Dave the owner, if this is his exact name, when calling he answered. I had asked about window cleaning, he had said yes. I had told him that we were elderly and couldnt do this anymore, he had told me to clean 5 windows in our apartment would be $130.00 minimum. I said most cleaners would charge by the window pane.He had told me to go to Home Depot and buy my own stuff, very ignorant to the elderly.

Sonic Solutions is what every business should be like. They answer the phone, they come when they are supposed to, they do a tremendously good job, you can feel safe having them in your home. I have been using SS for several years and cant say anything negative about them. I feel so much better when I can actually see out my windows. Give them a try!

The windows in my house had not been cleaned in years so I requested quotes for window cleaners through the North Texas BBB and Sonic Solutions responded the same day. Sonic Solutions provided a free quote which I thought was very reasonable for the amount of windows. We schedule a date and Sonic Solutions was on-time. My windows look 10 times better! I will definitely will be scheduling recurring service with this company.
