I have been in numerous times to get cookies and everytime I go I am told they are cookies from yesterday and none of them were made that day. This is absolutely disgusting how can you serve rock hard cookies that are stale? Who is in charge here ? Why is management not checking these things or making them fresh themselves?? It always looks sloppy and nasty when I get to the vegetable side I mean come on now can we not wipe off the previous sandwich mess ? I have noticed a lot of changes lately lots of random new faces and to be honest I miss the old crew they were always happy and smiling none the less the guy Adrian had some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. Bring back the smiles and happy atmosphere. I feel that I will not be back for a while if anything until this change for the better!

Waited to pick up an online order and I saw the order was sitting on the counter. I asked one of the employees if I could grab it. I got completely ignored by the two employees that were working at 9:05 pm on Aug 22. I left the order there and left after waiting 7 plus minutes in silence. The one employee who was training does not need to be training anyone as they have horrible customer service skills.

No trouble ordering, due to 1 employee working she had to stop making my sandwich twice, no problem again .. only negative thing was the employee having gloves on, she was touching raw meat, the cheese, I asked for 2 cookies . Didn t change her gloves. My cookies have raw meat on them .. I still tipped.

I worked at a subway for 2 years and this is by far the worst experience I ve ever had ordering from one, I understand it s lunch rush. However there was no quickness to orders or attempt to speed up the line. The line was to the door and I was in line for 15 minutes or longer. Lunch rush is a rush, therefore the employees should move faster to accommodate their customers. The food was good as typical.

Took 30-40 minutes to wait in line for 2 sandwiches. Our FOOTLONG philly cheese steak got 1 cup of meat. The Tupperware she warmed it up in was 1/4 of the way full. For a 12 in. We got a sprinkle of peppers as well. We would have asked for more but we didn t want to wait 10 more minutes AND pay for extra meat. $30 for two foot long subs, no drinks, no chips, and hardly a sandwich. Only 1 older lady working on a Sunday afternoon.

I was driving through and decided to stop and get my son a healthier fast food option. The customer service from the 2 employees was great, they made great conversation with patrons and location was very clean. The bathrooms were also pleasantly clean. I appreciated the nice vibe while taking a pause in our travels. They were sold out of the Aunt Annie footlong pretzels though, I am still longing to try one of those. Haha

Ordered ft long supreme meat, ft long Turkey & ft long cookie thru website. Took my 30 minute lunch and drove there grabbed my bag with my name and order details on it, drove back home and had to clock back into work. My daughter opened the bag and saw that there were 2 ft long tuna with mayo and onions and no cookie. I called immediately and spoke to a guy who apologized and said they were swamped and it was crazy there and to bring it back. Advised I couldn t since I was working. He said he would have a manager call me back. We ended up picking off the onions and each ate 1/2 of a sandwich as we didn t have time or anything else to eat. I went on their website twice and sent messages, I called back twice and got voicemail, left messages. I finally get a response via email from Jennifer Moreno, Area Manger who said that I didn t order 2 tuna sandwiches and I picked up the wrong order and should have brought them back. Wait, what . Y all messed up my order, the bag had my name and correct info on it you just put the wrong stuff in the bag ( and no cookie). You didn t give me anything I paid for and now you re saying it s my fault and I am out $20! I have emailed twice and no response again, and I asked that she call me. This is not customer service, this is not how a customer should be treated. I have been a loyal customer for two years and this is how I am treated. I guess I will have to call my bank and dispute the charges. Check your bag before you leave . Who ever got my order hope you enjoyed it.

The first time I went to this location, I waited for 30 minutes while they argued with a customer over $1.50 worth of food. The second time, I waited outside for 10 minutes while the door was locked and the employee put it around inside, filling some order and wouldn t unlock the door for myself and another customer. Even feeling compelled to write a negative review about a large franchise like Subway should tell you all you need to know. This location is horrid. The first visit, they simply did not toast my bread and gave me the wrong side (online order). My next visit (also online order) was ready for pickup in 20 minutes. Exactly 20 minutes after I order, I walk in, and get told they had not started my order. So now it has taken 30+ minutes for a sandwich. They re currently turning customers out the door because they have no bread at the moment . How???? The inside of the store is dirty. The workers are not polite in any way. The two working here were talking quite loud and pointing at me across the way as I sat and waited for my order which was just odd. Am I supposed to feel guilty for ordering a sandwich and wanting it on time?? Idk what kind of training happens here, but they clearly need a refresher.

Ordered salads for lunch. I have a food allergy with tomatoes and clearly on the receipt there are NO TOMATOES because they were removed during ordering. Go to eat my salad and there are tomatoes which I threw in the trash. I also immediately called SUBWAY and was told by a manager they cannot refund unless they have the food back. I am already back at work and leaving shortly for a doctor appointment. The manager was completely unhelpful and unsympathetic. How difficult is it to read an order correctly? The staff are so unprofessional and rude. I went to pick up my order for lunch and waited a long time for curbside that never came. So, I went inside and picked it up myself. No big deal. I filled my drinks and checked my order and saw they gave me jalapeño chips instead of the ones I asked for, so I just switched them out. I get to my car and an employee comes running to my car and told me that I was stealing and needed to return the chips. Never even asked to see my receipt! I told him that he gave me the wrong chips so I swapped them out and showed him my receipt. He was so rude and unprofessional! Additionally, they got all three sandwiches wrong.

There are some really rude staff members that have awful customer service. We were asked if we wanted our tuna toasted. We clearly said no. And without looking or acknowledging us, he just turned around and put it in the oven and said next. Honestly we were so taken aback we paid and threw it away. I would like a full refund but am more than certain they wouldnt be able to handle it at this store. Called in at 10:55am on a Saturday to get my to go order started. The phone rings and rings. No one picking up. I have my grandbabies in the car and need to be able to pick up my order quickly. I pull up and there are no customers. My phone is still ringing when I walk in. I can hear their phone in the back room. One girl standing with a clipboard in the back talking to someone on her personal phone. I asked her if they answer their phone. She said sometimes they dont if they are busy. I said theres no one in here. She said she was on the phone. I said on your personal phone? She said she was on the phone with her boss. I doubt a boss would call her personal phone when the company line obviously works just fine. Terrible customer service from this girl. Otherwise, this place is clean and food is great.

The place is clean compared to most places post covid, but it took literally fifteen minutes for my sandwich to be made. I was the only one in the store... The old guy up front even made it wrong in that time and it had to be fixed by a normal speed lady that work there. If you want your order done correctly, I suggest going to a different subway. Every time I come, my order is wrong. One of the perks of subway is that it s done right in front of you so it s really difficult to mess up. When Sylvia messed up my husbands sandwich, there was no offer to remake it, she just scooped the ranch off the sandwich and doused it in Mayo. When I asked for one pass or sriracha, she put three. As someone who s worked at subway in the past, seeing the blatant disregard for our own policy really annoys me.

Not sure who the district manager is or what type of management training subway employees are failing to partake in but service is really lacking. Employee etiquette is very poor. The conversations behind the bar is extremely inappropriate. Food isn t handled the best. Digging in the trash to find a receipt then making food with the same gloves is extremely unacceptable. It s not just this location in Georgetown where iv experienced such foul behaviors and health code violations. I m not one to write reviews and I m not one to be an a**hole. Walked in register employee (believe he was manager) stayed on phone, said something about no one to take order replied be right with you but 10 minutes later still on phone so we just left. Poor poor service or should say no service.

Single worst subway I have ever been to and one I will never go back into. I wish the app had a block option so it would never come back up as an option. Every single time I have placed an order on the app. When I showed up to pick it up on time. They had forgotten about it and I have had to wait for another half an hour or more for them to get around to making it. That is just one of many examples.

Great fresh food but very slow service. My friends waited 30min in line that by the time they paid it was time for them to go back to work. Management is not very good in scheduling employees during peek lunch hours. We love subway but someone truly needs to look into this. I can show pictures but does not allow me to post.

Terrible. I have eaten at 50 Subway locations and this is the worst. Mustard is a condiment not an ingredient, the bread was half baked and they ruined it when the wrapped it like a burrito. Avoid it and save 8 bucks.

me and my boyfriend just walked into this location today and we ve ordered food from here multiple times but today the manager deb was in there and she was super rude and started yelling at us when we told her who we got our free 6inch coupons from... it was completely uncalled for and i will not be going to this location again.. this manager had horrible customer service!

This was the worst experience I ve had at any Subway. I placed an express order today and sandwich wasn t ready when I got there. Then had to wait 20 more minutes to get my sandwich that I could not cancel online. That was a total of one hour for an express order. So being stuck with the order I waited. Once sandwich was made I left for home. First picture is the wetness from the sandwich that leaked all over my brand new car. Second photo is the soaked through bag. This was a poorly managed location. Only 1 employee with a long wait.

Good service and food, but the woman (Cheyenne) adding vegetables and condiments to sandwiches was only using one glove for her hands instead of two. (One for each hand) As a former employee at a deli and ha king worked with food before I am aware that there are very specific guidelines for that sort of thing. Especially when working with multiple orders and different foods like this person was here. I am highly disappointed in this evident lack of concern for proper sanitation whilst preparing food for customers. I honestly am going to have to reconsider where I go for lunch of this is what becomes the norm for employees here.....

My two kids and I went to the restaurant yesterday and they didn t have any bread and the bread they did have, the employee refused to sell me bc it was burnt. Well his name is Rob and he is probably the best employee they have there! He apologized repeatedly for no bread, my daughter was very upset bc subway is her favorite. Well Rob went above and beyond! He promised me two free meals to make up for it and my daughter felt a little better after he said that. Well we went to subway after school today and he kept his word and I had a very happy child lol we will definitely be back and hope to have Rob making our sandwiches! Oh and yes Rob, they were the best sandwiches they ever had! Lol Give Rob a raise and a paid vacation!

Just got back from eating here, was greeted right away, and the staff was very friendly. In and out quickly, with a quick lunch. This subway is nice, its bigger than the ones ive come across, and the halloween decorations made it very Octoberish. Glad I stopped by, and if in town again, cant wait to come back

Food was good but service was not. I asked for subway vinaigrette and she put on red wine vinegar. My husband asked spinach on his sandwich and she put on lettuce. When he brought it to her attention, she argued with him. The guy next in line verified that he asked for spinach and she still argued that we said lettuce.

One of the biggest stores I have been to. Ordered the southwestern wrap. Quite good, lots of meat, made just the way I like it. Dont forget to ask for guacamole. Staff made sure it was neatly wrapped.

The woman in charge, was not very nice to my family, I dont know what it was but she was pretty rude, even my two granddaughters notice her rudeness. But like somebody else said in another review... is subway...I guess expecting good service is too much to ask. Will never go again.
