Food was yummy (monte cristo and country fried steak). Customer service was excellent from the door and the hostess, to the busboy and of course the waitress. The atmosphere was just alriggggght but overall would definitely return. Side note the drinks were pretty, pretty good!

We showed up about 12:45 ish so naturally it was relatively busy. Our sever Meghan was super welcoming and attentive. We did experience a small wait, but when we got our food it was hot, fresh, and delicious. Randomly throughout our visit, Jenny came around and made sure everything was going good for us. We overheard other customers speaking to her and mentioning how great of a job she was doing, we agree! She was very friendly and was always smiling. Overall, we were impressed with the service above all. It is so important to see happy staff and a welcoming atmosphere.

We came in kinda late after having a show in Wichita. You could tell the wait staff was upset we came in when it was dead, 2 hours before closing, but I assured them we would tip good and clean our table up so it wasnt a mess for them when they closed. We had a great night, waitress was witty and polite. Drinks were perfect and sge did a wonderful job checking on us! Food was good, only complaint was a friend didnt get brown gravy, they were out. No biggie even though they joked about it throughout our dinner lol. I appreciate the girl that waited on us!

To start off we walk in, we wait 10 minutes for someone to come wait on us. We wait another 10 minutes for someone to let us know if we can have a booth. WE THEN wait another 10 minutes for a table to be cleaned off for us to be seated at. Then we finally get to our table & wait 10 minutes for a waitress to come over & wait on us then we were told they had no crossiants. Then we finally place our order that we wait over an hour for & have 15 minutes to eat our entire meal because the establishment was fixing to close. My mother s Monte cristo sandwich was RAW. She was very disappointed but didn t want to say anything. So I will. We have never had a bad experience at cheddars until tonight & we were all very disappointed. 1/10. Won t be coming back for awhile.

I didnt get to finish my review at the table Bathrooms need some kind of air freshener to cut the smell Corn was a bit chewy Croissant was delicious! My server (didnt get his name) but I tipped pretty well for my ticket total. He was very attentive and on top of checking in on needing something, how the food was etc. I appreciate his kind nature/mannerism. Wisconsin cheese appetizer and they were ok... had like the crust texture of Calamari and the cheese was right at the edge of being hard because it was lukewarm . The Caesar salad - some of it looked old/bruised, but all in all was good. Raspberry lemonade - quite surprised at taste - so good! And... Lastly the Dijon Chicken & Mushrooms - very delightful

Ordered the chicken and pecan salad. All the pecans were glued together into one glazed lump like a peanut brittle ball 2 inches across. Why? Why would you send it out like that? Was I supposed to break it up by slamming it on the table? I shoved it off to the side and ate the rest of the salad. It was OK. The server was fast and polite, so she got a good 25% tip, but dang.

Visiting from California, my wife and I were on the highway drove past here and saw the parking lot packed we both decided they must be good, so we turned around and went back lol, presentation of the restaurant is beautiful, however waiter we had was rude would leave the table before I can finish what I was telling him, once we were served he never came back to check on us, my wife ordered a medium well steak they brought us a well done steak, they took her plate back & the came back with a bloody raw steak at that point my wife didn t eat it. I did enjoy the butter croissant and my full rack of ribs.

Update 5/24. Excellent food & service. Marissa & Stormy are the kind of staff that will make me return to the restaurant ..love the aquarium !! Brie was a wonderful waitress..she was fast & thorough. I did notice 2 people came into bar where we were & while she was in kitchen getting food, they Waited maybe 5 min,& left .sad. They missed some incredible food!! We went to Cheddars to celebrate our daughter s graduation. For the most part the food was average at best. My ribs event though they were not actually smoked had a burnt flavor to them. I believe they put sauce in and charged the sauce. I left half my ribs on the plate. This in my opinion is a sit down Luby s as far as food quality goes.

Made reservations and were kept waiting for 20 minutes even though there were many empty tables. The restaurant was so dirty. Trash all over the floor and we watched busboys just sweeping the food from tables onto the floor. Made a comment to hostess about how dirty it looked and that may have been why we were kept waiting. Very slow and poor service. Towards end of our meal placed a dessert order kept hearing that it s being prepared. When we questioned our server about the delay , we got some attitude and the response was i dont know as ii am not the one making it . Im not usually a very big cheddars fan. However, this location is one of the best I have been too. We had an amazing experience spend. All of our food was outstanding. Show me up with four kids and three adults, and them accommodating us well and easily made a great impression on me Parking: Large lot. But long travels may be a hassle. The restaurant was dirty with food left on the table and the floor was littered with napkins and plastic to go lids. The bar was not cleaned after guests left and the bar itself was dirty. Twice a patron asked to have his broccoli casserole heated up and it returned cool. It took the kitchen about 25 minutes to make an appetizer and it was cold. They ran out of broccoli. Id never go again.

Male bartender was very respectful, attentive, and provided us with amazing service. I didn t catch his name but he was working closing shift on March 23rd. Would ve gave a 5 star but the host and the coworker up at the front were openly rude about us showing up 50 minutes before closing. They were looking around with discomfort when we asked for a table and suggested we sit at the bar, which was fine. As we were walking to the bar they were saying to each other there s only two servers tonight so which was uncalled for. We didn t mind sitting at the bar and were ready to order. I even walked out to get my wallet and came back and overheard them say oh my gosh I thought that was another person walking in. The establishment wasn t busy at all. If they had a negative opinion of a customer, I believe it s best to keep it to themselves instead of making a paying customer feel like they re in the wrong for choosing to eat there. I will not be going back, I can always take my business elsewhere. Again the bartender was great, we made sure to leave him a good tip and we were out by 10:55 before closing. We really appreciate him making our experience just a little bit better. He s the only reason we ll be leaving 5 star for service.

I wish I could leave a zero stars review. After waiting 20 minutes for a table. My table waited 15 minutes for drinks. The water tasted very bad. We tried to get new ones and instead of the server trying I figure out what happened. She told us that we need to get a soft drink instead. Then proceeded to wait 15 more minutes for our croissants(they weren t cooked). Our server was very rude and didn t communicate with us for what was going on. We were sitting for a total of 50 minutes with nothing. I asked for a manager and It took an extra 20 minutes for him to come over. We told him what was going on. He said he will take care of it and personal go and get us our food. The server came over and gave us attitude. She said it wasn t her fault for the food not being out. We proceeded to wait another 25 minutes with nothing at all. We ended up leaving. Total of hour and 35 minutes.

Ive been to Cheddars numerous times in the past however at this location only a few times. I really love their bacon cheese and their fish and chips arent bad. This time around they were a little on the greasy side but thats kind of to expect with fish and chips. I will say, the service was great. My new favorite stop in Witchita Falls,TX! I drive through here frequently for family and trips! Im just sad I didnt come here sooner! I havent had a croissant that crispy and good in a long time. They honey butter drizzle was I got the crispy fish and the pieces were decent size, crispy, clean and fresh tasting. The wait wasnt that long and the option to sit in car is great! we came to cheddars for my wifes birthday. when we sat down a family next to us allowed their child to bang a pan for a long period of time. it was very loud. another family asked them to stop at least 5 times when the father of the child got up to fight the other people. the staff walked away not wantingto get involved. after the loud family left the manager went around to see what happened and to say sorry. the food took about 1 1/2 hours to make and they got the the meal completely wrong. giving us other tables food and made my medium steak a dry well done. after an additional 1/2 hour, the brought my wifes food out and it was cold. no one offered to fix any of it and charged us for the entire meal total time at the restaurant to eat dinner took about 3 hours. we will never go back.

Ive been to cheddars 4 times in my life. The first two times was a few years ago, and it was pretty good. These passed few times 2 times, Ive been with my wife and taking her there for the first time have been bad. Well this night 1/16/24 it was a bad. The food was half burnt/over cooked and the rest fine. Quit honestly felt like two cooks were working on multiple parts of the dish. One who didnt care and the other that did. We got the trio sampler. The chicken was cooked perfect and tasted well. So did the spinach and salsa. Tho, idk much about their queso. But it was cold when we got it. If its served like that. Then ok, but if it was suppose to be hot. Someone missed the mark. It was still good even cold tho. So that wasnt to big of a deal. I got a Monte Cristo and fries. The sandwich was burnt in the fryer on 1 sandwich and the other sandwich was fine. And the fries were a mix of burnt and non-burnt fries. My wife had a full rack of ribs with just fries. Her fries looked really good. And the ribs too. The first half rack was nice and a bit charred, but she likes that. So it was fine. But when she was getting into the other rack. We noticed a orange sauce in the middle of the ribs in the meat and she tried it. Her mouth was on fire, so I tried it and it tasted like either hot sauce or a Buffalo sauce. Which the ribs done come that way?? So why was our mouths on fire from these ribs?? Plus that one was cooked to hell. Dry as a bone. The waiter was nice enough to make the order a half rack because of it. Our waiter was nice and friendly. Quit honestly the only good part about this place, is the wait staff. They are always nice. Even a few of my friends use to work there. I dont know whats going on in the kitchen. But unless we just feel like giving a 3rd chance. I cant see us going back. The first time me and my wife were there. We chalked it up to it being busy as to why our food was under cooked and order wrong. But this was DEAD around 8pm tonight. So there shouldnt have been any rush or anything.

Went tonight and she said their truck didn t make it so they were out of coke, Dr Pepper, root beer etc. they also said they were out of small plates for the croissants (idk what the truck had to do with that, they were not busy). After waiting a good 45 mins my shrimp Alfredo was very underwhelming as was my wife s steak. My kids chicken tenders were the best thing on the table. Not worth the $60 bill.

Very unprofessional and rude at its finest, drove all the way from Oklahoma and was seated and upon being seated we got set in the back in a crammed in area which was dirty on the floor from the two tables already occupied, so with that being said I ask a waiter to reseat us to a booth cause we also had to nurse a newborn, ten minutes goes by nobody has came to reseat us or let alone take our order. We were eating about 545. We asked for croissants and he came back out after 10 minutes and said they burned them. We asked if they had more, he said no not tonight. Its not even the dinner rush time and you dont have the most common thing you are known for? This is why people quit coming and why businesses go out! Do better!!

Did a take out order for my sons birthday. Queso and chips were not fresh. All of our meals were not cooked correctly. Ordered chicken tenders,Dijon chicken & mushrooms,& meatloaf. Chicken tenders tasted old and not fresh. Dijon chicken was tough & there was no Dijon sauce, mushrooms didn t taste as they should.Will not be eating here for a long time. Waste of $60.00!

One of my favorite in Wichita Falls. Food is good, staff are friendly. Best spinach dip, key west chicken and shrimp is so good. Side salad always has fresh shredded romaine.

This was the most horrible experience Ive ever had there. The waiter was high on some kind of drug. Service was awful. I ordered a chicken fried steak and they came back to tell me that they had no white gravy and it would take 15 extra minutes. Really to make gravy. When I got the food it was awful. I will not be going back.

Went there for my birthday and THANKFULLY they do not do the birthday song. The chicken pot pie is exactly as good as the rumors say- loves it so much, I went home and made more! The waitress was very kind and personable.

This is a good place if you want to go somewhere with good drinks and food to suit a variety of tastes. The Painkiller is amazing, one of my favorite in town! There is a limit of two per person, if that tells you something. The service was prompt, welcoming, and consistent. We have gone several times with groups between 6-15 and were accommodated. For my personal preference, there are not as many food options as other places and I only have one favorite and a back up. Overall, definitely a good option in town.

I usually order the sirloin and grilled shrimp. Sometimes they serve the honey bourbon sauce with the shrimp, other times I have to ask for it. After a few times of items missing from our order, we havent gone back as much.
