Extremely unprofessional staffing agency. I have recommended Cornerstone to several colleagues and friends, even associates I know who are seeking employment or employees for their business. In the beginning this company was helpful but after your first contract ends with one of their affiliated companies, please do not expect them to be useful again. I had a terrible experience with a staff member at their Addison, TX location and the woman was extremely unprofessional and late to several meetings we established. I tried the Irving location and made them aware of the terrible experience I had with their other location & received an apology as well as promised assistance to receive a better outcome, only to get the same result if not worse. I was receiving help from the Operations Manager of the Irving location but that quickly ended when I received no response after a meeting where we discussed she would follow up with me. I have tried giving this company grace even with the Operations Manager as I knew she was busy with other tasks and did not have to help me; however, it would have been better if she directed me to another associate who had better time management and was more equipped to assist me. Instead I received an email after having to call their office and email her various times after SHE stated she would follow up with me within that week. Extremely disappointed and I would definitely recommend another agency like ABBA Staffing that is honest and works diligently to assist those who are seeking employees or to be employed.

Overall, I had a positive experience at CornerStone Staffing. There was a small delay in getting started due to an apparent message delivery error, but everything went smoothly after I paid a visit to the Irving office in person. I had the chance to work with an employee named Emily Hinterlach, and I have nothing but good things to say about her. She has been professional, responsive, and thorough. Thanks to her assistance, I was able to secure a position that fit my interests and professional experience in under three weeks. The process might have gone faster if it were not for the technical difficulties, but the quality of the service more than made up for the slight delay. If you are a local resident actively searching for an occupation, I recommend contacting CornerStone Staffing to see if they can help. If I could give them a 4.5-star review, I would do so.

Not a fan of this place whatsoever. Feels pretty sketchy and childish. I feel that this agency is truly a waste of Texans time and I felt everything BUT professionalism and assurance of their capabilities. I also have a hard time believing they are highly ranked. They need to be investigated. Also you need to let people post their opinions! Like them or not. This is my experience. Anyone wanting insights, Ill gladly share. I found something myself.. I do not normally do reviews but if I can give this Fort Worth location and Irving location 0 stars I would ..I have been in search for a job since April went through the interview process and actively looking for a remote job they told me they will call me back if they find one ..here it is May almost June still looking for a job ..I check Conerstone website daily and have found plenty of remote jobs and they keep giving me the run around I had pass all my assessments, did my referrals..and know they telling a recruiter will reach out NOBODY HAS REACHED OUT ..I ve been calling daily to start work soon So know I found some remote job in IRVING LOCATION I called the Fort Worth location they told me they don t have any information about their job listings butttt I thought everything was together don t matter what office the Fort Worth office advised me to call the IRVING office so I did .. I called that location and spoken to representative about work I did all the assessments, etc with the other location and they transferred me to the Recruiter in the Irving office and the lady EMILY was VERRRRYY rude to me I told her I was looking for remote job and she going to sit there and tell me that the Fort Worth location had put me as not hired so they don t have any jobs for me and I was explaining to Emily that was for a job I applied for I wasn t qualified enough to do that position..Emily stated that they didn t have any remote jobs and I said yes talk do because I applied for and wrote the job ID down there quite a position she didn t want to even interview me or setup a schedule interview with me I told her there was a job called B2B sales in Irving and they offer remote iif YOO HAVE YOUR OWN equipment which I do I told her that position she going to tell me well do you have the experience of collections I said yes I do ??? And then she going to say well I m not going to send out your application because they company is asking for 40wpm and I typed 38wpm from my assessment..I told what do you mean can t you send me the typing test again I will type 40wpm .shen then advise me about a job in LEWISVILLE remote job for 13.50hr I was like but I applied for the Irving job position and why would I commute all the way to Lewisville if I live in Fort Worth not worth it!!!!! I felt very discouraged and discriminated instead of helping me she wants to throw other jobs from what I didn t apply for !!

If I could give zero stars I would. This company has no regard for the people whom they are suppose to assist with employment. When you bring concerns to their attention they either blame you or simply sweep it under the rug. They really dont care about you at all and its very sad. If you want to deal with a staffing company who actually cares about helping you then dont choose cornerstone. By far the worst experience ever !

I ve never used cornerstone staffing before but after getting a job through them after countless hours and a million applications later on other sites, I m sure I d use them again if I ever needed to. My main recruiter was Leigh Cooper and she did amazing handling things like finding jobs that I was looking for and staying on top of follow ups and interviews and any openings available. She was so so nice and was just so involved and that for me is important just because I ve been through a previous agency and it was just so mediocre and awful. Definitely recommend cornerstone. I also had Anna as a backup if Leigh wasn t available and shes pretty amazing as well. She stayed on top of everything and made sure I was on time to my interviews and handled any questions and concerns if I didn t go through Leigh. They are the reason I got this job now. Definitely don t want Leigh as your recruiter. Everything was fine until my recruiter (Markeisha) was replaced with Leigh. She s passive aggressive and has an issue if you want to miss an hour of work for a doctors appointment? And will put in your ear that your assignment is at risk of being ended for no reason. Management at the job of the assignment I was working for had no issue with me missing this time, and actually guaranteed me that I was a great employee they planned on hiring on permanently because of my performance. So not sure why Leigh was so extra when it came to something so petty like that. There was also a time I was hospitalized back and forth, and Leigh informed me I lost the assignment for missing too many days due to my health while I was in the hospital , and even had the audacity to ask me to return all equipment within a couple of days knowing I was in the hospital and had emergency surgery. Mind you, before losing the assignment I provided Leigh with everything they needed (doctor s notes and return to work letters) that SHE asked for herself. Really was the worst experience I ever had with my first staffing agency, and now that I m in a better place I will never do it again. Just thought I d share my thoughts for those considering this agency that obviously looks at you as a number and not a human being.

Cornerstone Staffing did an exceptional job with my job placement. Communication is a big thing for me. Payton, who was my recruiter, made sure she returned my phone calls as well as responded to my emails. She didn t give up on me and saw thar she found me a job that made sense.
