level) so definitely only something we can do once in a while. The kids had a blast, especially with the sky rider.

This place is so clean, the owner is nice and we love the membership price and all it includes!!! Such good fun exercise for my 8 year old. Lots of workers overseeing the facility. Our new favorite hang out They state that you cannot bring outside birthday party stuff as this is a service they offer. This has been where some have left bad reviews and yet a place like this has to survive in these times. Family friendly. We love and appreciate having this so close to home. Such an awesome place to chill while the kids go run wild. Saturdays are very crowded but that is to be expected. During school hours are 4-8 weekdays and 4-9 on Fridays and only closed 4 times a year! What a great place to be a part of fun! Meet new play date friends for new families in this triplex area. I ve brought the kids here a few times. We usually come in the morning. It has always been a lot of fun. Unfortunately today was different. Even with it being spring break there s not very busy. But there s plenty of people at work but only two actually doing their job. There s a group of employees that sit together at the ropes course. If the kids want to do vr or anything else they won t help them even if no one is there for the ropes course. If you go ask them to help your kids they act like it s an inconvenience. Roll their eyes and trudge over. My daughter is tall enough to do everything but even though we paid extra for things they told her she couldn t. I don t think we will be back. It s too expensive to have the kids be treated like this.

Nice facility very nice staff. Terrible bathrooms. Was one of first customers there today and bathrooms disgusting. Dirty urinals and toilets, wont take pictures of those and post. This place has to make a ton of money. Spend a little to update the bathrooms. Dirty, old and most annoying is not kid friendly. A 4 year old cant even reach the sink or hand dryer. I went with my cousins and grandparents that were visiting for the break and we had a great time! All of the attractions were very fun and well-kept. The staff were friendly and helpful too. I accidentally spilled my coffee (so embarrassing) and they helped me clean it up and didn t make me feel bad about it. The all teenager staff paid more attention to chatting with one another than ensuring the children were properly strapped into harnesses while climbing & zipljning. It was shocking to observe. So while closely watching our children on an attraction, the employees were involved in a game of football between attractions when the football hit my daughter on the back of the head. 2 witnesses accompanied me to the manager to share that they witnessed what happened and also expressed their contempt for employees to be so careless on the job. The one adult, manager surfaced she assured me she would watch the tape, since none of her teens confessed nor took any responsibility for what they had done. After taking my daughter home, who suffers from migraine headaches, I returned to speak with the manager who after 20 minutes was still watching the tape . I am shocked that this place has repeat customers. These are children at play in a facility that cares more about their accident indemnity waiver than safety and trained employees. It is shameful and they should be shut down.

The monthly membership is a great value, as it pays for itself if you just go once every 2 months. Weve been coming at least once a week since we signed up and its really tough to beat for the price. Theyve just expanded and added more activities like a zip line coaster, arial obstacle course, climbing walls and belaying systems. Definitely lots to do along with the trampolines. Expect to spend at least 2 hours a trip here to let the kids get a chance to try everything once or twice. The food and drinks are a little bit pricey, but not crazy. Well-staffed and clean (and somehow doesnt smell terrible like most kids play spots )

Overall idea and concept is perfect, especially in this area. However, you can tell from the benches you sit on, the food offered and overall cleanliness- this place was done on very low budget. It s a very very FILTHY place, and definitely won t be going back to take the kiddos to play. The equipment it old and ragged, the ball pit area had mold growing on the balls. The mats in the toddler area were sticky and super dirty. It was hot and not much ventilation. Overall highly disappointed. Pickle ball courts looked nice from the road, but not sure how they are playing. I would definitely not recommend.

This is our favorite Urban Air to go to in the DFW area. I think its the biggest one, its pretty clean most of the time and it has plenty of parking. Its located in a high end part of Rockwall/McClendon Chisholm so it is off the beaten path aways. The have the most to offer when it comes to options which is also why this is our favorite location. Oh yeah, they typically fix all their equipment in a timely manner, especially compared to many other locations we have been to. The staff are primarily teenagers and young adults, so the customer service can be lacking. This is a great place to have birthday parties and celebrations if you dont want to put a lot of time and energy into decorating or specific entertainment. The building has so much that kids dont get bored easily or quickly. Plus adults can participate in a lot of the areas. My kids favorite attractions are the bumper type cars, zip line, VR games and climbing walls. My husband and I like the traditional trampolines and dodge ball when it comes to participating. The additions of the VR games and the bumper type cars are also great for us bc we can participate in those when were too tired to jump lol. Its worth the money to come here, especially if you do the membership and get the highest tier of members. They come with a free pair of socks at your 1st visit, also a bottle of water and either a small snack or slice of pizza for free each visit! Side note, they also have a version of space ice cream.

Every member of the staff was rude and made it very obvious that they didnt want to be there. The conversations the staff had going on took priority over helping children or answering questions. Two staff members even argued in front of many visitors over who was going to the top of the Zipline because they didnt want to do it. Weve been to this establishment many times but with every visit its continued to get worse ( horrible staff attitude and cleanliness). Todays visit wasnt near as good as the first visit. Ill start with saying our first visit was amazing. My kiddo is non verbal. Which I informed them as soon as we arrived because shes a bit different than most kids. That first visit the entire staff was amazing with her. Now that being said skip forward to this visit it was a complete disappointment. First thing that started off wrong was being told I had to buy an upgraded pass. You know instead of the normal parents pass. Whatever its only 10.00 more for my kids to have what we hoped the time of their life for the day. Instead we were run into staff that hated life, job or both. I get working with little ones day in and day out can be taxing. At the same time dont ruin the experience for the customer bc you chose that job. As for the equipment for as many kids run through there its not in horrible condition. Some of it definitely needs attention. With the price they charge they should probably fix some of the equipment. VR station had headsets always breaking. The bumper cars definitely need some maintenance. They are sketch at best. Wheels are definitely worn. The metal slide was missing several grab holds. Ball pits are definitely a pink eye situation ready to happen lol. Then again thats why most places dont do that anymore. Its just so much to clean. Now the rest of the facilities were in great shape. Overall it was a rough day today at urban air. However that being said I know all places have off days. Ill still probably give them another shot. Ill update how the next visit goes. Hopefully they read this. I couldnt be the only one who noticed all those today.

I was at urban air today and my 11 month old daughter was on the floor playing with her toys I brought her from home! Well she picked up something what looked like a rats poop and put it in her mouth! Seriously!!!! Yall need to have a deep clean and inspection on this place because it is disgusting! So glad to visit during the week. Weekends are tough, lots of parties and weekdays are slower paced. Honestly a very different experience during the week. It was nice, quiet and clean. Stayed an hour and had time for all trampolines, zip line and spin cars. It was like my boys and their friends had the whole place to themselves. Update: Just signed up for monthly membership, upgraded to top package so kids could get a slice (an afternoon of fun and I dont have to cook dinner?! Yes!) When we came on a Wednesday evening we were told no pizza, but they let them pick out a snack instead. I am not sure if this is because theyre currently out or if they dont serve pizza on slow weekdays. Just something of note when selecting your membership options.

Kids loved it. I had fun too. Staff was really nice and polite. Super clean...i walked around in my socks the entire time and I was amazed at how clean they were when we left. The reasons it didnt get 5 stars - fairly limited food options. The litle kids play set has an entrance on the top floor and one on the bottom floor. That makes it difficult to watch little kids and know that they are still in there. It really would be better if all entrances were on the same floor so you could feel confident that your kid was in there and not going out the back door on the lower level with a stranger.
