Update in 2024- Chase and his crew came to our new house and worked quick to fit us into their schedule. They soft washed our house, roof, and barn. House especially looks awesome and the roof looks almost new again. He was thorough in explaining the roof cleaning process and the whole crew took extra time spot cleaning areas on the house where there were tougher stains. I will call them out again when the dirt builds back up. Chase and his staff were amazing with quick easy estimate. The staff was on time for the job. They were attentive to the details including extra care using no chemicals around the pond on our back porch and extra gentle with some worn out siding. My house s exterior is amazingly clean now! Will be calling them again!

Driving south on I45 in Conroe I see one of their trucks tailgating an 18-wheeler, then move over into the passing lane. They started swerving and going over the line several times. Bad enough to get me thinking they might be driving drunk. Was about to call the police. I pass them and look over to see the driver with both hands on his cell phone, looking down at it, not even touching the steering wheel .going 75mph on a busy freeway. We had team members Austin and Kenny and they were very polite, professional, and informative as they walked me through the process. When they were done they asked me to walk around the property to make sure I was happy and if there was anything that needed cleaned again. I was extremely pleased with how new our roof looked! We were in desperate need of a deep exterior clean on my house/patio and a routine exterior clean on my parents house. We contacted Prestige Exterior Cleaning and Chase met us the following day to take a look and give us a quote. He was punctual and had answers to every question we had. Chase and Hunter did such an amazing job on both houses! They worked with our schedule and completed the job the same week as the consultation. They were on time, respectful, kind and hardworking. They were able to pressure wash our entire house and garage exterior, driveway, entry way, pool area, windows, and outside kitchen in one day. We came home and it looked like a brand new place. Prestige exceeded my expectations. They were on time, very pleasant, had a professional appearance and finished up in a timely manner. They also cleaned areas we hadn t even discussed including the pvc around the air conditioner and the area along the stairs. I felt very comfortable with the tech. There is nothing worse than waiting for a service tech and have them be late. They started on time and finished on time. Beside my siding and windows being sparkling clean, you could never tell they were there. No trash or residue left behind. I highly recommend them!

I hired Prestige Exterior Cleaning to come out and pressure wash my wood deck and clean my windows. I can t say how much I enjoyed Chase and Hunters attitude and there hard work. Wow!! These young men were fantastic! (Chase, Hunter and Gabriel) Would recommend them for sure. We did the driveway, house and roof. Mildew is gone. They worked efficiently and were very polite. GOT THE JOB DONE! They used special solution to kill the mold and mildew. Found out two of them went to school with my son and the other one is the son of a reputable stucco contractor - Moisture Solutions!
